Catfish tasted like the cooking oil wasn't changed in a very long time. Absolutely the worst Catfish I have ever had in my entire life.

I wish I had taken photos but I totally forgot. Everyone really should try this place out. They have got the best chicken fried chicken (hands down)! My husband ordered it and my boys each got some slices from their dad. They liked it so much that we ordered another piece for my older kiddo (and that's after he had already gobbled up his double cheeseburger). The server was very sweet and when we checked out, she said the extra chicken fried chicken that we ordered was given to us for free! She said she was just curious if my son can actually finish it up. He did impress her! Lol! Talk about a growing tween boy! I wish we can come here again . A party of 5 waited for 90 minutes on a breakfast order. This place kept our coffee filled but every table around us who was seated after us, ordered, received their food, paid, and left. We kept being told another 10 minutes and nothing. Do yourself a favor and find some place else, even if it's a drive!! read more

This is my dad's favorite breakfast place. I have been here twice before and it's been consistently delicious every time. Our waitress Shannon was so attentive and she even remembered me from my visit 4 months ago. My dad and I got the Southwestern Omelette and it is delicious. The veggies were fresh, the omelette was full of flavor. Portion size is huge! You'll have leftovers for sure! Toast and hash browns were crisp and light. Love this place! What do you do when a party of let's say a dozen or so show up at your little place on the corner, with no notice? Get them out of the heat, sit them at the table in the back and give them each a menu and some water. Next come around and tell them the special of the day is a 12 oz Rib eye steak, side salad, choice of potato, veggie and Texas toast for 14.99. This is a great restaurant for country Home cooking, fried chicken,burgers, steaks, breakfast, even fried Cheese curds. We had chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak. Came with mashed potatoes all with delicious white gravy and a side. For me, fried okra. For spouse coleslaw. It was all delicious. No room for the pie that was so tempting! This review is based on 3 visits over the last few months. Each visit has been worse than the last. The orders have consistently been wrong, and the food is poor quality. For example, one of the items on our last order was the Philly Beef Steak sandwich. There was not enough beef on it to cover a third of the bun when opened up. The fried mushrooms were almost entirely breading, and a chicken sandwich was chewy and pretty much void of any lettuce or tomato. Like I said, this was the last of three visits, and the other two were no better. We originally went here based on the good reviews, but things have apparently changed for the worse. read more

What a wonderful place to eat. The service is wonderful, always professional yet very personable. The food has been consistently well done, and the dining area is always clean and inviting. Things here are exactly as they should be. That is until you order dessert. Calabama has such an apocalyptic selection of delicious pies. Awesome meals! Today we had their top choice double cheeseburgers for lunch with all their fixings. Shortly, the best burgers we have had! We also bought chicken breast and and breaded pork loin for dinner, to take home. Everything was brilliant! Very friendly staff too that take care of you, fast and correct. read more

The worst place I've ever been to. We had four people at my table including me and we waited literally an hour for our food. We have eaten there before and the food was greatly proportional and really filled you up. After waiting the hour we got half plates stuff and it was disgusting. The food tasted freezer burnt the eggs were rubber and overall it was just crap. I would not recommend anyone to eat there, it's horrible! read more
