I went to Dena many years ago as her business was growing. They would advertise specials to…read moreincrease business. One was the Ultherapy when it was still new. If you were one of the first to buy a package you were locked into that price from there on so I did. There were only so many available. I had them done and was pleased with the results. When I tried to book again several months later, the girl said she didn't know about it and would get back with me. I never heard back so then we were at a year so I called again. I was told they would need to find my file but they had moved so they would look. I called 2-3 times again over that next year but was put off and no one would book me. I never received a call from Dena either to verify the info. I wish I had saved the email from then. Unfortunately I think it was to draw business but since it grew she conveniently forgot about all the promises made.

I asked her for a simple apology and a full refund which were ignored. Pictures will be posted soon. I plan on filing a formal complaint with the licensing board and BBB. After meeting with three different surgeons regarding my breast augmentation breast lift, an…read moreextended tummy tuck.I eventually chose doctor lomonaco in Webster. I loved his bedside manner and his supportive friendly staff. At the consultation dr lomonaco speaks to you like a friend? Let me describe what I was looking for what I was worried about. And what I hope to achieve with my surgery. He was very knowledgeable about plastic surgery after dramatic weight loss. So he was able to explain to me how my body would look and feel postdoc. And what I could expect, he didn't try to oversell me. I told him I want it natural looking breasts, similar to my breast. Prior to my 3 pregnancies, he didn't try to push oversized implants. Even though I'm 5 foot 9 in and 140lbs. Of course. With my frame, both of my other consults, said, I could carry bigger implants with no problem. However dot lomonico explain why they would be detrimental to me. Because a breast lift is so delicate that you can't overstuff. The new pocket without damaging the lift. Otherwise, I would be unhappy post. Op. Dr. LoMonaco and his staff were available for all my questions related to the surgery and finances Before & After post stop Dr. Even gives you his personal cell phone number so that you could call him anytime during or after business hours with any of your questions. He doesn't text you a response. He will physically call you and speak to you. Pain mgt was a concern and he had a pain med regimen in place. However, the pain was much less than what I expected with such intricate procedures. I am so happy I went with doctor I am so confident with my new look. I'm no longer ashamed of the excess skin and saggy breast post bariatric surgery I highly recommend dr lomonaco as well as his team i will use him for my next procedures

When I had my tummy tuck I lost a lot of blood and development a hematoma. When I went for my follow up visit after being at the hospital for two days he drained the excess of fluid and it goes worse and developed a high risk infection. After multiply visits to Dr. LaMonaco's office my wound wouldn't heal, he found GAUZE inside my incision! It's a shame that's such a high end hospital such Methodist Clear Lake would work with a such a doctor. He is not caring or professional and only cares about the money. Now I need to find another surgeon to correct my butchered procedure. I have a video where he admit everything , he paid people to take off all the bad reviews !! And went I was in his office after he see patients he talk about it !! He is mental disable, he think all the patients wants to have sex with him.
