He dropped us off at the first place and said he would be back in an hour to take us to the next location. After waiting two hours we attempt to call him and he says it'll be another 45 mins. We wait another hour an attempt to call him again and he ignores our call. We call from an unfamiliar number and he picks up and says he's pulling up which took another 30 mins. He pulls up after leaving us stranded and offers no explanation but admits that he does not have two buses, he had clearly been drinking and refused to take us to another location. They didn't do anything extraordinary but they did deliver everything they advertised and when dealing with party bus companies, that in and of itself is notable. Our scheduled pickup time was 9pm and our group began to get antsy around 8:45pm because the bus hadn't arrived or called yet. So, I called the office to get the drivers location and they contacted the driver to confirm his location. After I hung up with office the driver called and again confirmed he was just a few minutes away and did in fact arrive before our pick up time. We'd gotten pictures of the 24 passenger bus before we booked and the bus that arrived was the exact bus in the photos. It was clean and stocked with everything they'd said and the sound system was booming. Crystal clear! Our driver was great too. He communicated with the point person throughout the entire night. When we were calling around to get prices etc. Blue Star was a little higher than majority of the other companies. But when dealing with these types of arrangements I'd much rather pay to have peace of mind than to save a few bucks and have a poor experience. Blue Star was phenomenal and I highly recommend them.
