They incorrectly by-passed the vehicle anti-theft system in order to correct a no start problem which turned out just to be a bad starter. Then they incorrectly hard wired the secondary coolant fan to the starter which drew down the battery. I purchased a…read morecar in October, still under manufacturer warranty and I also purchased the platinum warranty from finnicum, and after having the car 4 months, it had a catastrophic gasket failure, causing a massive oil leak. It wasn't safe to be driving. My car has not been driven since March and has been in the shop since April. Do you think Finnicum has tried to do anything at all....4 weeks, 5 weeks, 8 weeks........After 10 weeks in the shop I texted and told Tony I was going to get an attorney before there was even any traction. Then all of a sudden finnicum was willing to buy it back, but at what they were offering it was a no deal. I am still waiting on my car today. It should have been ready on the 27th of June, then it was the 3rd now it's the 5th of July. 11 weeks in the shop, I still do not have my car, I have been having to rent a car for months, it's been an emotional, mental and financial nightmare. As long as I live and as loud as I can I am going to tell everyone how finnicum has treated me and handled this situation. It should have been resolved weeks ago but they thought it would be cheaper to fix than replace...... think that's gonna cost them some business too. A cheap old used car lot, that what finnicum is and a handshake means you got screwed. Trust me, the cars look shiny and pretty but if you get a bad car or a lemon like in my case, it's a freaking nightmare.

"Fast, Professional, and Honest Service at Take 5 oil change (Albany Georgia)…read more I highly recommend for all your oil change and other services at take 5 oil change location Albany Ga,for their outstanding oil change service. I visited their shop on 12-17-2025 for a routine oil change, and the entire experience was excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and efficient. I was greeted immediately by Kendall who walked me through the process. The service was incredibly fast, and I was in and out in about 15 minutes, What impressed me most was the transparency and honesty. The technician performed a multi-point inspection, showed me my air filter (which they replaced), checked all my fluids, and topped them off without any pressure for unnecessary upsells. They clearly explained everything and answered all my questions patiently. The facility was also very clean and organized, and the price was competitive, It's hard to find an auto service center you can fully trust, but the team at take 5 has earned my business for life. They are my new go-to shop, and I'll definitely be back for all my future car maintenance needs! Again outstanding service

On this day I was informed that my car was "disassembled " and would not go to the paint shop until another 5 days..then after calling and speaking to supervisor Daniel, was told that my car would not be ready until the 17th, making an 18 day service period total all the while I am paying for rental car..and after no courtesy call for an update on the repair. I asked for my car back and they said it could not be done. When I offered to pay for reassembly I was then told my car would be ready for pickup in 2 hours --indicating to me it was never even started for repairs...
