There is no other way to say it. They had a guy at her location with an air tank in 15 minutes. They inflated the tire enough for her to drive to their shop without doing damage to the rim. Within an hour they had her tire patched and she was on her way. I can't say enough to thank this business and how they conduct themselves. She offered the next 2 balance and rotation on my tires for free. He had to put my tires back on. Why not check the inventory before hand?
