They seem to have a clue and have never lost or confused my appointment. I've been to 4 or 5 different stylists at this location. They are all good. However I highly recommend Kimber. She is the best in my opinion. She takes her time and doesn't cut corners. My lashes look better and last longer when I use her. read more

I have been getting eyelash extensions for over 5 years and recently moved to the area, so I thought I'd give this place a try. I've had nothing but an awful experience almost every appointment. The stylist do not produce the same level of work, so you come out looking different every single time. The first time I went in for a full set they completely ignored my request for fuller lashes (which was written in the appointment and verbally communicated to the front desk clerk) and gave me a basic classic look. The stylist then said "well this looks better on you anyway" when I pointed out her mistake when all was finished. Most of all, I have been trying my hardest (calling/emailing their studio and corporate office) for over a month to cancel my membership and they refuse to help me. The Bay Area studio refuses to contact me back, the corporate offices keep giving me the run around, and they keep charging me for my membership fee regardless; even during this pandemic when their studio is closed and they cannot even provide the services my membership is entitled to. This place is a joke. Eyelash extensions are not cheap, so spend your money elsewhere for the quality and care you deserve. read more

i love it here! I personally have naturally short and stubby eyelashes so I need to get my lashes done here. The location is great and the employees have always been so nice to me. I tried a different location in Meyerland just because I needed a refill that day and Bay Area was fully booked and I've never regretted it more in my life. They left my eyelashes clumpy and stuck together but when I went back to Bay Area, my stylist Julie fixed them and made them better than ever. This is the poorest excuse for a business. I have had bad experiences since day one. I was given a tech that spent an hour and still couldn't get the lashes applied correctly. I was then told that I needed to pay for the removal of the spider web looking lashes on only one eye. I have shown up for appointments and they have no record of my appointment and turned away even though I can show it in my call log. I cancelled my membership with them and was told I could use my credits that I paid for even after cancellation. Now I'm being told that I cannot use them, I lost them when I cancelled my membership. Then when I asked for the manager's name or phone number, I am told that they cannot give out their information. What kind of business are they running? I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Is zero stars a thing because that's what this place deserves. I have never felt more disappointed or disgusted by the employees and services at this salon. The front desk girls are so rude! My call gets sent to voicemail 9/10, but when someone does finally answer it is not a pleasant experience. Last time I tried to schedule a refill (mind you I have had the membership for about a year now so I know the drill) the girl told me I would have to pay $250 for a full set because it had been too long since my last appointment. I checked the calendar on my phone and it had only been a week and a half since my last visit. Plus I have the membership so I should never be paying over $80. I told her this and she replied with well I'm just going to schedule the full set and you can talk to your stylist about it when you come in. Upon arrival, the front desk girls were huddled together gossiping and laughing about A CUSTOMER that was about to walk in. They were not sly about this and I could hear everything they said. This also seemed to be more important than greeting me and getting me checked in for my appointment. I stood at the desk for a good 5 minutes before being acknowledged. When the other customer was taken to the back for her appointment the girls continued to talk bad about her and the whole waiting room could hear. Now let's discuss my problem with the stylist. I saw Brandi who smelled like garlic food, I could still smell it on my lashes days after as if she didn't wash her hands after lunch to do my appointment. Seems pretty unsanitary. She also proceeded to tell me multiple stories about her pets pooping in her house and her daughter not cleaning it up for days. Not exactly what I want to hear about while my eyes are taped shut for an hour. At one point we talked about a date that I had coming up and what the guy did for a living. She proceeded to comment on how much money he must make and told me to come back and share the wealth with her because she lives off tips since her husband is out of work. So unbelievably unprofessional! When I got up the lashes on one of my eyes were completely crushed and slanted to the side. I'm a college student who works 2 jobs, I shouldn't have to find time in my schedule to fix a mistake a stylist did. Do it right the first time or don't do it at all. When I left the room I confirmed with her that we indeed did a refill. When I went to pay the girl at the desk asked me how everything went today and I said not good I will be contacting the manager. She pressed me on this insisting why and I had to tell her more than once I did not feel comfortable talking about it in front of the other customers waiting. Then came the issue of paying, first we argued about the full set versus refill charge. She kept insisting I was wrong then went in the back I'm guessing to discuss with someone else or the stylist because when she came out she changed the price to a refill finally! I said I wanted to pay half cash and half card. I was told my total and asked if I wanted to add a tip for my stylist. I said no firmly and the girl replied with "wait what?" as if not tipping after a bad experience was the worst thing she had heard all day. The girl checking me out apparently didn't know how to do half cash half card and kept looking towards the other girl at the desk to get off the phone. This took 15 minutes! The girl never apologized to me or told me what was happening or what the hold up was. The other girl finally got off the phone swiped my card for the full amount and handed me back all my cash without saying a word to me why. I voiced again that I did not want to pay that way and the 1st girl that started checking me out said oh we can't go back and fix it now and stared blankly at me as if that was okay. No apology or solution offered. What happened to a refund back on my card? At this point I was livid so I took my card and left without arguing. When I got in my car I immediately called the salon to ask to talk to the manger but was sent to voicemail once again. I left a calm message with all my contact info and 5 days went by without a manger contacting me. I reached out again through voicemail and still have never been contacted. So now I will have to go through corporate since this location obviously places no value of customer service or satisfaction. Y'all really need to get it together. read more

I've been wanting to get these done for a while and my friend recommended this location! Couldn't be more happy with the results! The staff greeted me as I walked in the door and made me feel welcomed! I have long lashes already but I wanted to make them look thicker and Tuyet gave me exactly what I was looking for! She informed me on how to maintain my lashes and keep them clean so they would last as long as possible. The salon was beautiful, modern, and super clean! The front desk personnel needs to be wiped out and the new crew needs to have an inservice in customer service taught by the baybrook location staff. They are always delightful and engaging. The automatic billing for the monthly membership has been a nightmare for me! My lashes were beautiful for 1 day only. They fell out very rapidly and were very thin before I was eligible for my next refill. I never went back after the first time when I joined. I was told I could gift my monthly refills. I called in October to cancel, told I didn't need to come in but it would be cancelled after my November payment. Billing NEVER stopped!! I have called and stopped by several times over the last 2 months and the manager is NEVER there. I left my phone # several times with an explanation of my situation and she has yet to call. I may have to cancel my credit card and have to reset up a ton of auto bills just because they won't handle their business! 3 months and no resolve and meanwhile I'm paying for a service I never received!! If you ever plan to stop using them for whatever reason, do not use autobill!! read more

I went in after my sister purchased a gift card for Christmas. The front desk girls were very informative and helpful in picking a style. My stylist was Yulie (spelling may be off) and she was very nice and made me feel comfortable during the whole procedure. This place doesn't know what customer service is. They have re scheduled my appointment multiple times, due to who knows , and then after doing so my appointment gets pushed out. So therefore causing my re fill to turn into a full set. Even though it's their fault , they don't care. They charge more and ignore the fact that they re scheduled you. No courtesy and no customer service. The front girls are nice nasty and have no power to make a decision when problems arise. They say they have to contact their manager but that manager is never around. I even have a contract for a certain price and I schedule ahead and because their workers gets a promotion they expect me to all of a sudden pay more. Another time they rescheduled my appointment and didn't even call me. The girl at the front sat up and argued with me about it. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this location. This place is horrible. The customer service is the worst. You must refill your lashes about every 3 weeks if not sooner to maintain the look, however your monthly payment/ membership is only good for every 4 weeks. It's a scam. The young receptionist was rude several times and defensive. On one occasion.. someone called and canceled their appointment with a name similar to mine. When I showed up for my appointment, the lady told me that I was not on the schedule because I canceled. I tried to explain it must be a mistake because I never called to cancel. She called me a liar and said that she heard it with her own ears. After 20 min of arguing.... the receptionist realized it was the lady who was booked after us. Still no apology.... just attitude!! I normally go to another location. They were booked, so I decided to try out the Baybrook location. The first thing I noticed when I was booking my appt, was how sweet and friendly the receptionist was. I'm very picky about my lashes, and she said she booked me with the girl that does her lashes. When I arrived for my appt, my stylist Lydia, told me that she would have to remove my lashes bc the previous stylist at the other location did such a bad job. I was not happy. But Lydia was so sweet and explained to me that that was what was going to be best for my lashes. The manager Alex came in and told me that they would comp my lash removal fee, which was amazing, seeing as to how it wasn't her location that was responsible for my messed up lashes. I got a brand new set of lashes and they look AMAZING. Lydia is a phenomenal stylist. She took the time to really do what was best for me. I was very impressed by Alex, Lydia, and the whole staff there at the Baybrook location. Their customer service is incredible!!! I will continue to use this location from now on. Very disappointed pretty much every time I make an appointment. I've been three times now and have had a bad experience every single time. The first time I went I had a lady that got a ton of glue in my eyes, she also kept pulling my lashes really hard to the point that I was flinching because it hurt so bad. After like the 5th time of my flinching she was like "I'm sorry your lashes keep getting stuck together." They didn't look very good after. So the second time I went I asked for a better stylist the lady at the front desk told me to go to a certain girl that she goes to. The second girl didn't do horrible, but she did get a lot of glue in my eyes which burned super bad. They only lasted for 2 weeks. Then I asked for one of the more experienced stylists that's an extra $10 but SHE STILL GOT GLUE IN MY EYES. What is the point of paying an extra $10 when they obviously aren't amazing lash stylists. Some complaints I have through my 1 1/2 years with this location.... -Always calling me to reschedule -Staff at the desk was not knowledgeable with business practices -Very rude -Manager never onsite I am a very reasonable person and saw past all this. My last visit in the store I was told that there would now be a UPCHARGE of an additional $10 per visit b/c I am being seen by a "Senior" stylist. I asked the lady at the desk well how long has this been going on and she said well actually a long time we just never charged you. Excuse me? Really?A long time? Why do I hear of this now? Anyways she said she wouldn't charge me the extra fee b/c I didnt know about this policy but it would be applied from now on. I was ok with that and just drove away thinking about how much I already spend every month for lashes and now they want to charge me an extra $10. Anyways... I'm ok with most things but when they say they won't charge me and end up doing so ( checked my statement ^10)? One thing I can't deal with is liars and going behind my back and making charges I didnt authorize. This was my tipping point.... I decided today to go with a private lady with no contract and no charging per month. When I called to cancel my membership they said I needed to go in and and sign a paper then there would be a fee applied. Excuse me? I dont have time nor want to step foot in there again. This is just beyond wrong and just bad business. I feel trapped. They should never make their customers feel so taken advantage of. So I had no choice but to cancel my credit cards because heaven knows how many times they will keep charging me.
