I asked for his worker's phone number and he gave it to me. His worker told me that he quit two weeks ago because the owner was impossible to work for. I can see how that would be true! I convinced the owner to come with the truck anyways so he wouldn't ruin my sons birthday party, and he said he would still come but that he knew absolutely nothing about video games or how to work the truck. And he did know absolutely nothing about the games or how to help the kids play them. He never apologized to me, and then left without saying goodbye and just emailed me an invoice with the full balance. This company clearly has issues!!!!!

They provided their own tarps. We lucked out and rained after the party so the owner asked if we could keep it until the next day to allow it to fully dry out. The 4-5 year olds loved it even though it was really steep and fast then after the party the adults got to use it and EVERYONE LOVED IT!! Would definitely rent again from them, especially reading the horror stories from other companies.
