They arrived over an hour late for our reservation and then took another hour to get set up all during our peak time due to a "broken laptop." In reality, they had double booked with an event that obviously deemed more important. There was little communication during this time, and they promised a refund for those hours and digital pictures for free. And then they completely ghosted me no matter how many times I followed up. They cite their inability to process refunds. This is absolutely crap because they use a credit card pay system that allows reversal of transactions. Once the final balance was paid and the event came they went silent. Attempts to reach them on the event date were unsuccessful.
