I spoke to the woman on the phone and had it all planned for my car that wouldn't start to be towed to Precision. I specifically told them multiple times over the two weeks that they had it to please run a full diagnostic and do whatever it needed. I don't believe they did anything except replace the battery and charge me over $400 for it. Finally after two weeks, I get my car back and the tire is low and the dash is telling me service required and past due, AC is leaking, and the horn doesn't work. Just so you know...the "engine wash" they try to convince you that you need because your oil is "dirty" is a rip off. My dad is a mechanic, and since I was out of town I let Precision do my oil change. Of course they convinced me I needed an engine wash because my oil was dirty. I let them and then called my dad who insisted that was a popular rip off. Dirty oil gets changed, your engine is fine as long as the engine light is not on. Wish I knew before I let them charge me extra! Heads up and go to a mechanic you trust, not these players. read more

One star only because I can't give a zero. They worked on my brakes and placed the tire back on with the rim sitting directly on the break line. That caused a hole to be worn in the line and my breaks to go out on me while driving. I'm sure it was just an accident, but that oversight could have cost me my life.
