Then they claimed my coolant and brake fluid needed changing, both were done less than six months ago. I ended up paying over $300 for one TPMS sensor on a 17 year-old car. Ridiculous and disappointing. Feels like they care more about upselling than honesty. Won't be back.

***UPDATE REVIEW!!!*** - From Disappointment to Redemption: A Complete Review of My Experience at…read morePrecision Tune Auto Care (Dawson Rd., Albany, GA) On Friday, May 30th, I left Precision Tune Auto Care feeling frustrated, unheard, and disheartened. What began as a routine oil change and windshield wiper replacement ended with a cracked windshield, a broken promise of follow-up, and a sinking feeling that I had been left to deal with the damage alone. I shared that experience publicly because I believe in truth-telling. I was honest about what happened and how deeply disappointed I felt. As a single mom, that kind of unexpected damage--and the lack of accountability--cut deeper than just inconvenience. In that moment, I questioned the decency and integrity I hoped to find in any business. But now, just a few days later, I'm writing to share the other side of the story--because something powerful happened after I hit "post" that day. Later that same evening, I received a call from Brian James, the owner of the Dawson Rd. location. We weren't able to connect until the next day, but once we spoke, everything changed. Brian didn't call to defend or deflect. He called to listen--really listen--and to understand what had happened from my perspective. During our conversation, Brian shared that he, too, had once been in a similar situation as a customer. That personal story let me know he wasn't just trying to smooth things over--he genuinely understood the frustration and disappointment I felt. He validated my experience and took immediate responsibility on behalf of his business. Within minutes of our conversation, he offered a full windshield replacement at no cost to me. More importantly, he followed through. Every step of the process, he kept me informed. I never had to chase anyone or wonder what was happening. What mattered most wasn't just the resolution--it was the way he handled it: with urgency, compassion, and respect. Brian didn't treat me like a problem to solve. He treated me like a person who deserved to be seen, heard, and made whole--and he did exactly that. This experience reminded me that while mistakes happen, what truly defines a person--or a business--is how they respond when things go wrong. Brian chose accountability. He chose to make it right. And in doing so, he restored more than just my windshield--he restored my trust. Because of him, I have no hesitation about returning to this location in the future. I believe in second chances when they're earned--and this one absolutely was. Thank you, Brian, for leading with character and care. Your actions speak volumes. Psalm 34:15-16 still stands--and today, I can say with full confidence: I was seen. And that's on everything!
