I sat down and picked the colors I would like. I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time. Which at first was upsetting but the amazing nail techs made up for this. They made sure to let me know they were running short staffed today, apologized and thanked me for my patience many times. The placed seemed a little messy and disorganized, but could have been due to the same issue of them being short staffed. I went in on Friday for a manicure and pedicure, and it was one of the worst salon experiences I've…read moreever had. During my pedicure, the technician cut several of my cuticles, leaving me with multiple painful cuts that should never happen during a routine service. For my manicure, I get my long natural nails done with S&S dip powder and a gel overlay. I've been getting my nails done this way for years and have never had an issue. This salon applied the product so thin that it's already peeling away from my natural nails. As a result, I've already broken two of my natural nails because there wasn't enough strength or protection. Not only did I waste my money, but now I'm left with damaged nails that will take time to grow back. To make matters even worse, the salon itself was dirty and poorly maintained. The air conditioning wasn't working, and it was 83 degrees inside while customers and employees were expected to sit there for extended periods. It was incredibly uncomfortable and made the entire experience even more unpleasant. Between the unsanitary conditions, the painful cuts, the poor-quality nail application, and the uncomfortable environment, this was a complete waste of money. I will never return, and I cannot recommend this salon to anyone.
