Granddaughter sat for four hours to get French Nails to the coat of 70 dollars. Had to keep repeating, "Make all nails square and the same". It never happened and her nails are now horrible to look at and bleeding from so much poking. Do not EVER go there. Very bad manicure and absolutely no customer service. read more

I have went there twice and each time they hit my cuticles with the drumel tool many times. The last time I had a lot of pain from the open areas around my fingernails. I put Neosporin on the areas to keep them from getting infected and they eventually scabbed! My nails looked nice but it was not worth the pain I was in during the manicure and SNS application and for several days afterward. read more

Four bloody fingers out of five and polish that's bubbling up. The nail tech looked at me surprised I wasn't leaving a tip. Not only that, the salon does not feel clean and proper cleansing protocols between clients was not used. No disinfectant or wipes just brushing off nail trimmings between clients. I went here a few months ago and had a horrendous experience. I came in, signed in and was told the wait would be 15 minutes. I waited 30 and then the woman came up to me and started the process of taking off my shellac while I was sitting in the waiting area even though there were plenty of open chairs. She put the foil and cotton balls on my nails and then let me sit there for another 30ish minutes. My fingers were prunes by the time she took it off and some of the acetone had eaten away at my soggy finger skin. I won't be back here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

I just recently started going here about 2 months ago and I see the nail tech named Mya. She always goes above to give you what you want and she is so good at what she does. And takes her time and if you ever see anything that she needs to go back and do she never gets mad and goes back and corrects. read more

I'm from out of town and needed a pedicure so I searched and asked around. They were very friendly but expensive. A pedicure where I go in Georgia is 20.00 for a fancy leg wrap and extra care (she nails) And this one was 40.00. Way to much for my budget. I will probably go back if I have another extended stay. read more

I went for a pedicure last Friday 6/6/2014, went to a wedding Saturday 6/7/2014, woke up Sunday and 3 nails on my left foot the polish was completely gone and the other 7 were all chipped. I have been coming here for the past 4 yrs as time has passed my pedicures have been so bad. I was 2nd in the shop on Friday morning got right in, with in 10 minutes there were 6 ladies waiting and only 3 workers. I had a guy who I haven't had before, he was in such a hurry to get me done so he could take care of others. It was awful. On top of that I left him a very good tip. I will be looking for another place and will not be recommending Amelia nails to no one!!! read more

They do a wonderful job! Sometimes hard to get in due to their busy schedule. I have gels. I'm always complimented about how wonderful they look and inquiries of where I have them done. Even though my preference is gel I see extremely beautiful nails done with regular polish. When I have my nails done I want them to look fantastic when done and they don't disappoint. They give many pedicures too! I believe they are very reasonable. I've tried others for about $5.00 less and not got the quality of nail service either (the others just don't hold up as long or look as well). I like the fast service you get when you are there.....if they are working with you...you are the one getting the attention so you can be done as soon as possible. read more

I walked in on a day that they didn't seem to be too busy to get a full set. I was told to sit and that it would only take a couple minutes while they finished with a couple other customers. Which of course I was okay with. However when I started to have my nails done the lady doing them, i don't know her name, spent the whole time yelling at other employees and made the acrylic so thin that when I walked out to leave I had broken one driving home. So because of this I went and had them redone at a better place, of which I was told all the things that the lady had done that made them break or raised the chances of them breaking such as them being thin and glued on improperly. We will just say I will not be going back any time soon. read more

I wouldn't waste your time. I've gone here 3 times and everytime I go I'm waiting for over 1 hour. And appointments mean nothing. A lady had a 12:30 appointment and was still waiting there around 1:15. I had arrived at 12. I decided to leave and go elsewhere because I usually get acrylics and depending on who does it you will leave looking like you need a fill in. I don't like leaving bad reviews but if you are okay with waiting for over a hour and the sloppy work then this place isn't that bad. read more

Appointments apparently mean nothing. Had a 530 appointment, 4 being worked on and 2 ahead of us. No one greeted us. When another walkin came in and asked how long they told her "just a few minutes." We walked out at 550, told them to cancel our appointments and not even a "sorry." Drives me nuts that businesses take appointments and then don't keep them. My time is valuable and I schedule for a reason. Won't return. read more

I went there on 7/23 to have a full set done. The place was clean, quiet, and nice, however I wanted gel nails and she said it was best not to have them, I was like ok. So she done regular manicure. Now on Monday 7/28 a nail came off, and today another one came off. Will I return probably not. She was nice and all but if I wanted to have my nails done every week I would not do this. I now have to go have a new set put on just to go out of town. Do not go there unless you plan on visiting again the following week. read more

Appointments mean nothing here. I called ahead on a Saturday because I knew it would be busy but they told me no problem I could get an appointment for my friend and I to get pedicures together. After we arrived we waited one hour to get to our chairs and then our feet soaked for another 25 minutes before anyone came to start on our nails. They were severely understaffed and even though the staff is very pleasant and polite the pedicure was rushed and it was not a very good job. I have been going here since October 2013.... I've been very happy with the ladies that do my nails, but DO NOT let the man ( I don't know his name) .....I went to have a full set done on 3/31 and he's the one who took me back to his table.....I didn't think anything of it, but wow.....I will NEVER let him do my nails again....he seemed rushed, not gentle at all.......the nail glue stuck to my skin at the edges and he kept taking his nail pushing down on each corner where it had binded to my skin.....OUCH!!!! Then the design I wanted was a joke.....he could have filed my corners better....and the underside of the nails could have been buffed better to remove that chunky look.....he charged me $44, and I looked at the price board in front wondering HOW it added up to that.......I'm giving them 3 stars because I really like the job the ladies do, but thanks to the guy's shoddy job, he ruined my taste!!! read more
