Had a fantastic time here! We were visiting family and they suggested that we go to Swing Zone and I'm so glad we did! The service was fantastic, drinks were perfect and super fun atmosphere. The machines are really awesome, I'm not a golfer so I can't speak to accuracy, but the graphics looked sharp and the software kept up, no lag or jumping. What really stood out was the service. We received a text after we made our reservation to ask if we had any lefties in the group (they have 2 bays to accommodate left handed players). We were running late and when I texted to let them know they said they would hold our bay for us. When we didn't get to use the full hour we had reserved they only charged us for the time we were able to use. We will absolutely be back when we visit family next time. read more

Boring, it's not very lively. Music is very low, slow country music. The wait staff is slow, we came in and weren't offered a drink until 20 mins later. Had to go to the kitchen to ask them if we ordered food off a app because no one came to take food orders. Terrible. Won't be coming back. Asked for mojito and they gave me whatever. read more

Nope. This place is terrible. It's probably just me. Unrealistic yardages. I've been playing for 35 years with a top tracer and other technologies, I know my club distances and this is so far off. I played for 10 minutes and left. Plus they charged me full price anyways. I'll stick to the coarse or the range. If it's raining, I just won't play. I'm sure it's for some people just not me. read more

We had a company event here for 25 people for 3 hours. Everyone had a GREAT time. The staff was extremely helpful getting everyone set up with the different golf programs/courses/games chosen. We chose Boneless Buffalo Wings, Potato Skins and Southwest Eggrolls for our group to munch on and all of the food was really good, served in warm chafing dishes so folks could eat as they wished. They also gave us chips & salsa - bonus! The bar service was amazing as well. From pre-organizing the event with Amy to closing the bill out, everything went smooth. Danielle and the rest of the staff took great care of us while we were there. The golf simulators are amazing! I highly recommend Swing Zone for an event or party. I will definitely be back with my husband and son to play as well. read more

I've been looking forward to trying this place for some time now. I decided to have some lunch and try out their simulation technology. I really want to like this place, and I think I'll be back, but there was simply too much wrong with this visit for me to give the place a better review. Let's start with the good news. The simulator technology was completely amazing. I have been thinking about how I would do something like this for many years, and they hit all the buttons. There's simulated rough and sand that is somewhat realistic. Chipping and putting are effectively simulated, though the putting is touchy. You get swing analysis, including video and statistics. The course simulation reminds me of the WGT online golf game, which is very good. The floor even moves to simulate hanging lies. I was floored. The place was empty when I came. Some other people came through but I was the only player. Staff was attentive and polite, and set me up in a bay. I did not know it at the time but this is where some of the trouble began. I signed the waivers and such, but we did not discuss how pricing worked before the attendant got me started hitting some practice shots. I decided to have lunch before playing, so let's turn to the food. Swing Zone is mainly a bar and golf place, but they do advertise that they have food. They have some standard bar snacks, but their kitchen equipment seems to be limited to a microwave, a panini press, and something to heat up cheese for nachos and such. I ordered a chicken salad panini and some chips and queso, with a Coke. After hitting balls for a bit I sat back to wait for the food. The furniture is quite comfortable and encourages group interaction. They have nice big screens with golf playing. All pretty pleasant. After a bit my panini comes out. It's decent chicken salad, nothing to write home about but competent. I would not expect super quick service if the place was crowded. Then the manager comes out and said he was not happy with how the cheese sauce came out so he started over. I'm not in a hurry so no problem, and I appreciate that they were forthright and wanted to serve a good product. About 10 minutes later I get the chips and queso. The queso is fine, but the chips are a disappointment. I got the tail end of a bag--somewhat stale chips, mostly in fragments. When I'm alone I'll put fragments directly in the cheese and eat it like porridge, but that's not acceptable for a group. I eat what I want from the chip fragments, then turn back to the simulator. I played nine holes on their beginner course and had a grand time with all the bells and whistles. Now comes the bill. $72!!! Pricing is $35 per hour, adding $5 per hour for each player up to three, and up to six can share for $45 per hour. That's very reasonable--but they started my clock when they assigned the bay to me. Waiting for, and eating, lunch cost me another $35. No mention of this at any point. I think if I would have thrown a fit they would have made some kind of adjustment, but that shouldn't be necessary. I got my pricing info by looking it up for myself on the phone--that should have been part of the introduction at the door. I've played at Top Golf, and pricing is very similar. Swing Zone wins on technology and it's not even close, but if you want to eat, Top Golf food is better by a similar margin. I'll come back, but...caveat emptor! Come knowing what you want. And probably eat somewhere else, and just get a beer at Swing Zone. read more

It was a terrible experience. The simulator was broken and we kept telling the two team members at the front but they acted like they didn't care. After playing with the broken simulator for nearly an hour it was time to leave and after telling the team members that we wanted to split the bill for the four separate parties the woman got super irritated throughout the whole process and was complaining and cussing at me the entire time while I was explaining who pays what. Okay so I was excited to try and so impressed when we walked in at the door with the set up! Although when I gave my food order the employee didn't write it down, and come to find out never put in the order so after 20 min I asked and he then started to bring out chips and queso, we didn't order that in the list of things I did order. What we actually ordered was pretzel and queso...when we finally got the pretzels the queso was missing and never brought. Although he did let us keep the chips and queso from earlier so I'm guessing they assumed that they had already given us some, the sad thing is it was already gone. Another issue with that if I had to ordered The chips and case so I would've been disappointed the chips were stale and broken. Then we get our egg rolls and they are decent liked the sauce in particular. We never received the potato skins. Bet you the first thing I did while entering was water the food first. After a one hour game still never got them. Boudin balls did come out but we're still frozen in the center, .sent them back but by the time we could do that our hour was up and it was time to go. Over all I would say it was a fun family experience, but the quality on the service, quality products with a functioning system should be something they need to improve on. I had to ask multiple times for limes for my DosXX's and the guy couldn't find any salt. I just things like this that can be a little irritating and take away from the experience. Leave it or not people will come to your place to eat barfood if it is pretty decent why lose the income by serving crap!!! read more

Book your tee time in advance and show up ready to play! No need to bring your own clubs. The service is usually great when they have enough people working, but can get pretty slow at times. The craft beer selection is pretty good and the food is standard bar food. Great for a night out with friends. It's $35 an hour on Sundays which is amazing especially if you have multiple people to a bay... don't listen to the other reviews.. you come here to play golf.. the food you get is what you come to expect from a golf simulator place.
