Best high school stadium I've ever seen. The rest of the facilities are also excellent. The staff was excellent also. Had a great time.

We spent the weekend at the Berry Center for a dance competition. The venue was not accommodating to mothers and families with children and especially those with strollers. The staff was downright rude to all guests. Their expectation was for two full days to use their one concession stand with fried food, and nachos with no accommodations for gluten allergies or understanding that competing athletes need healthier options. They would Absolutely NOT allow food during our Sunday session that started at 8:00 am and ran through 10:00 pm. On Saturday we were held in a holding pen, as we were allowed to bring food at 12:30 pm only. Once it was 12:30, we were released to deliver food. Overall, have been in countless arenas, and facilities over the years and this was the worst experience by far. The staff needs trained in how to handle folks who are spending money at your facility, and be treated as guests not criminals. read more

Terrible security rude and so unprofessional. I was there for a graduation. For the university of Houston downtown campus. The Security was so rude after my purse fit into the box. They still told me I could not bring it in and I will take it to the car . So unorganized and I was carrying my monthly woman stuff I there and the was like uhhh it won't pass through. I said it just fit into the box just fine. And he made walk back again and do it. Again. And it still fit. Then he said oh it's not clear.. maybe he was racist too. So much discrimination against woman. And he made me late for my son's graduation. I am also filing some complaints with his management. read more

This is an awesome venue located right in our very own community! Especially pleased with the professionalism, staff, and catering for our school district events: conventions, conferences, graduations, plays, sporting events, and my all-time favorite-the art shows! We typically schedule at least 2 large Art shows for our district in the smaller conferences rooms with the walls removed, to create the ultimate gallery setting. There were beautifully decorated refreshment tables outside of the 'gallery', and there were guards floating about the inside of the exhibit to protect the artwork. Great venue for a concert. Easy parking, not jam packed like the bigger places such as Toyota center. Every seat in the house is a good seat! There are plenty of restrooms and concession stands. I would definitely come back to see a concert here, even though I live on the opposite part of town. read more

The facility is very nice but the rules are a little bit ridiculous. We were there for a cheer competition and my daughter for my daughter oldest. We are there for over 4 hours if not longer with an infant. My daughter just had a baby that is a month old and she is breast feeding. They would not allow her to bring in a diaper bag or a stroller. The infant car seat she has the wheels fold up underneath and they allowed them to bring that in as long as the wheels stayed folded up. When we were inside, we saw people with walkers now how can they bring walkers in and we can't bring in a stroller. The milk that came from my daughter's breast they would not allow them to bring in as it was considered outside food (SMH). So they had to take it back to the car were it become spoiled. I can understand safety and not allowing people to bring in bags or big purses. But a diaper bag that can be searched and breast milk come on use your brains that God gave you. Not sure if I will ever go to another cheer competition if it is held at The Berry Center. read more

Great place for large ceremonies very accommodating the only backlash is the traffic going in and getting out of the area. Expect to be stuck in traffic going in and out for about 45minutes to an hour. read more

I will never try to attend another event that takes place at this sports stadium. The security is worse than an airport in a third world country. They hire ignorant old women to attend the entrance's. They stand there with stern looks on their faces and try to act tough. You have to go through metal detector and have these less than pleasant a-holes dig through your stuff. I've had it. Never again! read more

All the complaints....."well if you didn't build that Berry Center the school district would have money!" Uh no wrong- it was a bond voted for by the taxpayers to build it. It is rented out and pays for itself many times over. Lovely training, sports and entertainment facility. A small theater, indoor arena, training rooms and of course the attached stadium. Glad to have it as an employee of CyFair and as a Cypress resident. read more

Blasts music too loud at 8 am, or just prior, on a frequent basis. Even during football games in the afternoon they blast the music from their PA pretty loudly. At least no one is sleeping at that point. read more

This was my first visit here for my sons graduation. There were a lot of rules as to what you can or cannot bring here for graduations. There was plenty of available seating it was a comfortable outing.The only other place I have been to compare it to was the Merrell Center in Katy.They both seemed to be similar in configuration. The rows seems to be very close together In the end it worked well for the event that I attended. read more

The Berry Center is a great facility Ample parking, even for big events, it's never been hard for me to find parking The building is always clean (inside and out) Despite its size, it's easy to navigate The arena seating is ideal as the isles are wide enough for people walk through the rows and for people with long legs to stretch out Vending machines are always full and restrooms are easy to find read more

Use the main entrance off of Barker Cypress. The Berry Center has a ton of parking all around the building. They have friendly workers and strong a/c for those hot summer days. This can be used for graduation, football games, wedding receptions, professtional development classes, and so on. read more

Tax dollars at work. When I want to high school, we never had a stadium like this. In fact, my college doesn't even have a stadium like this. I was very impressed I'm sure that I'm paying for this, even though I don't have kids. read more

I was just here for a drum corp competition, and I was pretty impressed with these facilities. The parking lots was huge. So. Much. Parking. This is a plus no matter how you look at it. I'm sure during football season this place gets packed. The landscaping, the buildings, the field, everything was beautifully done and well maintained. The bathrooms were clean and plentiful. The stadium was in great shape. read more

This place is beautiful from the outside! Came for an inservice in the main arena. There were lots of hallways with conference rooms and everything was clean especially the bathrooms. Saw several custodians cleaning up all over the whole time. Only compliant...it was freezing inside. read more

Seats are really close together. Your knees are practically touching the back of the seat in from of you. Rows are long and people keep having to walk in front of you to get out of aisle. The cellular data is only two bars outside of the complex and drops to one bar inside the complex. Staff place way too many restrictions. I understand some rules are needed but not allowing parents to take a stroller in for their infant for an all day event is asinine. read more

We came to the berry center for the "hillsong concert" last night. Awesome venue. First time here. Inside was really cool, super clean ! Set up is easy, walked in gave tickets and made our way to seats. Seats set up is also really cool. Side seating was nice , close to stage and screens were cool. My church meets here annually for the NYE Watch Night Service because there is such a large crowd on this night. The facility is clean, well maintained and the seats offer a pretty good view of the stage no matter where you sit. The rows are kind of tight (but I am tall) and that is the only reason I am not giving it 5 stars. I can always hear and see everything very well so the sound/video technicians do a great job as well. read more

Great place for a concert small venue but not too small. Even the bad seats were good.

Excellent venue to hold conferences. Our company has used this location on numerous occasions to hold professional training meetings. Facility is in great condition. Clean bathrooms and spacious conference rooms. Staff was very accommodating to our technological needs and floor plan layout. We will keep using this facility. read more

Absolutely beautiful building. I've been here twice for the graduations of my two children. HOWEVER, this place is a nightmare when there are graduations. Traffic everywhere and the roads are all backed up, but hey, who can be mad when it's such an important day for our kiddos? read more
