I think this business is closed. I called the number and it no longer belongs to Games on wheels and the website is no longer functioning.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!!!! The owner called me 90 minutes before my scheduled event time and tried to cancel because his "workers" didn't show up. I asked for his worker's phone number and he gave it to me. His worker told me that he quit two weeks ago because the owner was impossible to work for. I can see how that would be true! I convinced the owner to come with the truck anyways so he wouldn't ruin my sons birthday party, and he said he would still come but that he knew absolutely nothing about video games or how to work the truck. And he did know absolutely nothing about the games or how to help the kids play them. He never apologized to me, and then left without saying goodbye and just emailed me an invoice with the full balance. This company clearly has issues!!!!! read more

Very bad experience! Don't book from them. Unprofessional and you don't get what it's promised. Unprofessional and lack of customer service. I booked the Truck with the photo both and karaoke. To start some of the game consoles weren't working. Second, they couldn't set up the photo booth because they were missing the tablet that contained the app to take the pictures. When I called to inform the issue the guy lacked customer service and was laughing at the situation. He was trying to advise me to use my own device and download such app and then we can use the photo booth(which is not on the agreement ). He asked if our purpose to call him was to get a discount and asked after what type of discount we wanted was $5 dollars off and then laughed about it. We had 30 minutes left and kids wanted to take advantage and use the karaoke, the attendant took 15 minutes just to figure it out to get it to work and kids were left with just 15 minutes. During the time the attendant revealed they didn't use that truck as much so he was not sure how to get everything going. The inside of this truck was worn out and wallpaper ripped off. Lastly, My balance due to pay for that day was 204.17 and they charged our card $205.00. Very bad experience overall. read more

Do Not use this company. No showed for my kids party that I booked 2 months ago. I tried to contact them 3 days prior as well as everyday including party day and no response. Facebook message they have read with no response, emails bounce back and the phone goes straight to an automated message and you can't leave a message because the mail box is full. Super unprofessional on all levels. Will be lolking into actions on how to get my money back since this company seems to be scamming people. read more

Booked them for a kid's birthday party and paid in advance. They didn't show up and didn't call. All calls to them went directly to voicemail. It's extremely unprofessional and heartbreaking. Kids have been couped up with no fun for over two years and now that we can finally celebrate birthdays again, this business ruins it. Do not recommend it at all. read more

We are very disappointed with this company. We booked a game truck for our son's birthday party. After the truck never showed up and we were unable to reach anyone, somebody finally returned our phone call 45 minutes later. The response was "you know as much as I do" as to where the driver was. I never leave negative reviews. I'm the type of person who is more interested in leaving a review when someone does great work, but I feel it is my responsibility to hopefully warn any other parents of this company. If I could give zero stars I would. This company booked our party and then did not even show up. Initially, at what was supposed to be the time of arrival, they said they were running late. Also, this info was only given after I had inquired, they didn't offer it to me. Then they said they were going to be an HOUR late. So we waited the hour and then again, after I texted multiple times and called with no answer, they finally replied to my text saying the truck had "issues" and they would refund my money. What kind of heartless person thinks that a refund is the answer to this situation. They ruined what should have been my daughters special day. Nothing like having your 8th birthday party planned completely around a gaming truck for it to not even show up. Terrible. Do not book with this company. read more

This gaming truck was the perfect attraction for our 8-year old's birthday party. We had more than a dozen boys and they all had plenty of opportunity to play the large variety of games offered. When traffic delayed the truck, they offered to stay later so we got our full allotment of time. Payment was a simple, on-site process. Would definitely recommend anyone in the Houston area use these guys. read more

We definitely enjoyed them and will use them again! They had everything set up on time and were very friendly. My kiddo is in a wheelchair, and even though they didn't have advance notice, they didn't miss a beat. They were willing to do whatever they needed to make him as comfortable as possible. So happy with our Games on Wheels experience! The truck is immaculate inside. My son was able to request any game he wanted beforehand. Everyone had so much fun in the truck they didn't want to come out for pizza & cake! Wouldn't hesitate to book again. read more
