Went for pedicure. Middle aged man began to cut my nails. Serious pain when he cut skin. Had to shout that this was not working. A lady took over but BEWARE if this man starts a pedicure. I understand inflation but this place is ridiculous. Every time I take my mom for a treat they up their prices. She previously had a gel manicure and she wanted a regular manicure pedi. She was asked 11 times if she wanted regular and why not gel then 4 times "you have gel now is going to cost extra to remove" - well duh of course you have to remove the remaining gel in order to place a new polish. But over and over "so there will be an extra charge to remove the gel on top of the regular polish" then an extra charge for the cuticles... my mom comes here regularly never washes dishes she has a made at home for her age we make sure she is well taken care of so I doubt she has such pour cuticles every 3 weeks... The Lady with reddish brown hair and glasses of course refused to give her name , just couldn't figure out how many more charges to add to the regular manicure. My hair is never brassy or over processed. I get stopped all the time by strangers who ask me who does my hair and what is the name of the salon! Terrible service and terrible job! Went in for a fill and left looking like I need a fill! Nails are all different shapes and there are bubbles from the top coat. Half of my fingers have little pieces of lint or hairs (yuck) under the top coat. Staff was very unprofessional. After voicing my concern multiple times!! At $30 for a mani/pedi you can't beat it. (Nana Nails was $45) I got standard nails, nothing fancy. The staff were friendly, and my nails were done well. Went there for highlights just recently and got Vicki. Would not recommend them for highlights. The first time I went earlier this year, it was a different person doing highlights. I will not be going back there. My hair turned out to be an extremely brassy color not blond. I even took a picture to show her, plus I showed her the pictures on my phone. I have never, never had anyone "tease", "rat, or back comb" my hair for highlights. I never do that to my hair and told her that it breaks my hair. She kept on doing it. I told her I wanted a straight cut not a v shape it's a v shape she didn't listen to me at all. I'll never go back. I recently went to get a mani-pedi with high expectations to get excellent results, especially since I went with gel nail polish. However, I left this place very disappointed and $60 WASTED on a business that did not deserve it. My manicure did not even last a SINGLE day without them starting to chip and bubble as if they did not let them dry with the UV. Some of my nails were not even correctly layered and seemed as if a five-year-old did them, especially on my pedicure. It appears that after they went under new management, they began to care less and less about their work. I am not surprised that there are bad reviews. read more

My mom has been looking for a salon that still does tight perms (she is 79). Every salon we called either no longer offers perms or the cost was astronomical - we are talking $75 or more. Mind you, my moms hair is pixie length. We got lucky and found a salon right down the street from my mom's house. Vicky was great! She not only gave my mom the perm and cut she loves but the cost was spot on! Highly recommended. Now that we know this is a full service salon, we will return to get our nails done. read more

Vickie has an attitude problem. I went to curl my hair and she told me two people are ahead of me. So I waited one hour for my turn. When it was my turn she started attending other customers. I was upset as I was running late and have waiting there for an hour. Then she said how come you dint tell me you want curl with extensions. First of all I am sitting there no one asked me what I want and she said I am not going to do it as it takes longer. Imagine after waiting for one hour and someone says I am not going to do your hair just because I don't feel like it. When a customer walk in she should had asked me properly what service I would like. She acts like a supervisor but she is very rude and acts like we are getting service for free. After so much discussion she told me if you don't want it then leave. I said I have to attend my best friend's wedding and now I am on a time crunch to find someone else. So pretty much in total I waited two hours just to get my hair curl for a party. I also saw other customers walking out due to her attitude. It's time for me to find someone else. read more

Vikki is amazing! She has done my hair for years and always does a great job! I always get compliments on the color which is carmel and ash blond and the original color was very dark brown to black. Course this took a few times to get to this level! Vikki is always pleasant and always willing to get the desired result u want! And no brassy or orange color! This place is fairly priced that's why I am giving it 4 stars. Brandon sure knows what he's doing but he's very busy, and therefore impersonal. He was so busy, he made me dry my own hair, which I thought was very odd. I was in such shock, I just did it so I can get out of there. My hair turned out great, no complains there but I personally didn't like that. I did tip him out of courtesy for his work however it was rude of him to make me do his work. But since my hair was in his hands, I brought it to Yelp. It's also very hot in there and there's a sign by the AC that states that they will only turn it on if a customer request it. The heating chairs for the hair treatment are outdated therefore, your neck will be very uncomfortable while you wait for your highlights. There's no way to adjust them. They should invest in new chairs and perhaps make it more aesthetically pleasing for their customers. Also while you get you hair wash, remind them to pull up the lever so you're not sitting awkwardly. That's just common sense for a stylist but... anyway... If you don't mind all those things, go for it, you have a good chance of getting exactly what you paid for. read more
