She mentioned financing options but didn't clearly explain the actual costs. Honestly, the price was shocking--more than rent in some cases--and she pressured me to pick a plan right then and there. When I said I'd think about it, her attitude changed noticeably. I also had a question about the intake form, specifically a vague section about medications for "disorders," but she dismissed it like I was imagining things--even though she was looking right at the form.
