If you like chunky and chewy bagels with a well-hydrated dough, then NY bagels all the way. If you like crustier and lighter bagels with a drier and less dense dough, then Montreal bagels it is. (P.S- I'm speaking for the one located in Toronto though) Personally, I like the Montreal style for a lighter fare, and the NY style, when I want to treat myself to an OG bagel. They also have a loyalty card but I never bothered with that since I don't go there that often. If you have a craving for bagel with cream cheese, this is the place to go.
