For my inconvenience all the manager could do was take off $20 until she started feeling bad she then offered to give me an oil change with a $40 discount. I told her I get my oil changes elsewhere. She offered the next 2 balance and rotation on my tires for free. He had to put my tires back on. Why not check the inventory before hand? I canceled the appointment and politely asked for my deposit to be refunded. Then my tire pressure light keeps coming on. They don't have to worry about me ever again.

No call on the 14th, then the 15th Butch call and days he needs me to come down to talk about the rust under my vehicle, I went and stated that I know of it and again asked for what I initially requested. I called the morning of the 16th and Butch starts telling me drums are $, shoes are $, hardware kits are $, so right now where are at about $500, I asked if this included the mount, rear brake line and labor, no he stated., (Now at any time I could have been told what had been done to my car, but they choose not to) I stated I will pay for your rack inspection time. When can I pick my car up? He said, well let see how long it will take them to get it back together and he would call me. I called back 4pm, Butch was gone for the day, and Denzel was on a test drive, I ask the guy to please ask Denzel to call me upon his return. I called back at 5:50pm and Denzel answered and stated that his guy would have it back together and ready to roll by 6:30. We arrive at 6:30pm and Denzel presents me with an invoice for $352.08....... $295.50 labor, $43.53 parts, $10.00 hazmat, $3.05 tax. I asked what is this, he went on to state that someone had overtightened my wheel adapters and they had to drill them out to bust them off and the bought a high dollar lug kit to replace them, (had they told me this, I have 2 sets of replacements in the trunk of the car they did this to). I told him that someone used the wrong lug socket on them, BMW of Albany put my tires on the car and used 95ft pounds of torque on the adapters and 100ft pounds on the wheels, had one started to strip BMW would have called and not proceeded with the repair. I pay the man because so that I can get my car home, i stated to the man that i will be going to the BBB over this. I walk outside and around my car to check center caps and points on my lug nuts and what is this, wow they pull my car out with a flat tire, left rear is flat and he did not even offer to pull it aroynd and fill with air. This was a premier shop 16 years ago and now they have shade tree part changers that washed out at other repair shops and surely I am not the first person that this flim flam has happen to. Beware of anything they tell you.

I got an estimate here for my car repair. That was fine. Took a few days to even get that but…read morethought it was a god sign because they were busy. Took over 6 weeks to get an appointment slot. They said that they would have my car for 8 days. My insurance did not cover a rental car for various reasons so I had to pay for rental out of pocket. I called the shop on the 7th day to receive a status update. I had called and emailed on at least 9-10 occasions to receive an update with no replies. On this day I was informed that my car was "disassembled " and would not go to the paint shop until another 5 days..then after calling and speaking to supervisor Daniel, was told that my car would not be ready until the 17th, making an 18 day service period total all the while I am paying for rental car..and after no courtesy call for an update on the repair. I asked for my car back and they said it could not be done. When I offered to pay for reassembly I was then told my car would be ready for pickup in 2 hours --indicating to me it was never even started for repairs... Poor service/ bad communication/ am not taking my car back here..please be aware.. Then--when I picked up my car since they would not have it done on time...there was a nail with a washer in my tire! I know that I didn't bring my car in with a nail in the tire! I noticed because it was making noise as I drove away...so I immediately brought it back to the shop and it was denied...
