I don't believe they did anything except replace the battery and charge me over $400 for it. Finally after two weeks, I get my car back and the tire is low and the dash is telling me service required and past due, AC is leaking, and the horn doesn't work. I knew she was safe in a parking lot, but I still needed a solution. I called the Goodyear Auto Service location which was 4/10ths of a mile from where she was stuck. They went above and beyond. There is no other way to say it. They had a guy at her location with an air tank in 15 minutes. They inflated the tire enough for her to drive to their shop without doing damage to the rim. Within an hour they had her tire patched and she was on her way. I can't say enough to thank this business and how they conduct themselves. I would not hesitate to use them in the future, send people to them and be a reference for them. In this day in age, businesses who act like this are far and few between.

I got the 8AM sched. Got there around 7:45AM, lots of parking slots. Walked up to the service area, found a service advisor right away. She put it some information on her tablet and asked for my address and number and took photos of the front and back of my car. Then she said she'll pull over at the front with my car when it's done. Waiting area had a decent amount of spread out chairs, was able to sit away from other customers who were yakking without masks. In about 30minutes or so the service advisor was back. She was super nice and explained the recommendations and I was on my way home. Stress-free experience, I didn't have to argue with anyone, the staff I talked to was knowledgeable, my appointment showed up in their system without problems.

This caused me to get into a near fatal accident on the highway. On top of that they tightened the lugs on my tire so tightly I cannot even change the tires. This is probably because they stacked the pads and had to tighten the lugs very tightly to even mount my tires. Do not come here if you value your safety. I will be seeking legal action.
