My experience with the hiring process here was highly unprofessional. I completed a working interview where I performed exceptionally well, received great feedback, and brought in excellent tips from guests. Management had me work a subsequent shift under the impression I was hired. However, communication quickly became distant when I inquired about the schedule. When I followed up in person, I was brushed aside and informed they had chosen an inexperienced applicant instead. While they offered to keep my application on file, I declined. Management appears to prioritize favoritism over proven skill and industry experience. This lack of transparency and poor communication explains the high turnover rate. I would not recommend applying here if you value an environment that appreciates seasoned experience and professionalism.
