this is my local cinema and it really is just... avrage. popcorn isint anything special, some seats have rips in them, seats dont recline, bathroom floors are sticky. its just a avrage theater. i have done xd twice and it isint anything out of the ordinar. if you want a better theater with more premuim formats like Dbox, just drive longer to the cinemark in the woodlands. the one in the woodlands has the XD theater also and its possibly the biggest screen ive seen. read more

Looking into who manages this place, I saw it was Leah-Anne Jensen & Art Murtha, and then it all made sense. Every theater they touch turns to crap! They have ruined every Cinemark in Texas. I have not been to a single theater that's been competently run by them. It smells awful, dirty seats and counters, disgusting restrooms, terrible service... just all around terrible from these guys. Don't give them your hard earned money cause they clearly don't care! Terrible, disgusting seat. Egregiously high prices for the nastiest food you could ever eat. Roaches in the moldy ice machines. They need to shut this place down, seriously. Next time you get a drink, look at your ice and you'll see black mold every where. Terrible service, the screens are so dim you can't even see the movie, and the restrooms are FILTHY! I've had over 4 friends get their cars broken into while watching a movie here. They don't wash any of their utensils, you can see them making hot dogs and hot foods with the nastiest utensils-- it's honestly terrifying. Haven't been to the movies in over 2 years, went to see the new spiderman. Someone was playing music on their phone for over half the movie, I alerted staff and asked for a refund they said go sit down and they would take care of it. Nothing changed until the last 30 min when the music finally stopped. This reminded me why the movie theaters are no longer enjoyable, and honestly don't remember half of the movie because the music was distracting. read more

This theater is really nice and convenient. Within 5 mins of my apt and this whole Klein area around Kyulendahl and 99 has everything you need business wise. Plenty of parking and friendly staff. Ticket prices are lower the AMC. Today I went to XD theater, seats are just nice rocking chair style seats, very plush and comfy. Not the recliners with heat like higher priced options. The XD has wall to wall and to the ceiling screen and great sound and picture. My ticket on app with fees was $11.62 Nobody 2 was a great sequel with a lot of action and very funny with not a lot of down time or slow spots. Really Hope there is a nobody 3 and so on This place also serve adult beverages and for a fee will delivery food and drinks to your seats when you choose to while buying tickets on app. read more

During a holiday trip to Houston there were a couple of movies released that interested me and/or my kids, so I took them to see one and I went by myself to see another. Both times we went to Cinemark Spring-Klein. Especially compared to the theater that's closest to me at home, I thought Cinemark was very nice. The seating was rocking leather chairs which were comfy, I like that concessions were cafeteria style where you could grab what you want and go to a register to check out rather than ordering from a register, and the pricing was super reasonable (my two kids and I were $20 total for a matinee while my solo ticket to a night showing was $10). The seats aren't particularly wide, which is my only minor complaint. read more

We came to the late showing of 945 for wicked part two- popcorn was sort of stale- the girl who checked us in as we went through she's send us to the theater that we were in. It was a 3-D movie and she didn't provide us with the glasses. So I had to go back and retrieve those. I personally am used to a different Cinemark. I will never return to this one. The staff they were not nice.... I have never been to that theater before when we walked in nobody was there to greet us or lead us where we were supposed to go. The gentleman that was working in concessions at the popcorn stand. He has just hey did you guys need anything? The popcorn was stale if we got the jumbo container, we spent $50 on just popcorn drinks snacks for the movie. The girl that was supposed to check us in because I had bought the tickets online. She was very nonchalant and OK. It's the second door over there. She immediately walked over to the other concession person who was cashing people out. And we had to get her attention to get our glasses for the 3-D movie. The chairs.... It seemed as though we ended up with two broken chairs as soon as you sat in them they automatically just laid all the way back. There was no in between... generally in total for two tickets and snacks it came to almost $85. It was piss poor service, seating was so uncomfortable. The popcorn was stale - the junior mints were 65% hard -especially with candy almost the whole box. They were all really, really hard which junior mints are not supposed to be hard. We will never go back to this location again. I would rather drive another 20 miles and be in a great location with great seats and excellent customer service which is less than I can say for this location. If you can find a different one, you probably should. read more

Lost my change purse on Saturday 1/11. I saw the 12:40 pm showing of A Complete Unknown. The Pendleton wool change purse had hair ties and cash inside. No name or markings on my change purse though I believe there was a receipt for a dog wash. I called later that day and was out on hold for over 12 minutes before I realized no one would answer. I continued to call but I could not reach anyone. I emailed on Saturday and still no response. read more

The movie theater is nice and I love the old fashion poo corn smell. Movie check out process could have more than one screen the line can get a little long because it's one touch screen to check out on. Customer service is a plus! Felt very welcomed! Popcorn portion sizes were good including drinks. I like if you download the app you can have many offers and coupons. Also leading up to a free movie ticket. I really enjoyed the movie but I did not like that when it started none of the workers came to shut the door so it was loud as the movie was going and you can hear other movies. I saw others looking around so I went to shut the door. Also by the emergency exit door someone was blowing like a party horn. But other than that the movie theater is clean and nice. No complaints from me! This theater was very nice and clean. There was no one to buy a ticket from, but the self-serve kiosk worked great. This theater is old with the old style chairs that are not that comfortable. They were out if a bug majority if the food they offer. Theres a big area if snacks to choose from and even ice cream cooler. Overall nit bad, but nothing great. read more

Ok...well frozen drink machine is working and red wine should not be in cooler. They said they need to sell at least two items to open. Wait wine and frozen drinks...two. Worst. Or just ice the bottles down with ice from machines....Also other half had a free birthday drink and didn't realize he put it in a "special souvenir" cup so cashier told him he was going to have to dump it out and put in a different cup. First time here at this location, My wife and I came to see Guardians of the Galaxy III. This theater is in slightly better condition than others I have been to since the COVID Psyop. I actually wrote a review on the AMC in downtown Houston in the theater district, but yelp pulled it, saying it was in some way offensive or inappropriate, I assure you it was not. I did ask yelp to elaborate but they did not respond., It makes me question how much influence corporate money has at YELP in saying what gets pulled under the pretense of inappropriate or offensive. The fact that I, and I'm sure many other paying customers were offended by the condition of the downtown AMC is irrelevant. Anyway, assuming they don't pull this one, the theater was mostly clean, the concessions were sparsely stocked, The ticket prices were fair, the concessions we're over priced but cheaper than most theaters. The condition of the theater that we were in was clean but the seats were very uncomfortable and in poor condition as the photos will confirm. Probably won't be back. read more

As far as movie theaters go, this one is good! I came for a 7:15pm movie on a Friday night. Tons of parking in the lot and the theater wasn't too crowded. We bought tickets at the kiosk when we got there and it was very straightforward and easy to use. The theater itself was clean and there were tons of seats. The chairs weren't super comfortable (not like the big reclining ones like at Star Cinema Grill or Regal Cinemas), but they were fine for the span of a movie. I would go again! read more

Cinemark Spring-Klein and XD is a relatively nice movie theater with a concession area that's different, but actually makes sense. I'll admit, I haven't frequented movie theaters in the past several years so reserved seating still felt odd to me. However, it was very easy to reserve my seats and movie tickets online. In addition, reserving my seats online helped enhance my overall experience because I wasn't forced to search for empty seats upon my arrival. On this particular occasion, another family was in our seats when we arrived, but it honestly wasn't an issue because they were polite and simply relocated to the seats they reserved. The movie theater was clean, the seats were comfortable, the staff was both welcoming and friendly, and my group enjoyed the tasty items purchased from the concession area. Also, the bar had a small yet adequate beer selection. I foresee myself visiting this location again in the near future. read more

Quick access to ticketing and sound was great in the theater. That is the end to the good things as the seats are torn and the concessions area was a mess. Went on a Saturday night to see "Eternals". The theater was nice...the kids working were very friendly (especially the kid working the concessions...wish I had gotten their name...shoulder length dark brown wavy hair). Super personable and friendly! The only thing I wish would be to have the chairs upgraded to the reclining ones! They still have the old chairs but the theater was clean, picture was good and sound was really good. read more

We love this theater and go here several times a month for date night and family night movies. They serve alcohol (which is great) and have comfortable seating. However, the last couple of times the theater has been filthy. I mean dirty. The lobby has been trashed and there has been popcorn on the ground (at 10am showings) and the theaters are left untidy. If the manager does not get his business in shape we will start going to AMC down the street with loungers. There is NO reason for a theater to be dirty expect for poor management. read more

I worked here a few years back probably in 2019. Head manager (Ms Murphy I be was rude to all her staff including the other managers who were also all rude with the exception of one. Both staff and customers are rude, and sometimes the staff are even rude to the customers. Overall this movie theater is a shit show and deserves negative stars, would not recommend visiting if you support good experiences for both customer and staff. It was clean through out the building, including the women's restroom. The leather seats were clean and comfortable too. The two employees I encountered were happy in their positions. I don't usually write reviews but I had a really bad experienc at this theater. I went to see Suzume at 10:30. When the movie started it was just me and one other dude. Then about 5 minutes into the movie 5 Cinemark employees walk in and sit 2 rows infront of me. These employees would not stop talking at all. They would snicker and laugh Through dramatic and sad scene. I swear 2 of the guys in that group must have gotten up out of there seats and stopped down the stairs and back up atleast 5 times. Towards the end of the Movie they didnt even pretend to care. They just started play fighting in their seats, it was very distracting. I get it, regular teenagers pull this type of crap all the time, but employees should know better than that. Or so you would think. New and small, Part of Cinemark's "Next Generation" theaters. The way is laid out is very different than your typical movie theater with much less theaters and cutting all the bells and whistles of a large indoor bars, various concessions areas and more focused on families in the Spring suburban area. The way the concession is built is to grab and go without having to wait in long lines and making the transition with more ease. I do believe that due to a more limited staff, less registers and focused more on the basics allows the cost of tickets to be much more fairly prices than any other theater in the area. The place is always clean, has many restrooms and parking is a short distance from the doors which any parents with small children definitely cuts the stress of walking across a large parking lot at night. read more
