One of my rims is scarred due a metal head being used on the rim. Cooperate has procedures that they have to follow (some of which are ridicules) and may cause them to come off as being short with you. That is actually far from the case though. Rims and Tires is a big Investment and once you sign the contract they are yours. If you made a rash or quick choice and later regret it that is not their fault its yours. I recommend everyone start on their website looking through everything they have available not just whats in the show room then go two steps further and google the name brand of rim that you like and go to the manufacture's website and take a look around. On the manufacturer's website such VCT's website you will find a configuration tab which will allow you to put rims and tires on a car same year make and model as what your driving possibly even same color with or without a lowering kit. Giving you the chance to see what those rims would look like on your ride. Then follow that up with a call to the store to see if they have them or can get them. MAKE SURE YOU WRITE DOWN THE MODEL NUMBER, SIZE, AND NAME BRAND plus the year make and model of the vehicle they will be going on. example: Revolution Racing R-7 20" for a 2013 Dodge Avenger. This will make your experience there at Rent-a-wheel 1000x better than walking in saying "yea I want 20's or 24's whatcha got?". While these great guys are willing to help you find something they can't hold your hand every step of the way when a little common sense makes the world turn a lot smoother for everyone. They ordered and had my Rims and Tires in the store before I ever physically set foot in the place. Now The reason for this was because I was PR-Approved online through their company website. There are lots of redneck anti-maskers on the loose in here because they do not enforce the mask requirement. Also, a lot of the employees wear masks below their nose. The employee who helped us checkout was very ghetto and slow. A lot of the merchandise in the store are very damaged. I knew she was safe in a parking lot, but I still needed a solution. I called the Goodyear Auto Service location which was 4/10ths of a mile from where she was stuck. They went above and beyond. There is no other way to say it. They had a guy at her location with an air tank in 15 minutes. They inflated the tire enough for her to drive to their shop without doing damage to the rim. Within an hour they had her tire patched and she was on her way. I can't say enough to thank this business and how they conduct themselves. I would not hesitate to use them in the future, send people to them and be a reference for them. In this day in age, businesses who act like this are far and few between.

When we speak on getting your tires changed. They do have decent tires for alright prices but it would for if they would try to match tires to what's on the car already especially, if your a recurring Customer. Over a year I've had to replace my studs and lugs because they won't replace the washers back before putting the lugs on with the power tool that tights and eventually the stud will break. I also experience them putting the wrong lug on and it was very obvious it didn't fix my time style and it stood out like a thorn on a rose stem. I have brought this attention to the manager attention. He apologise and offered to pay the tab for my tire and recommended someone down Oglethorpe. By this time me bringing it to the manager attention I had already lost three. Now I come to think of it I lost my washers awhile ago. So, What Did I Learn Here: Must replace my studs and lugs purchase washers for each studs. Lastly, if I continue be a customer they must place the washers on before placing the lugs on before locking the wheel in place. If the customer are without washers they should recommend them getting some. For marketing they could have some in stock. Always check your car out.
