Who wouldn't love waking up with perfect, natural looking brows?! I did have a big concern though...I either found reviews that said 'it hurt' or 'didn't feel a thing.' My other concern was that I wanted to find a place that had really great reviews- they are working on your face after all! So... here is it... Natasha is WONDERFUL! She numbs your eyebrow area before starting the microblading. So, the most you feel is pressure. And in some places you don't even feel pressure. Believe me when I say that you do not have to be concerned about pain- I DO NOT like needles and have a low pain tolerance. The numbing process honestly feels like a really rough eyebrow plucking. Then once that is done, you don't feel a thing while Natasha does her magic. Skin Solutions Day Spa is my new favorite place! It's very cozy, you walk in and you are met with wonderful, relaxing smells. Everyone I met was very patient and nice. Great customer service- which is an absolute must for me!! The "Medical Director" Darshana Sheth is an uncaring hack that should be banned from dealing with customers ever again. Its a very long and horrible story, but the crux of it is that I bought over a thousand dollars worth of services and products and was received one out of three of my facial treatments and could never get another because that woman apparently relocated to Georgia and got 2 out of 3 months of weight loss injections thay did absolutely nothing for me with zero guidance or alternative measures from the medical director. After at least a dozen phone calls to their office (as I mentioned, Elizabeth has been very sympathetic and tried to be helpful) and numerous calls to the main office in the Woodlands, I still have had no resolution or even a suggestion of how they could make this right, I am forced to take them to Small Claims court to try to get my money back. The absolute WORST treatment, or more correctly LACK OF SERVICE, I have ever had at a professional establishment. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
