The theatre has really add some nice feature since the last time I went. It was clean and seats were very comfortable

I am extremely unhappy with the experience I had at your movie theater on May 26, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. I came to watch Final Destination and was very disappointed by the overall condition and service. The theater was dirty and poorly maintained. I paid over $30 for a large popcorn, two drinks, and a bag of M&M's. When I went to get my drink, the ice machine on the left had no ice at all. The drink stations were filthy, and the floors were covered in popcorn and spilled beverages, making them sticky and unpleasant to walk on. When we entered the theater, there was popcorn left on the seats, indicating that the area had not been cleaned before the next showing. Additionally, the two employees at the ticket stand were on their phones, leaning on the counter. They did not greet us or show any form of hospitality. The only positive part of the experience was the employee who took our order--this individual was respectful and kind, which I appreciated. Overall, the theater needs better management, a more effective cleaning crew, and improved staff training. I have been coming to this location since I was a child, and I have never experienced such poor service until now. I spent nearly $60 on this visit and left feeling disgusted and disappointed. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and leads to improvements. read more

So last time I came here. I went to see thunder bolts. The place was nice and clean. Stuff was friendly. Quick to serve me and the movie was so awesome. That the seats were clean around. Sound was amazing. Not that loud. My only complaint is the prices they have for the foods and snacks, but other than that I would recommend people just sneaking in snacks from the store where you can buy for affordable prices read more

We went on Friday to see Dungeons and Dragons. Very clean inside, well lit. The tickets, $20. We went to concessions for a large soda, medium popcorn and bag of Candy, $20. Seemed a little high. Until we got to our seats. Y'all, these seats are full, lay back, lounge recliners! I hadn't been to this theater in a while so this may be common knowledge but these recliners were amazing. My son dropped his drink and threw it away I asked Emily the worker if she could get my son another cup, she told me I couldn't get another cup unless I give her the cup that he threw away which I told her, it was in the trash can. She insisted twice it was there policy. My son has autism and wanted another drink so he went and dug in the trash can for his cup. Very embarrassing that she would tell us he had to get cup out trash can. I guess she thought we we're trying to steal. The world is cruel and so are empty empathetic employees there. I don't want nothing free just for my family to be treated fairly I spent $ 140.00 for my family of 4 to be treated like trash today. Today was my daughter birthday too really ruined the mood. Did a Mario Movie watch party with our family and this place is awesome! Always friendly staff, prices are comparable with competitors and parking is never a problem. Do yourself a favor and get the app, the AMC Stubs Premier annual one is well worth it. I have saved so much. The manager is amazing to work with too. read more

Idk his name but last night a mexican young man (looked a bit younger & skinny) working the concessions/fryer (5/16/25 around 9pm) was awesome. I usually come here as i'm a movie stub pass holder & the concession people never greet me or always chatting & ignoring people waiting for their pick up orders, they also move extremely slow like they don't care to be there and everyone is a nuissance. The few times i go and have the young man i did last night, he is always exceptional with outstanding customer service. Always greets me fast, double checks to make sure i have everything, gives me a wait time, and is always hustling. I know it's probably not a "fun" job and can be stressful, but he is always so polite. read more

I've been going to this AMC for the past 10 years and am an AMC Stubs Premier Member. It's always been my go-to spot without any issues until recently. A worker named Ryan has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. He's rude and always smirks at me when checking my ticket. My boyfriend and I came on a Thursday night to watch a rated R movie, and Ryan asked for my boyfriend's ID. While this might be protocol, I've never been ID'd here before, and Ryan has clearly seen us before. My boyfriend, who's a grown man with a full beard, was holding popcorn and a drink. We accidentally bought 1 child ticket and 1 adult ticket, but we don't mind paying for two tickets on a Thursday night. It's not like they're $6 like on Tuesdays. Ryan seems to take his job way too seriously, and I feel like he's profiling us based on his body language and attitude. With everyone else, he seems to be greeting and smiling. I hope the manager gives him a pep talk or teach him some better customer service! I'm considering canceling my AMC Stubs membership because he's given us problems more than once, never smiles, and is incredibly rude. read more

Over all movie was great, Service however was humiliating. Context: I suffer from a condition known as HS (short for Hidradenitis Suppurativa) which has cause both of my axilla or armpits to have wounds which prevents me from wearing a shirt so I use a robe to cover me all around with my arms inside it sleeves just hanging as if I have no arms. I have stopped going out of my house unless is a doctors appointment or medical related. But my friends hadn't seen me on a long time so convinced me to leave my house to go watch a movie with them and spend time with them. Everything was great until I ordered a drink and when I went to pay for it I stuck my hand out with a 20$ bill and reveal a little bit of my stomach and that's when the lady at the front was like "oh you're not wearing a shirt" to which I replied "I have a chronic disease that prevents me from using a shirt at the moment" and proceeded to show her a part of my arm hoping she would understand; but instead she double down and said "Well you better cover up right because your showing too much" and that just threw me off like where is the compassion for one another. To be quite honest I wanted to just go back home and stay there but since I hadn't seen my friends in months since September to be quite exact I push through the embarrassment and stayed because of them as I didn't want to ruin their night having to miss the movie for them. But that's all I was thinking the whole movie how if I stayed home it could have been avoided. Mind you this was late at night literally the last showtime they had in order to make people uncomfortable with me like the whole place was mad empty. Definitely not going here again if I heal :( read more

We've been going to this locations for a few years now and have always enjoyed going. However, the last few months the theaters are exceptionally hot and just uncomfortable. My wife always takes a blanket and even she has been too hot to use the blanket. I've seen several guest notify staff and I have notified the staff as well. Their response is always the same. "It's an old building. The air conditioners are being worked on. The repair company is waiting on parts." The excuses are never ending. If you know the air conditioning isn't working notify your guests. When we come out of the theater drenched in sweat there is a problem. We are seriously considering cancelling our AMC SS post stubs membership over this. Going to the theater to see a movie was always a great escape from the heat and an enjoyable experience. I hate to see this change but with online streaming I can stay home and be comfortable in my air conditioning. I hope they get it fixed because we enjoy going to the movies. read more

I have been to this movie theatre several times and would recommend if you're in the area. Lines have never been a problem for me, because I always order tickets and food on their website. It's pretty convenient and beats waiting in line. Most of the times I visit, there are hardly any people in the theatre, so I guess that makes the theatre's service faster (buying snacks, having food being given to you at your seat, etc). When I went to watch the new Mario movie, they were ~10 minutes late with my mozzarella sticks, so anticipate some slow downs if there are a lot of people here. $5.39 for 1 20 oz bottle of water is outrageous though. Why would I ever buy this when I can get a 24-bottle pack of water at Kroger for less? Bring your own drinks if you can. read more

This definitely isn't the best theater around and the only reason I go here is when a movie I want to see isn't showing at my normal theater. Both time I've seen a movie here, someone else was sitting in my seat when I got there, so I don't know if they're just letter random people in, or if they just don't care if people theater hop. read more

The theater had ample space for parking. Nice size area with comfy reclining seats as expected. The movie was AWESOME and my favorite is always the nachos with cheesy goodness. read more

Inside the staff was amazing. The condition of the theater was great. But you loose 3 stars due to the lack of security patrolling the parking lot. One is not enough for the number of cars parked around the theater. It takes too long for one security person to drive around the entire area. For the 40 minutes I took to decide whether or not to drive my car that just had its catalytic converters stolen, I saw the security person drive by once. I'm sure with your stock prices going up and folks coming back to the movies, your stakeholders would appreciate the gesture if you'd keep the parking lot secure from crime. I have been to this theatre a few times and its been ok service each time. It seems like during morning hours, they only have limited amount of cashiers who attend to the amc stub/premier members first before addressing people in the regular line. I actually am a member and I can see the frustration on people's faces. This location has a few kiosk outside, but most of the time majority of the machines are out of paper or have some technical difficulty that forces you to get back in line. I do like the fact that this location has assigned seating and the recliners are comfortable. AMC has a $5.00 special available all day Tuesday which is a good incentive. They have a reward program along with an upgrade to premier membership. This theatre has many halls and a good selection of snacks and sodas available. They did not clean the theatre prior to our movie, and there was trash everywhere in the theatre. Trash cans are full of trash and are not being emptied. Popcorn is everywhere, all over the floor, with no attempt to clean it up... even AFTER they closed the concessions super early. The concessions closed before my second movie started, and I couldn't get any popcorn. Seats in the theatre are dirty and tattered. All of this filth remained while police officers and workers sat near the entrance chatting. It's really overall dirty and poorly run. They need a HUGE change. read more

I have attended this theater many times over the years usually with satisfactory experiences. Lately, I have noticed a problem. It seems that whenever I go (during the day) there is only one cashier working the windows. What makes matters worse is that AMC now has a membership program where the members get waited on first. I am not a member like most people and therefore have to wait in another line for that one cashier to wait on the members first before getting to us peons. That's poor service and adds a lot of time to waiting in line. Also, they have those dumb 30.06 and 30.07 signs at the doors making this a gun free zone. I hope the bad guys read signs. Paid 70 bucks for two seats to see Beyoncé's Rennaisance Film. 15 minutes in to the film the bass went out. Can you imagine watching a concert on a big screen and no bass? People complained I complained and the manager said they turned up the volume to the max. The volume wasn't the issue it was the bass. I asked where I would be able to submit a complaint and she said she was it. The "manager" standing outside the auditorium asked that I come back at the end of the film and promised she would be there. Of course she was not. I came to the theater on Aug 8th, 2 days prior to my 30th bday on Aug 10th to check out the auditorium I rented for Deadpool. I did this so I can assure that none of my guest will have to sit at the very front. When it came time to the day of my event they had moved me to auditorium 23 because the a/c went out in auditorium 17. When I got there the seating arrangements were not the same and the auditorium was incredibly smaller. In comparison The rows in the original auditorium 17 (from top to bottom) 14 seats , 12 seats, and 12 seats giving me 38 chairs so I invited 38 people to assure that none of my guests had to sit in the front. The one they moved me to which was auditorium 23 was 8 seats, 8 seats, and 6 seats which only gave me 22 seats to utilize that were not in the front row. With that being said 16 of my guest had to sit at the very front which I was trying to avoid and that is why I checked the auditorium 2 days prior so I know exactly how many of my friends I could invite and I even let the manager know that was my MAIN concern. My issue was not handled properly as the first person I spoke to had to call a manager and that took about 10 mins and it was around 11:50am by the time I spoke to one. they then said since I paid for 40 people and that the auditorium 23 sits 40 they could not change me to another auditorium. I am very unhappy with my birthday experience and during the movie I felt so bad that my guest had to sit at the very front and that was the only thing I could think about. I have contacted amc guest services twice with no resolution. read more

I have been coming to this theatre for years. They always do a good job at keeping the theatre clean. They have amazing chairs that recline. How can you not like that! I am not a fan of the bs office chairs you find at studio movie grill lol the Dolby surround sound is really good. Great experience. I have yet to see an imax movie there. That is on my to do list. Through att you get buy one get one free on Tuesday. That's pretty cool. The food is decent too. The chairs are the inner here. You can raise the middle bar rest up and cuddle up with your gf lol haha. I'll def keep going back. Not sure why it took me so long to review this spot. I normally just watch 4k on my Apple TV when a good movie drops but I really wanted to see the joker. Saw it twice back to back days. Great movie. Epic masterpiece. read more

Their sound system is incredible & clear as well as the screens crisp & clear. A nice AMC theater with reclining chairs and mobile food order. That way you can order ahead, pay and they will deliver your food to you at your assigned seats 10 minutes before show starts. Nice Dolby sound and just the right amount of seats to enjoy the movie without too much noise. I highly suggest this theater if in Houston. Plenty of parking also as it's near a mall. read more
