Bohemian, enchanted safari was the theme. Krystal and her team were professional and meticulous with setup and take down after the shower. Yes there is construction leading up to the building but that's not a permanent thing. The parking lot is well lit so I feel safe going to events at night. The building is a secure building so strangers just can't wonder in off the street and cause any disturbances which makes me feel even better. It's a great space, it's always clean and well decorated. The owner has always maintained good communication with me and has even assisted with locating hotels since I come from out of town. The first time I met her she welcomed me with a smile and I get that same smile every time. Her staff has always been friendly and made me feel welcome. If I were local I would definitely have events here. It's a great environment for all ages. You can basically turn the space into whatever atmosphere you want from kid parties, to teens, to adults. She gave us instructions to select our pieces and then have a seat and someone would be with us to do the next step. We selected our items and had a seat. The two gentlemen were still around the counter or back and forth to help other customers with paint, etc. I made eye contact with both of them and they both turned away at several engagements. After about 8-10 minutes of no one coming to our table, my 9 year old looked at me and said, "Mom, I feel like no one wants to help us, and they've seen us sitting here for a while." WOW. An experience I NEVER want my child to have. We put our pieces back carefully, and left. I hate that was her experience especially because she was really looking forward to it, and there aren't many opportunities like this in our area, but I won't bring her back to be ignored.
