DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!!! The owner called me 90 minutes before my scheduled event time and…read moretried to cancel because his "workers" didn't show up. I asked for his worker's phone number and he gave it to me. His worker told me that he quit two weeks ago because the owner was impossible to work for. I can see how that would be true! I convinced the owner to come with the truck anyways so he wouldn't ruin my sons birthday party, and he said he would still come but that he knew absolutely nothing about video games or how to work the truck. And he did know absolutely nothing about the games or how to help the kids play them. He never apologized to me, and then left without saying goodbye and just emailed me an invoice with the full balance. This company clearly has issues!!!!!

Michelle our instructor was understanding in these matters and she jugged both the students who were their on time, who were 15 mins into their paintings and my family who were settling in. Michelle got us up to speed within 10 mins of our arrival. The example painting was very intimidating for first timers, but Michelle dissected each section of the example painting with efficiency but realistic tips and tricks. She was super helpful in aiding us with aspects that were to scary to attempt on our own. Their was a 5 minute break were you could sip and snack, but we mostly kept painting because it fun and relaxing. Top 40 hits was playing in the background which allow me to relax even more, and sing lowly the lyrics. Overall we had a blast. Recommendations: wear clothes you can get paint on, you have an apron, but things happen. Have a small bag with you, big hand bags take up space under the table. If you have a Groupon deal, print it before you come. Bring a small sitting pillow, the old backside gets numb when you sit for 2 hours on small plastic stool. Its a unisex restroom, go easy on the liquids. Have a protective cloth and space in your car for transport of your masterpiece after. All in all we had a grand time.

The place can get really packed when it's a ton of birthdays so something to keep in mind. Free entry is granted if it's with a birthday, yet you pay for the skates. Their food is basic but good. You can tell it's premade and just warmed up when ready. I will say I question some music choices when it's a bunch of kids but I think it's just my old adult mind. I truly would be scared to skate if it's a bunch of kids. As they are falling all over the place. So something to keep in mind when planning a trip here. Yet it still has the old school skating feels so nostalgia is real. Oh oh oh and before I forget if their parking lot gets full you can park next door in the adjacent lot. I was worried until I saw others do it and my car was safe upon returning.
