Anyone reading this, I don't write reviews often. However - when you appreciate a business, a service, and a person SO MUCH, expressing it is a MUST! I could not be more happy with my lash extension experience here. Gilda is hands down one of the most incredible humans, period. And with lashes - she is an expert!!! She is fast and gets the lashes nice and full in whatever time frame she has, she is so kind, she pays attention to every little detail and makes sure her customers are happy! I get so many compliments on how well they frame my eyes and face - and that is all thanks to Gilda. 10000/10 would recommend for any occasion, or just life in general! read more

Maybe it was the fact that these are franchise's and I was not in the same state where I purchased my membership, but I don't think that should make a difference when it comes to customer service, and the quality of the service provided. The reception was a bit of a cluster. The young lady at the desk seemed very unaware of how the membership worked. Once we got that figured out, she realized that they didn't have enough time to do the services requested on the website. I booked a brow wax and tint appointment along with a lash refill and then a second appointment for my cousin to get a full set. When we arrived, they said they couldn't do her full set because they didn't have enough people working that day. So I gave her my appointment and only had my brows done. It was time for my cousin to get her full bed. We were cold. The stylist had back problems and wouldn't be able to complete a full full set of lashes. The stylist as they call them, waxed my brows. I asked her to clean them up and she went way overboard and trim them way too thin. The tint came out fine. Nothing really mind blowing there. But when it came to doing the cleanup, I was made aware that the salon didn't have tweezers. I'm not sure how you are supposed to provide brow services and not have a pair of tweezers in the entire salon. The receptionist suggested that she had a pair in her car and that she would go get those. I politely declined. In the end, neither myself or my cousin got our lashes done and had to go somewhere else which was not great given I'm paying for a membership. The whole event was very confusing and unprofessional. I do believe that with a little mentoring this place could be a lot better, especially given the area/location that it's in. What salon doesn't have tweezers???? read more

Updated BAD review: Went and got lashes done ALL fell out with in two days. And they saw the review and set up a time for me to come back in to get them done again. After DAYS of trying to get in contact with a manager my overall experience of a week was so terrible that I decided on just getting a refund. 3 days later I FINALLY get ahold of a manager confirm my card and a swift promise of "getting a refund." Well A WEEK LATER and still NO refund reflecting on my account. Needless to say if you come here and are disappointed count your losses because their front end staff and management won't do anything to actually help you. This store is just sad. It is a Toxic place of emoloyement. I feel like I've given this place a real chance and tried to stay positive for them and find good things but I'm not sure as to why. - I found a girl I LOVED but she moved to another salon and since she left- the service is TERRIBLE. Seems with every appointment, you get a phone call that someone has called in And they ask you to reschedule. I have gotten my lashes done for years and do not ever want to be put with a level 1. I pay extra for an experienced tech- and because someone always calls in- they say, well I can put you with "new person". At which time, I say, I don't want to be with a level 1 and they advised this was an experience tech that has been doing lashes for 4 years but not at ALS..... all to find out when i get there- this girl was very new and had never done lashes- she told me with her own mouth. That is just so frustrating! During my next visit- I was talking with master tech that was "fixing" my lashes and she apologized and said she was sorry- she overheard them telling me that about this new person and felt so bad. Overall, I think this place is struggling to find employees, retain any good ones and are stuck with whatever they get. The people that answer the phones are even worse as knowing how to work the system and treat you like a "client". I now go to Betty Lashes- and it's beautiful inside, clean, comfy, stylish and they value their clients. All the staff- phenomenal! You can feel the difference in the quality of who your paying and doing business with. ALS requires you to go "inside" the store to cancel your membership- which isn't surprising to me at this point- I can't wait to sign that dotted line and just move on. I do not recommend this place and would encourage you to go anywhere else. read more

Incredibly unprofessional and rude management. I have hung in there at this location for several years due to convenience and the fact that I had finally found a quality lash stylist. It is the holidays and a rainy day. Plus an extremely difficult time of year for me due to the death of my brother 2 days before Christmas. At a time of year when people should be kind to one another -this office manager was so incredibly pompous, condescending arrogant-rude. Not only did she not apologize for her incredibly rude and pedantic behavior-she double and triple down on it. I have been a loyal customer of Amazing Lash studios for no less than 5 years in spite of their inconsistent quality and unhappy staff and have referred many friends over the years (to the handful of quality stylists). If this company continues to condone this sort of treatment of customers by this self important unprofessional and toxic manager Kaitlin Dennis -I will be terminating my membership post haste as it is clear from reading other reviews -this is hardly the first time Kaitlin/Katie has been incredibly rude to customers. It boggles the mind as to why she is left in this position to ruin people's days on what appears to be a regular basis. I just feel sorry for the people who have to work for her. I can happily take my business elsewhere. I will post an update when I find a quality lash studio that values its patrons. A HUGE amount of ugliness from her due the the fact that I needed a "lash bath" even though my hair was actually wet from having JUST gotten out of the shower. Absolutely nuts! Unfortunately, I've had a difficult experience with amazing lash. They canceled an appointment last minute in June, have upcharged for certain stylists without warning, and tried to charge me for a full no-show fee when I called to cancel. I prefer lash lifts and they have very few stylists that can do them. The girls at the front desk have varied from sweet and helpful to rude and condescending. read more

It appears that eye lash are big in Texas. I learned that quite quickly after moving here. I have been a model twice already for people to practice on. FYI, I just seem to know the right people. haha I received the "natural" eye lash extension set. It was done in about 2 hours and my lashes look nice. They have special pricing I noticed but i was not interesting at the current time for the upkeep of lashes. You need to get them refilled about every 2 weeks to maybe 4 weeks if you can stretch it out that long. The other time I was a model I thought it was a little bit better done. I learned that it all depends on where you go and how much training each tech has recieved. read more

ive been going here about 6-8 months...that being said they do cancel last minute fairly often. The customer service at the front desk is awful. This morning I had a 10 am appt they canceled at 0905 leaving me a voicemail. When I called back to reschedule & say I think you called canceling I'd like to reschedule the girl said no we didn't cancel we need to move you to 1pm, I said that wont work for me & she said ok and hung up. The lashes are incredibly fun and glamorous but this may not be the best place to have them done for a few reasons. First and foremost after having several fills done and each time having several of my natural lashes glued together I've just had a second clump of 4+ lashes fall out glued together. See picture posted. Undesirable to say the least! Getting someone on the phone to make an appointment is next to impossible - when you do get someone, appointments are booked several days out and you're directed to call another location ... So if you are experience a problem like clumps falling out you're pretty much on your own. Disappointing for sure - I'll be canceling my membership ... If I can get a hold of someone. read more

So disappointed in this place. I made an appointment for an event coming up in a few days. Yesterday morning was the only availability I had before my event to have services done. They canceled my appointment with a 1 hour notice when their site states if a customer cancels less than 24 hours notice we're subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service. In that case Amazing Lashes should credit me $69 worth of services for cancelling my appointment with only a 1 hour notice. And I live 22 miles away. They said the employee I booked with doesn't do the services I booked. Then why is she still on your website available to book lash & brow services. I was told a manager would call me back today and they didn't. This is poor customer service to say the least and not acceptable. Based on other reviews, I guess this is common practice for this business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all. read more

Gilda is the BEST lash stylist I've worked with to-date. She's incredibly professional, knows what she's doing, and efficient with time. I always leave with a skip in my step when I leave with my new lashes. I've been going to Gilda since she was at the south location. When I moved up north, I was so sad to leave especially since I didn't think I would be able to make the trip south. After many other locations and stylists, I found out by chance she was at this location and she was the one doing my lashes. I was OVER THE MOON. Now I will wait or move things around to make sure she's the only one that does my lashes. When people ask me where I go and with who, I am proud to recommend her over and over again. read more

I am so happy to say that today I finally cancelled my membership at this joke of an establishment. I was coming in for refills every 1-1.5 weeks because all of my lashes were falling out, although the salon boasts that their lashes last 2-3 weeks. Then today, I was told that I did not have enough lashes for a refill and needed to be charged for a full set even though it was exactly 2 weeks from my last refill. When I told the manager that I wanted to cancel my membership, she did not even try to make it up to me. She cancelled my membership before I had even gotten off the table. After my stylist was done she said "can I be honest? I don't like them" in reference to the job she did on my lashes. In conclusion, NEVER EVER COME HERE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! There are too many other places that do lashes and do them WELL. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. read more

I came in for a refill last minute and should have known when all other places were booked - booked online for $75.99 - walked out $140 later with literally four additional lashes. $75 service charge $5 bath $20 to upgrade to volume (which is a joke) then $20 for a master stylist (huh?) and 20% tip... PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I went for an eyelash fill last week and have had my eyelashes done somewhere else in the past and never had any issues. I was happy with the way they looked and felt but within 4 days of getting them done all my lashes had fallen off. I have 3 lashes left and they look horrible. While I was there getting my fill their computers were down so I was never able to pay, I got a call yesterday to pay so I called back to explain my situation before I payed and she told me that she could make me another appointment but I will need to pay full price again because I missed the 3 day period. I was never told about the 3 day period and didn't even sign the intake forms when you first check in. I will never go here again. I am extremely dissatisfied in my service and the way I was treated when I called back. Not to mention I did still have to pay the full price for my eyelashes. If you want to get scammed, this is the right place to go to. Firstly, I have read the previous reviews and the one woman who claimed that anyone complaining was not taking care of their lashes properly is making assumptions. Having been to other salons and getting my lashes done elsewhere, I know what is involved in taking care of lashes and have had them done countless times. Second and most importantly, they have a system that locks you in to a certain time period of payments that must be signed and is sold as a simple "waiver" upon your original entry. I realized this after seeing a second payment leave my account, I called up the company to cancel the "membership" only to be told in a blunt and rude manner that this wasn't possible due to the contract that had been signed. Despite explaining how misleading this scenario was, the salon director was not willing to cancel and continued to be rude on the phone. A business leader is the highest representation of their brand and if this is the attitude that they have towards all their customers then I would highly recommend avoiding this lash studio. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. Every single time I go I am disappointed. Something always seems to go wrong. I had a contract that was to expire after 3 months and after termination they still charged me $59.99 for 3 more months. It took them over a week to refund me my money. The last time I went in, I wanted to leave a tip and they ended up "accidentally" charging me $100 extra as my "tip." After calling repeatedly, it still has not been refunded and that was over 4 business days ago. My lashes have also been clumpy and fall off easily. read more

I'm not real sure what all the bad reviews are about, because I had a great experience! I called yesterday to see if they had any appointments available for a fill this weekend, but there were all booked so they kindly took my information and said they'd call me if they had a cancellation. I got a call this morning saying they had a cancellation and asking if I wanted to come in, so I gladly took the appointment. My tech was Amy and she was sweet, honest, knowledgeable and my lashes look amazing! This may be my favorite set of lashes yet! Go see Amy and don't forget to tip her well because she does an amazing job. I am so glad I dodge this bullet, I called to schedule a first time appointment for a full set as a new client. The receptionist not only gave me three wrong prices, but took my card information and had to call me back because she didn't actually add me in the system the whole 15 minutes we talked. After all of that they finally book me for a full set. I moved my whole day around to make the appointment time I was offered and when I get there was told they had me down for a refill only. Why would a first time new client need a refill? It took me an hour during rush hour to get there and double to get home. I had a big event that weekend and was not able to get in anywhere else. The girls in the front said they would make it up to me and call to make it right and I never got that call. I have been going here for about 8 months now and I still love it. I have used many stylists and not one has been any kind of disappointment! Anyone who complains about their lashes falling out too soon is simply just not taking care of them enough. I have had them last a long time and a short time and it was all my doing (wearing wrong kind of mascara, rubbing eyes/allergies, touching them too much) That being said, this place is very reasonable compared to others I have been to, you can't beat $50 a month for 1 refill. I will give one stylist major kudos- Bailey, who is new, did an excellent job on my lashes! Will definitely be recommending her more often. All the girls are super nice and professional. I have had my fair share of issues with receptionists/scheduling in the past but everything has been resolved since then. I want start off by saying I first chose to get eyelash extensions for my wedding to have a more dramatic look and I immediately loved them. I then enthusiastically signed up for a membership. However, my enthusiasm for "Amazing Lash Studio" was short lived. The first set lasted the advertised time and I was very pleased with them. After that, my fills started lasting less and less time. Despite purchasing all of their suggested products and caring for them EXACTLY how they instructed, my fills would only last one and a half weeks maybe before looking ragged and half done. I have also had some problems with scheduling appointments. Several times I showed up after scheduling an appointment the previous time there and the receptionist would tell me that there was nothing on the books for me. When this occurred, nothing was done for me besides a lackluster apology for the inconvenience. Once my membership contract was over I decided to cancel. Amazing Lash Studio initially delivers a great look, but without any follow through. If you wish to get eyelash extensions, something I would highly suggest, I would find a more reputable salon to do them and do not get mixed up with Amazing Lash Studio. I give two stars only because all of the stylists were very friendly and I think they genuinely did they best they could. I just think their company's product is not of the best quality as they claim. read more

I love my lash extensions!!! This place is really affordable so I tried them out. Your first set is only $79 bucks. If you sign up for a membership you pay a low monthly rate for eyelash refills. I love how much time I save each morning by not having to do my eye makeup. Make sure to keep in mind you can't get them wet for 2-3 days after application! A delayed flight caused me to miss an appointment and I was charged for missing the appointment which was really annoying, so the service isn't very understanding but the lash results are good. read more
