Nice theater seating! Everything is always clean. The prices are very fair! This has been my favorite theater for the last 12 years.

This was our first time here and I was blown away! The prices are way better than any other place! The seating is super comfy and they have trays so you can eat too! Terrible for a birthday party. Do not expect any help from anyone. They couldn't tell us the times for the movie in any advance. The party room was extremely hot and the movie theater is hot and very humid. We were supposed to get drinks with the price of the party room because you can't bring in drinks but had to pay. It got one star because I had to give that. This is my experience. read more

Very small theater that gets the job done, but some rooms aren't as maintained as others. Went to a Superman screening and everything was perfect. The theater was small, A/C was on full blast, and the seats were comfy. Had an amazing time during the first visit so I returned a week later to watch Weapons. This time the experience was VERY drastic. As soon as we entered the theater there was a strong off putting smell of mildew and damp water. The theater was also relatively warm. We also experienced technical issues where the movie was turned off during a very important scene. This didn't happen once, but twice. The seats were also very sticky in this theater and left weird yellow stains on my jeans. This last experience left me with no interest of returning. There's a lot of maintenance that needs to be done to certain rooms so if you want a pretty basic theater to watch a movie this place gets the job done. On the other hand if you're looking for a "luxury" experience this isn't the place for you. read more

This is a nice little theater. They have the reclining chairs and assigned seats which is great. I like the self serve pop corn. The workers have always been friendly. This was my second visit and I week definitely come back. read more

We came here for the first showing of a movie on a Saturday morning - the price is very reasonable. After getting the usual concessions, we went to our assigned theater where it turned out we were the only ones. Only annoyance here was that they never lowered the lights, even after going to the front to ask them to do so, so we had to watch the movie with the lights on. Not the end of the world, but that is part of the theater-going experience that makes it different from watching at home. They do have nice reclining chairs and the theater itself was clean. The theaters are on the smaller side given that it is in a strip center, so no mega screens here, but still good sized. All in all, a good place to come for a wallet-friendly movie outing. read more

The girls that work here are straight rude and have zero customer service skills. I caught all of them rolling their eyes at customers. I was polite and they were just nasty rude. This theater needs a new crew asap. Worst theater I have ever been to. We won't be returning. read more

Everything is good except for the popcorn. When we go to the theater there are 2 staples, drinks and popcorn. We want to relax, drink our drinks and eat our popcorn without hurting our teeth, but we can't do that because it's not tinder. They used to serve really great popcorn, but no more. They do have free refills, but it's free refills of more crappy popcorn. But, I gave it 4 stars because everything else is great. read more

The projector wasn't working a the time requested. WE waited patiently. They got it going after awhile. Kind people working the theater. Amazing CINDERELLA story of our cinema in sleepy ole Tomball.... What the bloody hell happened to this place? Once upon a time this was an old ordinary somewhat stinky, musty Smokey-carpet smelling, hot humid, little small-town MOVIE theater.... And then somebody sprinkled a million dollars of dazzling Fairy dust all over her and spruced her up with an impressive Make-Over; new carpets, wall decor, and leather seating to be our little pride of Tomball. FANTASTIC AIR CONDITIONING !! so much better than Silverado / Regal. Our little movie theater kept all its charm, and had a Royal RE-DO. Lovely and clean, staff are seemingly keeping the CLEAN RESTROOMS, the concessions stocked, managing to find kind, attentive staff and have ALL the latest MOVIES! My son and I go every week and love it, expect only 5 movies showing at a time, lower prices, wonderful seating and under-booked open theaters. Don't change a thing Premiere - ! read more

A small theater keeping up with the big boys through cleanliness and service! I was hesitant when I saw them listed on my phone app. I had visions of my shoes sticking to the floor and sketchy lighting in corners between showings. I could not have been more wrong! The theater is clean; the seats are comfortable; and, the prices? $5 during day and $7.50 in the evenings. Compared to the big theater down the road, you feel like you've just been given a raise in pay! I've recommended three families to this theater, and it is now their go-to theater in this area so I'm not the only one that must miss that small business feel at the movies! The only reason I haven't given it 5-stars is because, while the seats are cushiony and rock, they are not the brand new fully reclining chairs. read more

So they revamped this theater a while back to clean it up from the " sticky floor , cheap theater " that it once was. Unfortunately they are unable / unwilling to keep up around the outside. The flower beds are FULL of cigarette butts. YUCK! The cigarette trash can is overflowing ! I even heard the mulch caught on fire last year. read more

My goodness this place has changed! A lot. For the better. Back in my middle school days I ventured into this theater and enjoyed very cheap ticket prices. This was before I realized I was getting what I paid a very cheap price for. During high school a friend of mine worked there -- the thrill of seeing a movie before the debut day, out on the town at 4:00 a.m. was thing only thing that got me back into a hollow, stained chair to see Harry Potter and the Order of Phoenix. All for free! Thanks for the hook up, Tony! There is no reason to compare the differences of then and now, because everything from the name (Cinema 7 now) to the candy behind the counter has been changed. You enter the front doors and are a part of the ticket line. The small area that they have designated for the registers makes it impossible not to bump into the group in front.. behind.. and then the one in front of you again! Adult tickets are $7.00. Matinee tickets are $5.00. To your left is the lobby and game area leading you into another lobby area filled with circular seating, drink stations, and the five theater rooms. I will not go to this location for a midnight premiere, but will stop by the next time I'm craving a 1:00 movie experience. read more

I worked here for five years in the late 90s-early 2000s. The old Tomball Cinema 6 was very near and dear to my heart. I even dreamed that if one day I was to win the lottery, I would buy it and renovate it. However, I don't think I could've done even half as good of a renovation job on this place as Premiere has done. It's gorgeous. All the theaters have been re-seated to accommodate less people, but with much higher quality seats and atmosphere than ever. All the screens, lenses and sound systems got a badly needed upgrade. They still maintain their reasonable prices in an over inflated movie ticket price market. Forget the Tomball Cinema 6 you thought you knew, check the place out now. They won't give you the IMAX or D-Box style movie going experience. You won't have waiters to bring you alcohol. What you will have is an intimate, high quality movie viewing experience for less than half the cost of that inflated market value. Great place to see a movie!! read more

If you don't care about the atmosphere or 3D or IMAX, and just want to see a movie, you can save a lot by coming to this theater. Remodeling a few years ago made it nicer and more expensive, but it is still a bargain compared with Silverado et al. Food is also a better deal. If you are seeing family movies with your brood, this is the place to go (along with the Showboat Drive-In, if you are so inclined). read more

I'd probably give a higher rating if I could ever watch a movie here. The first time I went, part of the ceiling crashed down in the theatre a few seats away from me about 20 min into the movie. The second time I went we couldn't see the movie we wanted because they had just had a fire in a vent and the fire station shut that particular theatre down for the day. Ticket prices are cheap, food prices are exorbitant, but seems like they need to put some money into maintenance there. read more

I'm actually angry...this place is run by a bunch of kids. I came here for an afternoon matinee. Ticket was $4.50 which was great but I ordered a large bag of popcorn and a cup of water. Well, the kid never told me that the cup of water was going to be $5.00!! I would have gotten a coke or said no thanks!! The next think you know my order of a large popcorn $7.50, matinee and water was $18.44. I didn't pay attention until I sat down and realized that wasn't right. I asked the kids at the ticket counter after my movie and they said "normally we say that a cup of water costs 5 dollars, sorry." I told them I will write a terrible review and call their boss but they didn't care. NEVER AGAIN. I try to help out small business is small town America and this Is what I get?? read more

Worst movie experience ever! If you have children learn how to control the little bastards. I swear if I get my seat kicked anymore I'm gonna start cutting tendons so you can't kick! I was surprise when we pulled up and didn't see a movie marquee. But was totally shocked when there wasn't one inside. Couldn't tell what was playing or when. I had asked around to find out where the movie listings were. Decided not to waste our time and left. I'm pretty sure this is the first movie theater I've ever been to, that doesn't have a marquee with their movies and times on it. Don't waste my time, if you can't list the movies. Don't expect me to stand in the checkout line and check some tiny screen. read more

Paid 45 plus concessions to watch "How to train your dragon 3." The screen was blurry and darkened so much at times I couldn't tell which dragon was the white and which was the black. I don't know if the machine was dirty or out of calibration but I would compare it to watch an old big screen projection tv that was on its last leg. And not to mention the surround sound one of the speakers on the right of me didn't work so it was sounding like everything was to my left. I may be picky, but I asked my wife afterwards and she agreed. Idk, I watched How to train your dragon 2 at the same movies 4 years ago and the experience was much better, leading me to believe it is a simple out of date maintainence issue. I wish I would have sprung the extra money and gone to a different theater. read more

For the price, I was very happy with my experience here AFTER the technical difficulties with picture, but no sound during the previews. I really like the previews or I would have given it 5 stars! Previews are my main way to find out about upcoming movies. Seats were comfortable, sound and picture were great, but I'm not an avid movie-goer, and don't care about all the XD digital stuff, so take that with a grain of salt. I had just eaten, so I can't comment of the concessions. Bottom line $5 is a great deal for a seemingly NEWLY RENOVATED THEATER!! read more

Absolutely did a 180 with the place. Been going here since I was to young to remember and it went down hill around 2005 or so. Around 2 or 3 years ago they remodeled the entire theater and did a fantastic job! The prices are great compared to others near by. I go here every time I want to watch a movie.
