    Watermelon Margaritas are delicious!!!
    Sharonda D.

THE DECLINE of a ONCE-GREAT SPOT!!! I've had a love-hate relationship with this place. One visit, the food is hot and delicious; the next, it's cold, mediocre, and disappointing. Unfortunately, my last three visits have been a letdown. First off, the food is extremely overpriced--probably more than it should be. If a business wants to charge absurd prices for comfort food, then it should at least ensure top-quality service and consistently great food. I have no issue paying premium prices, but I expect to get my money's worth. As for my go-to order, I usually get the plain fried wings, which are typically cooked to perfection--crispy, hot, and free of excess fat. Lately, though, they've been serving me cold, undercooked, and soggy wings loaded with fat. It seems like they've switched to a cheaper brand of chicken, and the difference is obvious. Frustrated with the wings, I decided to try something new. I ordered a fried chicken wrap with fries (no salt). The wrap itself was hot and flavorful, but the veggies inside were wilted, limp, and soggy, almost like they had been microwaved. The fries were even worse--stale, cold, and tasting like they'd been fried in old grease. Oddly enough, despite ordering no salt, they had an overwhelmingly salty taste, as if they had been soaked in salt water. My husband and I were equally confused and disappointed. He ordered the Bistro Burger with fries (also no salt) and had the same complaints about the fries--stale, cold, and overly salty. The burger itself was just "meh"--nothing special. The lettuce was wilted, the one tomato on the burger was soggy, and the cheese was hard. Once again, we were served un-fresh ingredients. Adding to the disappointment, the seating experience has also gone downhill. The seats are busted, and most of the seat warmers no longer work. This may not seem like a huge deal, but when you're already frustrated with the food, dealing with broken, uncomfortable seating just adds to the overall dissatisfaction. Sadly, this place has gone downhill. It used to be one of my favorites, with consistently fresh food and a well-maintained atmosphere. Now, the quality, service, and presentation are all over the place. If they're going to keep charging sky-high prices, they need to step up their game. At this point, the only thing worth coming back for is the popcorn and drinks. Next time, we'll eat beforehand and stick to margaritas and popcorn for our movie night. Food Ratings: Plain Fried Chicken Wings - 1/5 (too fatty and cold) Fried Chicken Wrap - 3/5 (soggy veggies) French Fries - 1/5 (stale, cold, overly salty) Bistro Burger - 2/5 (soggy/wilted lettuce) Popcorn with Butter - 4/5 Frozen Margaritas - 4/5 Frozen Jack and Coke - 4/5 Additional Complaints: Busted seats Broken seat warmers/cooler Broken Tray Lights *The perks are not even worth the expensive prices anymore* *If you don't believe me about the food, just take a look at the photos from my past visits compared to now--you'll clearly see the decline in quality. The difference speaks for itself!*

Hello all! I had a great time here. The service was great, friendly, and helpful. The food was cool, like eating at a sports bar, I had a very good pizza and I also enjoyed an Old Fashioned mixed drink from the bar all at my seat while watching my movie. Good place to hang out.

The theater itself was good customer service was amazing, the food was delicious I had Korean wings and chipotle garlic fries and an old fashioned. The drink was good but honestly it was the size of a shot very expensive for bar type for our ticket for food and drink was over $70. That was a restaurant bill. Would I return yes I would.

While I highly recommend their movie screens and sound!! Their food is subpar at best. Not at any point did I enjoy the food! I got the Hawaiian salad with No chicken and I was told that the dressing came on it...No! Actually it didn't! I didn't taste anything but dry lettuce! My daughter had popcorn and my son had the tenders with fries. The fries felt like they had come straight out of the refrigerator! My husbands food came with fries and his were just as cold. However...he did mention that his grilled chicken wrap was very good. They ended up charging me for two salads and extra everything but the manager took it off. Gladly. While the service was great, there was one guy that came to take our order first and he was rude as hell! I told the manager about it and I think he may have addressed it. . . at least he said he would!! If you visit, I hope you have a better experience than we did bc our first experience was meh. I'll be back though.

I love Cinemark, but this was my first time visiting CUT! Beautiful movie theater with recliner heating/cooling seats. Extremely comfortable and luxurious, it is a full dine in so 1 press of the button and someone caters to what you need. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the movie hasn't even started and I love it here.

I went in to watch TOP GUN: MAVERICK and have been wanting to check this place out after passing it up several months ago. It's super nice and love the ambience of this theater. I know, not something you might hear too often but I can see these dine in movie theaters are upping their game! The seats go all the way back! Super comfy. Only downfall is drinks and food are (of course) so overpriced. I know everything is but if you are going to charge customers $10.50-$13 for a marg.. please give a nice glass cup (atleast). Just saying! Even beers are served in plastic cups and overpriced. Other than that pet peeve, this theater is super comfortable. Great for date night.

Are there only the main restrooms outside of theater 6 and the gender neutral restrooms on the opposite side, or are there more?

I came to watch Shang-Chi and the 10 rings with a few friends and I have to commend one of the theater servers, Luke.

4TH OF JULY 2023…read more This was my first visit to this establishment. Normally, I patronize CUT by Cinemark, because I enjoy the perks of ordering my food from my seat. I'm also a fan of their seat warmers/coolers which comes in handy when you're cold or hot. However, the New Little Mermaid movie was no longer available at CUT Cinemark, and I really wanted to take my two-year old granddaughter to see it for her birthday. I ended up settling for Cinemark 12, which is an entirely different setup from CUT by Cinemark. Firstly, customer service was okay. The cashiers and other staff members were not as welcoming and friendly as the staff members at CUT. The server that served us, greeted us in such a dry, monotone, and nonchalant attitude. I wasn't bothered by it, as long as she did not get rude with us or anything like that. However, what disturbs me is how the business owners are not ensuring that their workers are giving their paying customers quality customer service. I guess the workers are not too happy with the job they have, and let me tell you, it really shows, because IT'S WRITTEN ALL OVER THEIR FACES! GEEZ! IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY, GO HOME ALREADY UNTIL YOU FIGURE IT OUT! Sucky customer service ruins the enjoyment of going out to see a movie or even dining out at a restaurant. I truly despise spending my money where I'm not welcomed or made to feel as such. Furthermore, I was disappointed to discover they do not have a great selection of food choices and the choices are anorexically slim. The only available items were chicken tenders, French fries, hotdogs, pizza, popcorn, and buffalo chicken bites. We ended up ordering a large popcorn, chicken tenders with fries, and two large icees, coke and cherry flavors. I didn't want anything but popcorn because their other food items did not appeal to me. I guess I'm just spoiled behind Cut Cinemark because they have such an extensive food list to choose from. As for the popcorn, if you want extra butter, they have a self-serve section where guests are free to put as much butter on their popcorn as they would like. They even have the container with lids for you to fill up with extra butter to take to your seat with you. Secondly, Cinemark 12 is the same as any typical movie theater set-up. The only difference is that when you arrive, you order your food first at the concession stand, then you check your ticket in with the ticket host/hostess, and they will then point you in the direction of the auditorium where your movie is being displayed. The overall theater is small and so are the auditoriums, which is fine with me. The seats were clean and so were the floors, so no complaints there. We were comfortable enough even without the seat warmers. Our little granddaughter really enjoyed the movie and was screaming at the shark that was trying to kill Ariel. It was hilarious because we could not stop her from screaming at the shark on the movie screen. She was BIG MAD at that shark and if she could, she would have taken him down for going after Ariel, lol. HILARIOUS! In conclusion, we enjoyed our time here at this location even though customer service is a drag. Although the food choices were slim pickings, my granddaughter loved her food, especially her icee, lol. She's a hefty little two year old and can really go hard on some food. She enjoyed her chicken tenders and fries and was fat-full. She ended up falling asleep midway through the movie after filling up her tiny belly. As a result, hubby and I enjoyed the remainder of the movie and the popcorn. However, I don't think I will return to this location because of the poor customer service and the tiny list of food choices that are available. Great quality customer service is everything to me. When the workers serve the guest with sad faces and nonchalant attitudes, it causes the overall ambience of the atmosphere to be dejected or despondent. I'm a happy person, so I enjoy patronizing establishments that have happy workers, especially if I'm spending my hard earned money on over priced movie theater frozen foods that are being heated up.

When I compared it with other locations which had the sweet popcorn instead. She felt that I made her noisy . I also could not be refilled my ice coke after the movie finished. I gave you one more star because I forgot the phone and the other lady gave me when I was back to pick it up . I used to come here many years ago, but I did not have in any case like that.
