I love that we were able to bring our own libations (mead anyone?) and got some help with the cork and finding some cups. No one was there to rush us out the exact minute our time slot expired. I recommend arriving 15 minutes earlier than your slot to allow time for the group to sign in and watch the safety video. Our "paid" time started after we received the intro-spiel, which took about 30 minutes from start to finish. We were capped to 6 people per lane. 2 lanes for our group of 9 was perfect for an hour. By the end, we had gotten a good hangout in and were ready to proceed to dinner. I could definitely see myself coming back to get in some target practice again in the future! Slinging Axes also had a video game wall set up and a darts area. Cool place that has a lot of room to grow.

On a 1-10 scale, he was probably about a 14 in terms of his energy and happiness, the whole time that we were here. He must have done the zip line 400 times in a row. And there was plenty of other things for him to do when he finally got tired of that. While our son does have high-functioning autism, this is certainly not a place for just about any child to have fun. There are swings, a trampoline, things to climb on and even activities that can be enjoyed while sitting. We will definitely continue to make this a part of our regular rotation when they are offering free play and the weather outside is not conducive to hang out at an outdoor park.

Because it is a smaller location, it gets LOUD (which I know can be overstimulating to children). There were a couple machines that the children can ride, but they required quarters (which most parents do not carry on them nowadays). It would've been much more convenient if the machines accepted credit cards or you could pre-buy some sort of tickets to then use so your child go ride on the machine. Additionally, the location is a bit out-of-the-way unless you live off of 249. I would likely stop by again if I lived closer, but overall it wasn't quite worth the drive for me to go back.

What an adventure!…read more This was our first time at a place like this and we were pleasantly surprised. We went for a birthday party and were assigned to a treehouse. Inside there were lots of windows that allowed for a nice breeze and great views of the climber's. The staff were friendly, patient and knowledgeable. There were 10+ children and in our group and I was impressed by how organized the process was. After checking in and signing waivers, we headed to the treehouse to see the birthday girl. After most of the party had arrived, the kids first lined up for harnesses, followed by the adults accompanying their children on the course. We then headed to down a set of stairs for the safety briefing and to learn how to maneuver the course. I was surprised how quickly the children grasped the concepts. Once everyone passed the evaluation, we headed back upstairs to line up to enter the course. It was much higher and challenging than I expected. I'm not terribly afraid of heights but to transition to and from each obstacle took a tremendous amount of core and upper body strength. It was so cute seeing the kids clip on and move freely. This was a very fun day and I look forward to returning for a night event as we enter the hotter months in Texas.

As a mom of an almost 15-month-old, I did not find this place toddler-friendly or safe. While the…read moreball pit is massive, getting to the designated toddler area required going through a fairly deep ball pit, which was difficult to maneuver (even as an adult). The slides were all extremely steep, including a glass piano slide that I found unsafe and uncomfortable. Sliding down the glass panels was painful, and the seams between each panel made the ride bumpy. The steepness of every slide caused my toddler to hit his head, no matter which one he tried. One slide on the big kids' side had a large hump that created a negative impact on the landing. Even though we didn't let our son go on it alone, another kid pushed him down. After going after my son, I realized how unsafe it was--the dip in the hump caused a sudden jolt, making it hard to control speed or maintain posture. I have several bruises from getting up the steepness of the rock climb, and up the slides even with gripper socks. My tailbone is bruised from the glass piano slide. I'm extremely disappointed with this place. We were there for a toddler's birthday party, but I wouldn't recommend this place. It didn't feel safe, and everything from the obstacle course to the main play area was inconvenient and poorly designed for toddlers.

It was located about 45 minutes from our house, but I figured it was worth checking out since my son is getting a little bored with the ones closer to us. I'm so glad I decided to come here because I don't think he stopped for nearly three straight hours. He must have burned about 2,000 calories with how hard he went. This is certainly not the biggest indoor playground, but there is a nice variety of activities: tunnels/slides, a large bouncing area and a huge ball pit with slides. A nice thing for parents is that you can very easily keep track of your kiddo here, with the way that it's laid out. And the most impressive thing to me is that I assumed they had just opened their doors during my visit in early Jan 2024. As it turns out, I see that they opened back in May 2023! I was shocked to find this out because the place was absolutely spotless. My assumption was that they had been open less than a month. It still even had the new building smell. If your kid(s) like indoor playgrounds, this is definitely a good one, especially for kids in the 2-7 year range.
