American Nail Bar - Love the animal theme! - Nail Salons Near Me - Euless, Texas

I have been getting manicures and pedicures for the past year. I don't have a lot of experience with different places. I like American nail bar because it's big, plenty of people to help, and of course an adult beverage, if I choose to. in the past couple of weeks I noticed a big change. If I was ever in a hurry for a manicure I could always come here, because it wouldn't take very long, a 45 minute pedicure took about 35 minutes. I didn't really think about it, I thought it was just efficient. today when I went, I guess there is new management for a new way of doing things. If you pay for a 45 minute pedicure, you're gonna be there for 45 minutes, and I saw a timer, which I didn't remember seeing before. so, in closing. I currently drive 35 minutes to get here from Dallas, I really like the service, and now that I have been educated on how it's supposed to be, I feel bad that I was getting ripped off of time in the past, but I'm happy that the new management decided to up to the game on the service side. I noticed a huge difference and it was worth every minute of waiting in traffic in every penny. Thank you Myra and Jennifer! See you in a few weeks read more

This place has improved so much post-Covid shut down. Everyone is super friendly, I haven't had anyone I did not like! Steven did a really great job on my nails, super detail oriented, friendly and you can tell he loves what he does. He really does want to hear the customer's feedback, no matter how small. I felt so comfortable here! Place is clean, modern, and great location. read more

Before you read the rest I just want to say my nails actually turned out nice and the technicians were really sweet. My issue is with the man who checked me in and out (possibly the manager). So Texas just had really cold weather.. the whole entrance was completely iced... like an ice rink.. Since no one salted the front or scraped the ice, I asked a stranger when getting out of my car if they could hold my arm walking in and they were glad to help (I'm 8 months pregnant).. when I was leaving the nail shop, after paying (and leaving a nice tip ).. I asked the man checking me out if he could help me to my car. I was literally parked right in front. The spot right next to handicap. I attached a picture so you can see the proximity. This picture is from their Facebook so just imagine this store front covered in slippery ice. I pointed to where my car was parked. Anyways, he said "no, I'm busy".. okay that's fine.. then I asked if he could ask someone else.. he said "no" again and just went on about his business. I waited around for a friendly face to walk in and luckily this random lady was more than happy to help. I don't know if I was expecting too much but it saddened me that he didn't at least ask me if I could give him a second or something along those lines... anyways I thought I would share. read more

Large menu of services but my favorite is the Pearl pedicure. They also offer a complimentary beverage with or without alcohol. The manager Lee is a very nice guy and makes sure this place is ran well. I highly recommend! read more

This salon is wonderful--good energy, clean, free drinks, and a talented team. I've been visiting this salon since April 2019 and have had my nails (mani/pedi) done by several technicians who have all done a great job. John, Ivy, Kent, and Kristy are the techs I've seen most. John did my nails in the attached photos--he's very friendly, good with people, and meticulous about his work. The nails in my photo are my natural nails in a roundish/almond shape, with a dip powder and an ombré chrome coating. When I started visiting here I would only do regular polish and as my nails started getting longer I switched to gel and now dip. I only do my natural nails which are healthy but thin, switching to more durable coatings has prevented breakage. read more

Very nice people. Didn't appreciate the nickel and dime piece meal prices. A basic pedicure that advertised as $27 turned out to be &43.

Just visited earlier this week for the first time while desperate to find someone to fix the terrible nail job I had gotten from the week prior. Walked in and was greeted with sanitation supplies and had to sign documents for Covid safety. I was promptly greeted by Mike who made me feel like a queen despite my hideous nails! He quickly removed the mess and began a new set of tips/dip. I have never seen a technician work with such precision! He was also great at executing my creative ideas! I gave found my new nail spa and can't wait to be back in 2 weeks! I also relaxed with a glass of wine and added a shoulder massage by Joy (which was also wonderful)! Can't wait to be back in 2 weeks and bring friends! read more

Came here for Mother's Day weekend. It is a bit pricey. They do a pretty decent job. They do offer drinks that are both alcoholic and non alcoholic. The seats are comfortable. My pedicure wasn't done too well though. My moms nails that were gel did chip after barely one week which was disappointing being that is was $300 for 2 pedicures a gel mani and acrylics. read more

I've been coming here for over a year and a half. Yesterday I had the worst experience. It took 20 minutes to do this gel manicure. My nails were all different lengths I had to ask them to be the same. The French manicure lines were cooked until I asked her to fix them. Typically my gel manicures last 2-3 weeks and three are already off. I'm so disappointed. They even charged me extra for a French manicure which I don't mind paying for but for what!? I also got my eye brows waxed and left with wax in my hair and on my face. The lady doing my nails could not have been more distracted with people coming in the door. Rather than doing my nails. I hate to leave a bad review after one time but I'm just extremely disappointed. I want to continue going here but I don't know if I can. read more

I wanted to try some place new and it was my daughter's birthday so I wanted to treat her. There was hardly anyone in there but the two men that did our nails acted like it was a race against time to get our nails done. We both left with bleeding cuticles. They charged an extra $5 for my daughter's nails that were already oval because of the oval shape. They didn't cut her nails or ask if she wanted them cut, they didn't ask what shape she wanted. The whole experience was unpleasant. My daughter has one nail that is cracked and I have one that is chipped and it has been just over a week. We won't be back. read more

after reading reviews I went to this place for the first time for mani/pedi. It's the only place I go. Every two weeks I get the pampering pedicure. I am a guy and they treat me wonderfully. They always call me by name Eric. It's just a wonderful experience. I'm new to Dallas and they made me feel welcome when I was a little shy and embarrassed to get a pedicure. Let alone by myself. I love this place and their team. I have gotten compliments that my feet are so pretty I must be getting pedicures and they are right. The photos below are several pedicures and taken days after. read more

American has been my go to for over 4yrs now. It's always clean, they've been super friendly even on the busiest days. It's easy to schedule an appointment and they do their best to accommodate any special wishes. They've always been a 4 star place to me - in the last month, they've changed management and the quality of services have improved even more. I don't ever come for a quick in and out, I like to sit back and relax. The Pearl pedicure is my new fave (milk & honey is my alternative go to). I appreciate the thoughtfulness and small touches they've done in the past month. read more

**DONT GO HERE if you want a pleasant spa experience** I got a signature (more expensive) manicure where the lady who did it completely cut my nails all the way down unevenly and hurt all my cuticles. After letting the manager know I was dissatisfied with the service he told me that she did the best she can and they weren't going to fix it nor did he even apologize!!! I am so disappointed and felt like I was an inconvenience to them! What a terrible experience, I will not be going back. read more

Love this place! Been going for a few months now. Their nail techs are on the money (the guy nails techs anyway). I even messed two up and I called and the manager was very sweet and said to come back and they'll fix for free. Pedicures are nice, but it seems like every person who has done my pedicure doesn't massage hard enough, even after telling them to really massage my feet and legs it's very mediocre which prevents me from ever getting a "luxurious" pedicure, I got the cheapest one and it felt just the same as the most expensive. I have come with friends and it's usually 1/3 that gets a good foot massage worth the $$. I love the fact of how clean they are too; they use new tools on your feet and line the bottom with a new plastic each time. They do always have some kind of discount going on. They always give a good strong complimentary drink too. Place is beautiful. read more

Came in for the first time today to get a dip and a basic pedicure. Salon is clean and staff is friendly. Pedicure was great. My dip is really lacking though. I picked out a color but didn't know it was just tinted glitter, the nail they had shown it on had a white base coat underneath. So I wasn't happy with the color and I think my nail tech sensed that. But I picked the color out, I can love with it for a few weeks. I did not want my nails cut, just filed, but they aren't filed evenly, some of my tips are jagged. During the service though, she cut every single one of my fingers, some multiple times. I did let her know, and she kept apologizing, but continued to not be careful with the drill. Usually when I get a dip, the shiny top coat is dipped as well, but they just put a clear top coat like regular polish on them. After I left I noticed they didn't even cover all of my nail and theres spots in my nail that are really rough, the thickness is uneven, a few of my nails don't even have color all the way to the bottom or sides, and there's so much excess dip glued around my nails on my skin. The salon is pretty inside, the staff are really nice, but the work is rushed. With so many options in the area I just expected more. read more

I have been coming to the American Nail Bar for a few months now, and I am extremely satisfied each time. I love the country music they play and how clean everything is. They are very friendly and can do pretty much any pinterest design you can think of. Emily is a wonderful nail tech. She did my chrome dip and gel pedicure last time and she was so concerned and really wanted to make it perfect! She ended up redoing a couple of nails multiple times because she wasn't satisfied and said, "they're not as shiny as the others, I want them to look beautiful for you." You dont normally get service like that at other places. The endless offers of open bar drinks doesn't hurt either! I highly recommend this place. read more

So I just moved to Euless and was looking to get my nails done for my birthday. I came across this and read a lot of good reviews but my experience here was horrible. I was getting a simple design done and ended up walking out with crooked solid colored nails. They charged me $60 for it and originally I would've paid $100 but I told them nvm on the design. The guy doing my nails kept messing up and went ahead and left my nails with a sloppy design so I asked him to fix it and he said the nail length I got was to short for the design I want so I said "okay that's fine I'll just take a solid color then". A few of my nails were also very crooked and when I asked if he could fix it he responded with "I'll fix it later" and proceeded to do the design on it and everything. After I decided to go with solid he was pulling my hands hard trying to get the color off and ended popping my fingers and it hurt. My boyfriend was right next to me and said something about how was handling my hands because he was literally yanking my fingers. My hands were sore and I was so unhappy with the service here. I will be going to a private nail tech instead. read more

John always does an amazing job and takes the time to do my nails the way I like. I'm very picky and I have had my nails done by literally dozens from Arlington to Southlake to colleyville hurst Bedford etc. I truly appreciate the time he takes and knows what I like. I get a very short stilleto tip and I like them thicker since I do hair I need durable nails. I have never had one crack or break since he's done them. The new place he is at now is awesome very high end atmosphere and a full bar. I recommend checking it out. Obviously I'm partial to John but I'm sure everyone heredoes a great job. This salon was very clean and pretty inside, and the prices are reasonable, however, the lady who did my full set did them in under 40 minutes which is very fast, and only did one coat of gel polish, which i usually get at least 2 so that it is completely opaque. it's been less than a week and one of the acrylics is already peeling off my real nail and they just look like the job was rushed. also it was an extra 18$ for gel which i think is crazy. not coming back read more
