I knew she was safe in a parking lot, but I still needed a solution. I called the Goodyear Auto Service location which was 4/10ths of a mile from where she was stuck. They went above and beyond. There is no other way to say it. They had a guy at her location with an air tank in 15 minutes. They inflated the tire enough for her to drive to their shop without doing damage to the rim. Within an hour they had her tire patched and she was on her way. I can't say enough to thank this business and how they conduct themselves. I had my doubts after visiting so many other car dealers and being treated so badly that we were about to give up. Finnicum Motors was almost 4 hours away but after talking with Chad (and yes it was every day and almost constant) But his relentlessness was proving to be just a great Salesman doing his best to satisfy a picky customer and was well worth his effort. Chad; I started to respond to your text with a text but I felt I needed to be more descriptive and personal in reference to our interaction with you and your organization. To have a person like yourself and your organization be so upfront and open about a vehicle is refreshing. After dealing with so many dealers that are deceptive and even flat out lie it was truly a pleasure to arrive and see exactly what was described. You went out of your way to address any issues I had to the best of your ability without the typical "it's a used car what did you expect" excuse. I may have paid a little more than I might have paid at some other locations but both my wife and myself felt it was well worth the 4 hour long trip and extra money. Thank you for the professionalism and courtesy that you provided and every business should provide. You are truly the example others should be measured by.. Yourself and your Organization should be proud of the job you do and I will gladly recommend you to anybody that is looking for a vehicle to come and see you. Thank You! James (Jim) Baker

I visited their shop on 12-17-2025 for a routine oil change, and the entire experience was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and efficient. I was greeted immediately by Kendall who walked me through the process. The service was incredibly fast, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes, What impressed me most was the transparency and honesty. The technician performed a multi-point inspection, showed me my air filter (which they replaced), checked all my fluids, and topped them off without any pressure for unnecessary upsells. They clearly explained everything and answered all my questions patiently. The facility was also very clean and organized, and the price was competitive, It's hard to find an auto service center you can fully trust, but the team at take 5 has earned my business for life. They are my new go-to shop, and I'll definitely be back for all my future car maintenance needs! Again outstanding service
