They made sure to let me know they were running short staffed today, apologized and thanked me for my patience many times. The store was clean and way busier than I expected for a place that had just opened on a Saturday. The women who did my pedicure was very nice and we chatted a bit about our lives while she worked. The pedicure was great up until another women sat next to me for a pedicure. The women doing my feet instantly started chatting with her coworker, who was working on the women next to her. Normally I wouldn't mind this, but the quality of her work instantly dropped. It was towards the end of my pedicure, so it did not ruin my experience, but it did leave me a bit disappointed with the massage. I chose the pedicure I had for the longer massage time. Heated neck wraps are immediately offered, they always check with you on water temperature for pedicure tubs (which also have lovely soothing lights that change color).
