Visited the Cypress location for the first time. The Manager (Kevin) was very polite, helpful and happy to assist with my issue obtaining ticket confirmation. Adriana, gave me information about the theatre and made me feel welcome. They both represents your company well. I'm a new homeowner in the area and I will be returning. Also, the lobby area is very nice and clean. However, the men restroom needed cleaning. Of course it's probably customers not cleaning nor flushing behind themselves. Adding an 18% gratuity to a party of three is ridiculous. Three small popcorns and three drinks cost us 60$. Popcorn that is no longer served in a bag, but now a small bowl. You have found every way to screw the customer...congratulations. You are streaming a movie which will be released in couple weeks in old, cracked and half working chairs. This was my first time experiencing a movie and dinner concept the facility was very clean and the staff was very courteous and friendly. I paid $40 for two adults and one child and that was with my military discount. The food was just ok but I guess because it was a theater but the price was like a 5 star restaurant. The quality for the price could be better. The seats were very comfortable and we enjoyed that a lot, I would go back but not sure if my hubby would I guess we'll see. read more

Brought the kids here for a double movie day today. There were eight of us, and Sonic was the first film. While we were trying to watch the movie, someone seated beneath is using their enormous iPad to watch a boxing match. When I gently pointed out that it was distracting to one of the waitresses, they promised to let their manager know. Someone arrived to speak with them, they didn't turn off the iPad at any point. I went outside to request a refund for my ticket, while the other seven people remained inside the theater. Since there were four other adults in the theater and the movie started at 4:15, the manager started to tell me they would also have to leave. I showed her the tickets. She'd like me to have someone step out to verify the age. Emily is rude, disrespectful and I personally didn't and don't like her tone. Now I have to sit here because I promised my kids a double movie day! This will probably be a $400 experience that Emily assisted in ruining. I tried seeing the Minecraft movie today with my sister and brother. I'm not sure if the cashier(male with the ponytail) was new or still in training but he was very impatient and disrespectful. When we finally figured out what showing we wanted to see, I asked for two kid tickets and one adult ticket. The cashier then turned to my sister and asked me "how old is that one" . I told him the she was 12 and he proceeded to charge me for two adult tickets and 1 child ticket. Without an explanation, I felt that this was wrong and inconvenient. Wanted to go to the one close to Katy but they were all full. Must take a blanket. I wish they had disinfectant wipes. This was quite a drive. We went here for a quiet place day one. They were welcoming and friendly. We had David take our order, he was warm and welcoming. I wasn't quite sure in terms of drinks and he was helpful with his experience and knowledge. I was gonna give them 2 stars as they not only missed half of our orders and the movie was half done lol but the food was plain bland like no flavors at all, our tacos had no salt nor pepper and we had asked for sides like ketchup and sauces and nothing came. The waffle and chicken were good. I had the sparkling wine which was great btw, must try.. my sister literally left to fix this and David came and apologized and they didn't charge us for the tacos. Great theater! Very clean and comfortable reclining chair seats. Sadly, service needs attention. Our waitress had to be asked 2 times to bring napkins. That should be a given. Any drink or food item needs a few napkins. And please girl, smile! Even under your mask, we can tell you were not smiling. You made us feel we were bothering you... at work. Hmmmm. We still tipped you 20%, but don't count on it by the next person. The cloud drawn to draw attention to the tip area was unnecessary and almost cost you a tip. We felt it was rude to accent that area, yet you couldn't even give good service, which in case you don't know, is WHY you get (deserve) a tip. An establishment is only as good as their support team. This needs attention ASAP. We took the high road, but that doesn't do any good. You need to remember WHY tips are given. read more

Something has changed here and the service is not good anymore. One time we never got our checks so had to hunt someone down and pay out in the hallway. I overheard the girl telling the guy who was supposed to be helping us that he was the worst she's ever seen. Last time, it took several minutes for them to finish cleaning, we were all waiting to go in and then they started late. It took several minutes to have our order taken and then took another ten minutes to bring out drinks and popcorn. Very slow service, food is decent but I'm not tipping 20% for bringing me one thing then never returning. Favorite foods are the cheeseburger sliders (Honey I Shrunk the Sandwiches), Goat Cheese/Mushroom flatbread and Chicken tenders. Great date night experience!!! There was plenty of parking, the place was inviting, and the staff gave great service. This place really gave the premium "at home" vibes, but an edge of classy as well. There was a social area with a full bar/lounge with comfortable seating. The seating was more intimate and had the electronic reclining seats. The sound quality and food selection was excellent. I'm usually very picky about some theater companies due to how dirty they can become; however, this place was clean (bathrooms, lobby, and general lounge areas). So I chose this theatre for the first movie I have seen since the reopening. Chose GG3. When I asked for the menu to confirm my selection, I tried to place it in the "slot" in front of the seats. When I pulled it back out, two soiled napkins, a Reeses PBC wrapper with some of it uneaten and the pictured movie stub came out. Hence the star rating. Everything else was fine. I would have completely overlooked and forgiven the findings above, but the date on the stub signifies that the checking of those slots is not a regular thing. Seating fine, food was pretty good, but never before experienced so many interruptions by waitstaff during the movie as we did today! We were so excited to see "Kjngdom of the Planet of the Apes", had our blankets, ready to chill and watch... Every 5 minutes waitstaff was coming in the aisles to take, deliver, etc orders, which was expected, but I remember the time when they would squat down and talk to guests. Now, they just stand up straight , and STAY THERE FOR A WHILE, literally blocking the screen! At one point, one of them just stood up straight, 2 rows in front of us, talking to a guest, blocking the screen, for a few minutes! Not long after that, another one ran at top speed down our aisle in front of us and down the stairs, then came back 3 minutes later BACK DOWN OUR AISLE at top speed to a guest. Like every few minutes, they would do this-THROUGHOUT the movie! I kept saying to my party, "I'm never coming back here". And the only reason we came in the first place was because our chosen movie didn't have seats left at the theater we usually attend:The Cut-Cinemark-Cypress. (You may want to read my review for THAT one-we love that place). If they want to keep their customers, they need to return to including squatting down to speak with guests in their training. We went on $6 Tuesday deal day and had a pretty good experience. This place could use some improvement on minimal things but not much to complain about, considering it's a movie theatre where hundreds of people are in and out of on a weekly basis. We went to go see inside out 2 and the vibe is very calming and dark just as a movie theatre should be. Can't stand walking into a theatre and there's lights and signs and posters and teenagers just hanging around. Food 4/5 we ordered the large popcorn, fried pickles, pizza, quesadillas, pretzel, an Icee, sprite, Fiji water and iced water. About $90 altogether. Keep in mind you're paying for the luxury of eating dinner in a reclining chair while watching a movie. I'd say all that was decently priced and the wait staff was about what you'd expect. All day they are walking in and out of a dark theatre carrying food up and down stairs and crouching down 20-30x a day. Cut them some slack. The popcorn was a bit cold but....whatever we were still chillin. Bathrooms-- pretty clean considering we went on during the week and there were a handful of families with kids there. All the staff were pretty friendly. No complaints there. MAYBE they could improve on not standing straight up during the movie while taking orders but again they probably do this 20-30x a day. They have to give their knees a break here and there. Bonus: it didn't have that typical movie theatre smell where you can tell the AC has been lingering all day and there is mucked up popcorn and candy on the floor. It smelt clean. read more

I am not sure what happened to this location!! The service has declined. I ordered my food and drinks, but only received my food. Waited over 30 minutes for drinks, and had to let them know that we didn't get the drinks. My cheeseburger had a "BONE" almost cracked my tooth!!
