    Cheese pizza $12.00. FREE ranch!!!!
    Bryan B.

Other than the fact that my navigation router me to someone's house at first, this place was decent. If I had to rate the servers and bar tenders it would be an easy 5 start. The 3 start rating is due to the run of the mill hotel bar/restaurant experience. The pizza was not bad. I give it a 4.2. I would imagine this would have been a 4 star rating Pre covid. I will eat and stay here again.

carrot cake pretty good not wow

Inside the DoubleTree hotel. I rarely go for my hotel restaurant but been long day and this all looks real good. Several varieties coming. Carrot Cake first, and a rib-eye rare and brussel sprouts. Nice setting on main floor.Wow for brussell sprouts. Maybe best I've had anywhere. Really good. Rib-eye is cut thin. About 5/8" thick after cooking. Too thin, but..is/was really good quality meat and excellent tasting. Had real good mashed whole potatoes, with possibly garlic. No sure. But sure good. And some broccoli, which I'd guess were cooked overtop the meat. Real good chow everything here, and perfect service. Glad I stopped in.

After reading other reviews and checking out photos beforehand, I knew the Colorado lamb was a must-order. It's not something I usually go for, but it ended up being my favorite dish of the night. Absolutely worth the hype. We also ordered the birria short rib and hickory smoked picanha, and both were solid choices. The shrimp and corn grits were amazing, and I really loved the aged cheddar mac and cheese. Other dishes like the chickpea croquettes and the chili relleno were also pretty good and rounded out the meal nicely. The wait staff was fantastic. Super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. The restaurant itself has a cool, lively vibe. The only minor downside was that the outdoor heaters were a bit too hot, but that's a very small nitpick. Overall, an easy 5 out of 5 stars. Great food, great service, and a place I'd happily come back to.

The lamb was excellent, but the sweet mashed potatoes absolutely stole the show and easily the best thing we ate all night. Everything was well prepared and flavorful. For an appetizer, two meats, two sides, and dessert, our total came out to $88, which felt like a great value for the quality. Overall, it left a really good impression and we'd definitely come back again.

And the bruschetta are always sooo good, as well as the vast majority of the wine options! I can't say I've ever been disappointed. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable if you can describe to them what kind of wine you want and like. As for the bruschetta, like I mentioned, they are all good, even the ones that aren't my personal preferances they stiill aren't bad, but my absolute favorite is the artichoke. I usually get two of them because it is so creamy and delicious. I also like the salami a lot, probably my second, and the lox/salmon is good, too. PS, you can also recork your bottle if you aren't a pro wine drinker for the board & bottle special. It's truly a no-brainer for the price to go ahead and get that bottle and 4 slices for a mere $25. I've tried a few other things here, as well, I can't say anything bad! And the place is often packed so that says a lot.

I've visited each one around the Denver Metro area, and I love their level of consistency, but also staying unique. Recently, some friends and I stopped in for a happy hour drink and some small bites. The weather was warm so we sat out on the patio and once the sun, our waiter turned the heaters on to keep it comfortable. Everyone enjoyed their food and for the most part, the wine choices were on point as well. The one drawback I would say was our service was not the most attentive. Our server also did not know much about the wine choices, but having had very different experiences at other restaurants I think this may have been a one off situation.

Our drinks were the '23 Tyler pinot noir (recommended pairing with the third course) and the FIG-gure-it-out cocktail. Both were smooth and the cocktail was well-made. I was expecting it to be less sweet but it was delicious nevertheless. Our server was wonderful and was very accommodating of our dietary restrictions.

Then the food starts showing up and suddenly the whole table is passing plates around because everyone keeps saying "wait, try this." We ordered a bunch of things and the smoked carrots were probably the biggest surprise for me. I would absolutely go back just to eat those again. The masa birria, diver scallops, and grilled artichokes and asparagus were all great too. The hanger steak was cooked perfectly and came with duck fat potatoes, which immediately puts me in a good mood. Dessert also fully delivered. The banana cream pie with black sesame whip was one of those desserts where you keep going back for another bite even when you're already full. This is a breakfast and light lunch spot with counter ordering and lots of takeout. However, if you dine in you receive real, solid silverware, linen napkins, and quality porcelain cups which really elevate the experience. There's seating for about 25 inside plus space for another ten outside. A large handicap ramp takes up a lot of the outdoor space, but provides excellent access. There's a good selection of baked goods and pastries, a wide selection of coffee drinks, a cooler with an interesting variety of sodas and healthy drinks, plus cocktails, wine, and beer. There are some breakfast plates, salads, soup, and sandwiches. There were a number of discrepancies between the Web site and the current offerings. That's always disappointing and leads me to think management is not on top of operations. A number of basic items were also unavailable. My girlfriend tried the Curry Bird which is curried chicken and turkey salad with sultanas, celery, red onion, and lettuce on a house-made croissant. She loved it and ate up every bite. I did not fare so well with my Woody Wood: house-roasted turkey, bacon, smashed avocado, tomato, lettuce, swiss cheese, cranberry relish, and tarragon aioli on ciabatta. That certainly sounds delicious. It was not. I don't like sandwiches that are served on totally dry bread and that was this. Not a hint of cranberry relish or tarragon aioli, much less butter, mayo, mustard, oil or anything else. The ciabatta was delicious, but dry as the Sahara. The staff was able to provide some mayo packets and that helped a bit. The turkey was dry and tasteless. House-roasted? Maybe by Hormel or Sysco. I needed a magnifying glass to find the bacon. "Smashed Avocado" is not the same as unseasoned guacamole that has been sitting out for far too long. To top it off, an unripe tomato and some sort of cheese that was certainly not Emmental. A very basic, ordinary supermarket sandwich, despite the good bread. Not what I expected. This is not the Olive & Finch I remember. Management has really dropped the ball.

I asked if it could be done without meat and our server said no - that it was premade. Honestly, this was just okay queso. Definitely not authentic or anything like actual queso fundido. Would not order again. The soup was good! Not the best I've ever had but definitely good. The only thing was we ordered a soup but didn't specify and got the small size. I would specify a bowl if you want a meal sized portion. The grilled cheese that came with it was tasty! The chicken Caesar wrap was fine. Portion is sorta small but glad it comes with a side.
