In a nutshell without going into a long drawn out story this business found out I had an open account with Affirm, which is similar to Klarna, as well as an account with Care Credit. after keeping me there for two hours with their sales tactics, acting all friendly and , they charged over $800 to my CareCredit account over $1700 to my account. I thought I was signing my debit card receipt and I was suddenly handed a bag of products which they quickly sub copies of my receipts in and for stopping by and turned around and went on about their business. As I my car I was kind of confused and had a bad feeling. The products that were in the bag were some kind of moisturizing skin cream, some kind of eye treatment, and red laser wand, things I asked about but when he came back with the price I said "oh no that's too expensive I can't afford that". well, I guess because I signed the receipt neither CareCredit nor affirm would reverse the . At first I didn't pay it willing to let my credit go to crap over it and just file a statement with agencies. But now we're trying to buy an RV to basically live in because we've been priced housing market, so I started paying on the stupid bill. I irritated every month having to come off that money I just went ahead and paid it off. I have complained about this company on Better Business Bureau website, I have written letters receipt requested to and CareCredit, I have written numerous negative reviews about , and that's all I can do. There are literally about this spa on the Better Business Bureau website. I really wish I would've seen that before I considered doing any business whatsoever with this company. I will never go into another spa the rest of my life, despite the fact that I somehow bought the gold package, and from here forwards I will be a total bitch to anybody who's trying to sell me anything. I was told they would need to find my file but they had moved so they would look. I called 2-3 times again over that next year but was put off and no one would book me. I never received a call from Dena either to verify the info. I wish I had saved the email from then.
