They incorrectly by-passed the vehicle anti-theft system in order to correct a no start problem which turned out just to be a bad starter. Then they incorrectly hard wired the secondary coolant fan to the starter which drew down the battery. So, I had to pay these idiots for what they did and then I had to take it to someone who actually knew what they were doing. Idiots!

I came in to get my break pads changed last April by JJ. 1 day later driving home, I found that my…read morebreak pads hadn't been changed at all but instead a new one was stacked on top of my old pad. This caused me to get into a near fatal accident on the highway. On top of that they tightened the lugs on my tire so tightly I cannot even change the tires. This is probably because they stacked the pads and had to tighten the lugs very tightly to even mount my tires. Do not come here if you value your safety. I will be seeking legal action.

They said that they would have my car for 8 days. My insurance did not cover a rental car for various reasons so I had to pay for rental out of pocket. I called the shop on the 7th day to receive a status update. I had called and emailed on at least 9-10 occasions to receive an update with no replies. On this day I was informed that my car was "disassembled " and would not go to the paint shop until another 5 days..then after calling and speaking to supervisor Daniel, was told that my car would not be ready until the 17th, making an 18 day service period total all the while I am paying for rental car..and after no courtesy call for an update on the repair. I asked for my car back and they said it could not be done. When I offered to pay for reassembly I was then told my car would be ready for pickup in 2 hours --indicating to me it was never even started for repairs... Poor service/ bad communication/ am not taking my car back here..please be aware.. Then--when I picked up my car since they would not have it done on time...there was a nail with a washer in my tire! I know that I didn't bring my car in with a nail in the tire! I noticed because it was making noise as I drove away...so I immediately brought it back to the shop and it was denied...

I had my doubts after visiting so many other car dealers and being treated so badly that we were about to give up. Finnicum Motors was almost 4 hours away but after talking with Chad (and yes it was every day and almost constant) But his relentlessness was proving to be just a great Salesman doing his best to satisfy a picky customer and was well worth his effort. Chad; I started to respond to your text with a text but I felt I needed to be more descriptive and personal in reference to our interaction with you and your organization. To have a person like yourself and your organization be so upfront and open about a vehicle is refreshing. After dealing with so many dealers that are deceptive and even flat out lie it was truly a pleasure to arrive and see exactly what was described. You went out of your way to address any issues I had to the best of your ability without the typical "it's a used car what did you expect" excuse. I may have paid a little more than I might have paid at some other locations but both my wife and myself felt it was well worth the 4 hour long trip and extra money. Thank you for the professionalism and courtesy that you provided and every business should provide. You are truly the example others should be measured by.. Yourself and your Organization should be proud of the job you do and I will gladly recommend you to anybody that is looking for a vehicle to come and see you. Thank You! James (Jim) Baker
