They cite their inability to process refunds. This is absolutely crap because they use a credit card pay system that allows reversal of transactions. Once the final balance was paid and the event came they went silent. Attempts to reach them on the event date were unsuccessful. The company couldn't even give a call to say there was a problem with them performing. I didn't want anyone else to go through this experience for a major event.
