Had a Cruise Control Installation made on a hand me down truck. Automotive Necessities was the only place out of several in Albany and a few of the surrounding cities who could do the installation. But that sometimes happen with these other party services. Toyota refused to do any Cruise Control Installation. I would definitely come back here again if needed.

I took the car back, after two weeks they called said car was ready, when I picked it up, the dash cap was on crooked and not glued down. After another week they called and said it was ready. Well it still was not correct, I should have listened to my attorney. I would not ever carry anything there or recommend them!

Albany Quality Cars had told both parties they had to wait on my wife to make a decision. In short, this dealership has integrity and morals that I can't say I have seen in all my car buying years. It was very admirable. I did not get a chance to meet them in person, but they were the nicest people over the phone and so helpful.
