She helped me take care of the loose ends while being half way across the world. Being a non-resident of the subdivision and getting this much care and attention was terrific for me. A few days before the event, after I landed in Houston, I met with Randi and a few other staff members. Everyone was helpful and accommodating to my requests and last minute changes. The event hall was spacious, clean, elegant looking, and private. There was a kitchen to hold the food in before it was time to serve that did not get in the way of the main entertaining hall. Bathrooms were clean and well equipped in a not too far but not too close distance from the reception hall. The layout was perfect for the party. I have no complaints with this venue nor the staff. At the end of the event I was told everything is good and taken care of and that I should receive my deposit back in 10 days. Seven and a half weeks later I receive the check with $50 deduction with no explanation for it. And all this time no communication why the check is seven and a half weeks late. Upon asking the office personnel in person for $50 deduction I was told it was a charge for working after hours to edit the guest list for my event. Then the email said no it actually was for the security guards. So what was true ? They couldn't make up their minds to come up with a reason for the deduction ? No explanation for seven and a half weeks delay for the check? All I got " we are sorry for the inconvenience and the matter is closed". So easy for them to close the matter without providing me answers Moral of the story: my experience of renting the club house was extremely disappointing. I left the clubhouse spotless and everything taken care of and I was told that, but they wanted $50 more for themselves and could not give a good enough reason for that or for seven and a half weeks delay
