Lashes look okay I wasn't mad about how they looked but they fell off within a few days and I listened to everything they told me to take care of them and my friends had went there before and they said they only paid around 40-90$ I PAID 140$!!!!! And they were pushing me to tip more and more every time. It could've been better Was what I originally put but now I'm putting not good. I used to always come here and get my lashes done, but took a break and now came back. has really gone down hill as far as not being set up for opening on time, first appointments of the day and already 30 minutes behind. I got asked to go to the bathroom to wash my eyes (typical request, yes) and no sponges, or cleaner for this. I also needed to use the toilet and no toilet paper. Had to use rough paper towels... came out and told the front desk lady and she said that the holder is broken (the wall one was missing but they had a stand alone storage one that contains the holder; it was empty) and said they were having people use the wipes on the back of the toilet (which again were paper towels). Then proceeded to say everything is in there to clean but told her there's nothing to wipe my eyes with. so she went and found supplies and said the cleaning ladies take everything out of the bathroom and off the shelves and didn't replace it all. Never had this issue previously and had been coming here plenty before. Maybe a management change?? *posting this after services complete, updating as I go* Started this review around 10:25 AM (arrival around 10:18 AM) Update--11:02AM--still waiting on my lash tech. 2nd update--11:08AM -- asking for a full refund--the girl told me she couldn't do it and I said I'm not leaving until it's issued. Had my lashes done for the very first time here by Tracy. I see by other reviews, this particular tech repeatedly does not do a good job and perhaps management should consider this. I said natural, one eye looked okay and the other like a had a stroke on the way to a club. I sat there for 3 1/2 hours with her trying to fix it. Ultimately I asked for someone else to finish it. I left angrily and sent my review in. Owner/management called me back and they were very apologetic. Offered me a free set with the person who had to fix after Tracy. I believe her name was Anne. Anne did a wonderful job the second time. They looked fabulous. I will see her again. I came in on a Thursday and got my lashes done. On that following Sunday, more than half of my lashes were gone. I called and asked if they would fix them and I was told I would be charged. This is the fourth week in a row that I've had to come in and pay to get them fixed, so I will be getting them removed from another facility and having another facility that gives a crap about their clients put new lashes on for the same price as a refill. Came in for a lash lift and facial with my friend. Service was amazing. For whatever reason, my anxiety was triggered during the facial (through no one's fault), just had to say my facial lady was so kind and tried to calm me down as best as we could to finish the facial. My anxiety was through the roof, and I couldn't proceed with the lash lift with my friend, and I felt terrible since we booked the time slot, but they were so understanding. Clean salon, typical cookie cutter get you in and out style. My lashes were not as full as when I go to other studios. I can count them... that's how thin and sparse they are. I usually have so many I can't count them or see that they look like sticks on my eyes. Awful... I tried to engage in conversation with my technician but she didn't really want to talk. She was nice but maybe they want to keep the atmosphere quiet. There wasn't anyone else there. The lash room has 4 beds or more so be prepared to possibly have someone next to you. I was in and out in a hour or less even though the appointment was booked for 1 1/2 hours. I really liked the atmosphere but the quality of work needs to improve tremendously. I won't be back. A complete joke. My first time ever visiting this salon I was pleased with my results (wish I could remember the name of my lash tech because she was great but I cannot). I returned again and had Jason as my lash tech which was NOT a great experience. I am 7 months pregnant and he knocked his very heavy industrial lamp over and it hit me in the head. I got a very nonchalant "sorry" and he continued on. I am a very patient person so I gave the situation the benefit of the doubt and let him continue. A huge mistake. He then, proceeded to start my lashes without cleaning them. When complete, my bottom lashes were glued to my top lashes on my right eye... his solution was to CUT OFF MY BOTTOM EYELASHES! Afterwards, I rightfully complained at the front desk where I was offered 50% off of my next service and told I would be given a complimentary item and that it would be "put in my notes for next time". Me being the understanding person I am, scheduled another appointment for a refill the day before my baby shower and just hoped I would have a better experience with a different lash tech. So I went, again. Another mistake. I was satisfied with my lashes and I did receive my 50% off, as well as I mentioned to the receptionist that I was told I was be given "something" for free, as I wasn't completely sure what that free item even was. So the receptionist gave me a "lash cleaning kit" which is a bag of low quality items that supposedly retails for $35... I doubt it. To make things worse, the day after getting my lashes done, a clump of atleast 12 lashes fell off of my right eye. THE DAY OF MY BABY SHOWER, leaving an obviously and obnoxious gap which I had no time to fix. So today, I attempted to make an appointment to get the lashes removed using my remaining credits from my $60 a month membership. After paying to get my lashes removed I planned on cancelling my membership. I booked the appointment online and got a call from the receptionist soon after asking why I was getting them removed. I kindly told her and she tried to convince me to try their "new lash style", which I kindly declined and told her i would be using my remaining credits and cancelling my membership afterwards. 5 minutes after the phone call, I received a text saying that my membership will be cancelled immediately, which would also remove my remaining credits (screenshot of text). So I immediately called and asked about it. I was told they were cancelling my membership and also told me my credits were no longer there because my "complimentary" item wasn't complimentary. Basically, with attitude, accusing me of making up being told I would receive it for free in exchange for losing half of my bottom lashes. Ultimately by asking the receptionist about my free item, and her handing me the "lash cleaning kit"... I somehow stole it in their eyes because I was "never offered anything free or complimentary" and I supposedly "TOLD" the receptionist to give it to me... Are you kidding me?! As if I would make up a lie to receive their joke of a bag. (The one I received has been sitting on display since I started going there because no one buys them. It was filthy with dust.) So In return I got attitude on the phone and had to tell her to cancel my removal appointment and my membership immediately. Upon payment, I asked about this Yelp offer advertising $100 for $150 deal and showed it to the girl at the front desk who claims to know nothing about it. I went ahead and paid for my service and she told me she would call me back shortly after asking her manager about the Yelp special. I never received a phone call back. Initial service was Monday, lost 7 lashes within 2 days; those were just the ones I was able to count, that landed on my cheek. They did not fall out with my natural eyelash because I can still see mine. I did wait more than 24 hours to get them wet at all and I am always extremely careful never to touch or rub them, nor did I ever add eye makeup. So I had to work all week and wasn't able to call about the ones falling out until this morning Saturday. She told me they typically only replace them without charge within three days, which sounds reasonable, if you don't work Mon-Fri...and have all day during the week days to go in and get them fixed.. I asked if they could make an exception and waive the cost since it has been five days since I had also called on Tuesday after discovering a blueberry sized glob of glue that was dropped in my hair during my appointment. It was near the front and top and after trying to soak it in oil to remove it was unable to and had to break about 20 strands of hair so that I could go to dinner that evening. She said she would call her manager to see if she could get that approved and call me back in 20 minutes. I even asked the receptionist what kind of eyes they looked and she said doll eyes which isn't what I asked for. She was very sweet and tried to get me to come back to get them fixed but the lady that did them said no because my real eyelashes were too thin and they would fall off faster which I don't understand why wasn't I told this before she started. Sarah is amazing! However she had to correct my lashes from the lady before who was not prepared at all with proper tools such as a fan because she glued both eyes shut. She asked another technician working on a customer next to her for hers while my eyes were burning ... She had to call another technician for assistance to help unglue my eyes and finish my set... And she took two hours to do what looked like spaced lashes for a natural set when i asked for hybrid and charged for hybrid. I've given this place so many chances and after i called back because i did not want to hurt the first technician feelings i know she didn't purposely do this to me . The front desk ( pink hair ) stated " it would've been better if you just told us it's more complicated for me to fix it now. " she has no proper etiquette or quality customer service skills to be answering a phone call on behalf of a problem . She is very rude and made me feel terrible about calling. This was my first time getting lash extensions done ever, so I went for the classic and they turned out so good!! I got mine done by Tracy and she was really gentle when applying them I went straight to sleep. The lash glue was starting to irritate my eyes towards the end but I just have really sensitive eyes, so if you also have sensitive eyes I recommend bringing eye drops to use after. read more

I went back and forth whether to post this but I feel like maybe it will help someone else. I went in for a full set of eyelash extensions. Got there and was shown around and was very impressed with the aesthetics of the salon. I was taken back to get my eyelashes done and it's one big room. I am used to a single room where I can relax and when the girl first started, I did relax until someone came in and started banging a broom against the walls and the tables. This went on for at least 15 minutes. Then she started vacuuming. This was at 2:00 in the afternoon. My nose started burning halfway through the appointment to the point that I had to hold my nose and breathe through my mouth. I was relieved when we were finished and walked out front to pay. I told the manager about my nose burning and she said it was because the cleaning lady had the doors open so the building couldn't ventilate like normal. I said ok. Paid and left. Got to my car and my eyelashes were straight ~ not curled at all. Sticking straight out and not cat eye like the tech said she was doing. I brushed them all the way home to try to get them to curl. That never happened. Meanwhile, my nose was burning to the point that it felt raw inside. I called when I got home and the girl who answered the phone said I must be allergic to the glue. I've never been allergic to any lash glue and have been getting my lashes done for 6 years. I asked her to have the manager call me back because I just wanted some advice as to what to do. The girl told me to go to the ER. I spent two days flushing saline solution in my nose because of the horrible burning and my nose was definitely raw inside.
