They were so accommodating and helpful throughout the entire booking process. We surprised our 8 year old with the game truck along with all of his friends and I would not change one thing. They went above and beyond to help the kids (and adults) play and enjoy the gaming trailer to its fullest. The owner and his two very helpful and respectful sons were so prompt and friendly to all of our party guests. It was pristine and clean and they provided masks, and sanitizer for everyone enjoying the amenities. Up Ur Gamez game- truck is FANTASTIC!!! I hired them for my son's 8th birthday party. It's a new state of the art truck, with all the latest games, lights, surround sound and big flat screen tv's. The kids loved it and so did the adults!! Mr. Smith was so professional throughout the entire process. He contacted me several times to make sure he had everything I needed and to ensure the set up would go smoothly on the day of the party. He went above and beyond what was expected and even sent pictures afterwards, that captured some great moments that I didn't get a chance to see during the party. My daughter loved her party with Up Ur Gamez game truck. Gary's was very informative and nice to work with. He showed up ahead of scheduled time to setup and ensure the kids had their full allotted time to play. The truck was huge with more than enough space and very clean. There was several HD TVs, high power air conditioning and multiple seating. The games were inside and outside of the truck for ample play. He even brought seating for those wanting to play outside of the truck. We had a great time and really enjoyed the service of Up Ur Gamez!! -- Highly recommended. We rented this video game truck for my sons 7th birthday party. Gary and his boys were AMAZING! His boys were there if any of the kids needed help with the game or if batteries needed to be replaced.
