This is my second time at this location and I love it. The girls at the front desk are friendly and sweet compared to other locations. Emily did my eyelashes and she did awesome. She was so gentle, but very quick! I have been told that I have a lot of lashes compared to a normal person... so I always expect it to take the full 2 hours. Emily finished in 1.5 hours! They look really, really good. She really listened to what I wanted and I felt like she was genuinely a sweet person. I was turned away 7 times because there were no appointments available. I finally get one and show up for it, and they tell me I have to wait 24 hours to get my eyelashes done because there's an allergy test, which is fine, but I don't have any availability to follow up with it for another month. If I'd known I was going to be sent away when I got to the appointment it took so long to get, I would have never gone. Bath rooms were gross, trash can was broken, and she gave me cleaner which had obviously been used by several other people. This place is gross. Don't go here. read more

So I started going here in august, thinking I'm getting a deal. Extensions are super hard n don't last.Even when using their products. Got an emaIl saying my account was suspended, I wanted to cancel anyway, but they kept running my card and charged! I cancelled, then tried to give my credit. Was told it was successfully transferred, but still try to charge the person $80. Mom was also told if she can have help on getting full lashes but was told by FILEPE he doesn't have time. I went in and got a full set done by Paige and she did such a good Job! She asked me what i wanted and she gave me exactly that! She was so sweet and did a fantastic job! Today, I went in and saw Jessica to get my lashes filled and they look amazing! I was scared that maybe they wouldn't look the same or may be different but they still looked just as amazing as when I got them done! She also put some product on my eyelashes that will help my extensions stay longer and help my nature lashes to grow! I highly recommend getting your lashes done at this location. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. Seriously save your time and money before it's too late. I don't normally do this but I am pretty upset. I went into the Tempe marketplace amazing lash studio on Friday and gave it a chance despite all of the negative reviews on yelp. 12 hours later all of my lashes fell out. I called the next morning and went back in to get them fixed, again twelve hours later, all out again. I have called and left messages not hearing anything back. I finally called again and talked to Sam, she informed me that I could come get them fixed today, except that's not an option considering I am working and to be honest I only got them done for an event I'm going to this evening. She told me she can not refund me. I asked to speak with the supervisor to which she said she would have her call me at 12. Still no call, so I called again, she insists she never told me that. At this point I am beyond frustrated and desperately wishing I had listened to the reviews on yelp that I am now adding to. Worst experience. read more

I went in for a full set of lashes not even a week ago and practically all of my extensions are already gone. They didn't even last five days. I got these lashes for a special occasion and by the time the occasion came, I only had half of the lashes left. Don't be fooled by the low price! They have a year CONTRACT you have to sign and you will be paying that off even if you don't like their work!!! I have been getting my lashes done for the past year and this is far the worst I have gone to...I have been to three salons in the past year and I can say the lashes don't last, staff is not trained and their policies are awful. Anyone can work at this place. Doesn't a lash artist have to be talented? Apparently the only thing it takes to work for then is to go through a 10 day training. I tried to get in to get my lashes done this weekend. I submitted an appointment request with no response. I called the store and left a message, after a few hours I called back 4 more times before someone answered. I believe her name was Tatum or whoever was working Friday am/early afternoon. She was extremely rude, not helpful, and made it seem as though I was inconveniencing her by calling. She is the reason I will never be booking here again, combined with the obvious lack of care for customers, after multiple attempts to book. I've been to several lash places and this is hands down the worst place I've been to. I've never had my eyes been in pain after getting lashes until I came to this studio. My eyes hurt and itched terribly, when i ran my finger above my lashes, all I could feel like huge clumps of a hard substances glued on my lashes. (this was also the most I've been charged for lashes). I went to a new lady and she was so concerned when seeing my lashes. My lady kept forgetting if she had done certain steps and would ask me SEVERAL times if she had already did them. I told her I didn't want to buy the entire lash wash kit when I was leaving and she gave me no option and said I had to, then gave it to the front desk lady to ring up. I've never had a worse experience going out somewhere in my life, I wanted to cry after leaving and I will never go there again and if you care about the health of your lashes and your sanity, I suggest you don't go there either. One thing I really like about this place is that they are very organized and were able to get me in very quickly. I had a similar experience to many others where my right eye looked great because the technician took her time but my left eye looked a little off because she was more rushed. The lashes were full but they weren't all pointing the right direction so when I looked at them once I got to the car it looked like I had a little cowlick in my eyelashes. I was in a hurry so I couldn't go back but definitely disappointed. The other thing that I don't love is how quickly the lashes are coming off. After only one week over half of them were gone. The glue is not strong enough. They're just falling off my natural lash when I simply touch my eye. read more

I have been getting my eyelashes done with Amazing Eyelash studio since January of 2017. I have long eyelashes but they are completely straight and a huge pain to curl every morning. I love the look and feel of the Gorgeous eyelashes that I have touched up every 3 weeks or so. They are so light that they genuinely feel like my own eyelashes instead of weighing my lids down like store bought falsies do. Everyone is always asking me where I get my extensions done and telling me that they look great. It has been a great addition to my appearance and I am grateful for the time saved on my morning routine. I go makeupless much more often than ever before because I feel that the eyelashes are enough to go out and still feel beautiful. If you are able to make an appointment with either Rosie or Courtney, I would highly recommend it because they both do exceptional work. Initially I went to Amazing lashes at the Arcadia location. The stylist there was amazing! I didn't need a fill until 3 weeks after. Once I scheduled a fill, I went to this location due to more times available. I was expecting the same service as I got at the Arcadia location but was definitely disappointed. After receiving a fill, 3 days after I had had multiple lashes fall out. It looked like I needed a fill again!! So I proceeded in calling the location so they could take a look at them, I knew how long my initial lash fill lasted so there had to be something wrong. The location ended up charging me for "30 min touch up" and the stylist made it seem as if it was my after care that made the lashes fall out. This was not a good experience. In addition, it looks like I need a fill once more! Very frustrating. I was so happy about my initial experience at the Arcadia location I became a member during my second time visiting and now I'm definitely reconsidering that membership. This place is a JOKE!!! I paid full price for lashes back in October, they fell out after 5 DAYS. Mind you, I have had lashes for 5/6 years, know how to take care of them, and am super careful with their care as that are always $$$ and ain't nobody got time to waste money. At the time, I was traveling through CA, I was so disappointed that they had already fallen out, I stopped at a location in Elk Grove where I had to pay another $60 to have them filled in - I could have had them filled in for free by a master stylist but you have to be at the location you had them originally done at in order for that service to be redeemed. I was on the phone half the day, talking with the Tempe location, Elk Grove and another location trying to figure out what could be done at the time as I was still trying to head up to WA for my sisters wedding. The Elk Grove location filled them in, and stated that there is NO QUESTION I should get a full set for free from Tempe, and how absolutely unacceptable that is for them to fall out after 5 days. So I call the Tempe location telling them this entire story, whosoever I talked to mentioned: yes, I will have to email my manager to OK this, and then you should be good to go. APPARENTLY THAT WAS MY BAD FOR NOT CONFIRMING THEIR ERROR AND REDEEMING THAT SERVICE ASAP. Apparently I was supposed to go the Tempe location, get pictures taken, have them sent to corporate, do this, do that - I was 1) not in state and 2) assumed it wasn't MY job to make sure this was a redeemable service. So I left it alone, assumed that email went through and all I had to do was redeem my lashes for FREE. Fast forward to today, an entire MONTH later (which according to Jaime the store manager, is an unacceptable amount of time to wait to get my lashes redeemed and have this taken care of) I am on the phone 3/4 times the day before trying to reschedule me to get in earlier in the day, I'll admit they were really good at trying to accommodate a better time for me - HOWEVER, every, single, time, I talked to the receptionist, I mentioned I would be REDEEMING MY LASHES. I assumed since no one asked or said anything to the contrary, that that was what I would be doing at my appointment. Remember, don't assume people! I made an ASS out of myself for doing that and thinking this was taken care of. Go in to my appointment, talk to Haley, who says - oh by the way, unless you sign up for the monthly service, this will be $250. I'm like, wait what? I'm supposed to be redeeming a free full set today. She says, nope I don't see any emails or notes about that so basically you're SOL. I'm getting super frustrated at this point, I had gotten a babysitter for this appointment, drove 20min over here, and now I'm supposed to pay full price or start a membership at a place that won't make amends with their f*** up?! Haley keeps saying, "the system won't let me give you a full set for free, and if you want to talk to a manager you'll have to call her and ask because I can't do anything for you." So I call Jaime, who then proceeds to say, "sorry, we have no indication that you deserve a full set for free because there is no email, you waited an ENTIRE month to get this taken care of, there is 0 evidence it was our fault, there is also user error (basically saying it was partially my fault - yes I love wasting time AND money!!!!!!!!) we don't know about, and at this point all I can do is give you a discount because Elk Grove was the one that said we should and could give you a full set for free and they had no right to do so." At that point, I was LIVID - she is basically telling me, sorry not sorry. So now I'm walking away from this place NEVER TO RETURN where I should have gotten a full set for free, and am leaving empty handed with managers and stylists who basically told me "yeah we don't care, even if it was our fault." I don't care what is written down in your goddamned computer bitches!!! ITS A MATTER OF FACT AT THIS POINT - ITS YOUR JOB TO FIX THE PROBLEM - NOT ME! Bye Felicias!!!! Very Disappointed. My first experience with having lash extentions and I am not happy with the final result at all. When the tech was finished I stated that my right eye looked like it had a section of lashes missing, the tech said "I noticed that", and she went on to fill it in. Now the right eye is fuller than the left. The tech should of done the application right the first time and I should not of had to advise her of something she already "noticed". I am so glad I did not purchase the monthly plan that they REALLY pushed, I will not be back. Do not waste your money on this place. The lash techs are predominately brand new with very little training. They charge you to upgrade for what any other salon would charge for a good job. If you want to pay extra for actual quality lashes, and someone who's not in there second week of doing lashes you are going to be charged and addition 45 dollars on top of the 60 for a fill. You will leave there with a 105 dollar fill and a set of lashes that look like you let someone attempt to do on their first try at lashes. They will last about a week and fall of in large embarrassing clumps. I attempted 4 tries. My first one I had about a quarter invisible gap from my lashes to lid separated by CHUNKS of white glue. I've been getting lashes for 6 years consistently and never once had seen that. The truck said it was because of the eye wash I was using this was also her 3 week of doing lashes and they charged me for an advanced tech. I gave it 3 more shots because they had already charged my card. The visits after we're the same awful experience. The manger charged me 75 dollars to have a tech look at my lashes and apply the ones she had to remove because they were applied wrong. read more

I have been going to Amazing Lash studio on and off for about 3 years. I say on and off because I have a very busy lifestyle and they are able to accommodate that. If I need to take a break from my lashes because I'm traveling they allow that. Unlike hair and nails, where I usually have a "usual" girl I prefer to go to, I never specify a stylist when I make my appointments. This is because every single person that I've gone to has been a dream and exceeded my expectations. I had a refill today with Ashley, who has been there since they first opened, and she was amazing! I would highly recommend her. She was very fast and super friendly. Their studio is always clean and a pleasant place to be. I've tried many of their products including the lash cleanser, the mascara, and their lash booster. They are all super reasonably priced and really high quality. The front desk was really helpful too when I couldn't find them in Tempe Marketplace (they are right next to Bath & Body Works, FYI) and followed up a couple days ago to make sure I was totally happy. Went for the first time yesterday and was first greeted with smiles and enthusiasm, made my appointment for a removal and new set and left. Came back at 5, the girl took me back only to kind of have attitude and tell me that a removal and new set wasn't something they recommend and she'll take them off and I can come back, anyone who has lashes... Ummm no. So she says ok but the remover will make the lash glue not stick, I've had lashes for a year, not true. So she took them off and then tells me there's to much glue and to go home and come back in a day or so, or we can put on a half ass set, because now she only had an hour or so. I was so mad at this point that she went through the process and then had the worst attitude I said fine and got up. She walked me out and told Nikki I'd be back in a few days, she left and I lightly lost it. I was very unhappy and upset. Nikki was so very helpful and understanding not to mention professional! There were two girls up front and she sent them back while I was talking which as a business owner I noticed right away. I thought she was a manager. She went and pulled Jessica out of an appointment to observe my short but no glue lashes and she said they were fine, so we booked me an hour later with Jessica. So 4 hours later I walked out with a full set and the best experience! Jessica was just as amazing as Nikki and very nice. She did a great job! Went here to give eyelash extensions a 2nd try (after a very bad experience somewhere else with a Groupon) so I had my reservations going into it. Booked my appt, showed up about 10 mins early had some paperwork ask a few questions then my tech took me back. Her name was Emily, she was a great listener, we discussed my previous experience and she explained what might have gone wrong. After 15 mins of discussion she begin to work her magic. We decided on a custom look btwn sexy and glamorous. I wear glasses so that was a concern of comfort, also I do rub the corners of my eyes. She kept my concerns in mind and about 30 mins into it I felt very relaxed. Timing was around 2 hours for full application it's only 1 hour for fills, even though it sounds like a long time it went by pretty quickly. When she was done I could not have been more happy with the results! I had beautiful doe-like eyelashes! The compliments have been rolling in since Thursday and I'm not even wearing eye makeup of ANY kind! Anyone that's nervous or anxious about lash extensions should book here and see Emily! From the second I walked in from the minute I walked out. I absolutely loved everything about this place. Ashley is who I talked to on the phone and provided everything for me for my first appointment and made me feel so comfortable especially for doing this for the first time . Provided me with the necessary information to go about this. The eyelash technician I made an appointment with was Jessica. I wanted her to do mine because I have seen reviews on Yelp about her and she has been doing this a long time. When I walked in I explained to her what I wanted and the outcome was exactly how I wanted. She did such an amazing job. I got full lashes and I got the volume style . Not to mention she is extremely talented and beyond nice . I recommend the full style anyways because everyone knows your lashes are fake looking because you had none to begin with so why not make them look extremely full. On the way out Ashley booked me for my next appointment and I purchased some products . I got the makeup pads and the ASH BROWN eyeliner and the black mascara just because they recommend water base products and I don't have time to look at my current mascara products to see if they have oil in them . Oil is a big no no for your lashes. Even though your not supposed to wear makeup in the first 48 hours I put makeup on anyways and the eyeliner is amazing and so is the mascara. So my initial interaction to schedule my appointment was wonderful. They were able to get me in relatively quickly and asked that I come 5-10 minutes early for paperwork. I let them know I was coming from work and would be there right around 5 and asked that they email or fax the paperwork... I was told "it'll be fine." on my way to my appointment I hit much heavier than usual traffic.... Literally was 5 minutes late and was told I had to reschedule my appointment because I had to fill out the paperwork as well. I am sincerely disappointed because had I been told about the 5 minute late rule prior to my appointment, I would've scheduled it for a day I wouldn't be leaving from work as unexpected traffic can happen in the evenings. It also grinds my gears that if I wasn't a new customer and didn't have paperwork to fill out, I would've been fine... Let me start with saying I normally go to the Ahwatukee location where the girls are simply Amazing. I took a break from lashes for a few months and recently decided to start them again. Last minute, I called my normal location but they were fully booked. In saying that, assuming my experience would be the same with the same company at a different location, I decided to book an appointment at the Tempe Marketplace location. Well folks, beware of the front desk receptionist Haley, at the Amazing Lash Studio in the Tempe Marketplace.. All of my encounters with Haley, via phone, were pleasant then instantly changed upon arrival. As soon as we made eye contact I had a smile with the intentions of saying hello. Haley on the other hand greeted me with a can I help you, with a hostile demeanor and agitated tone. From there she was very short and her attitude came off is though I did not belong. Her co-workers stood quietly around her as though they condone or validate her behavior towards me. To shorten the story I won't go into all details. The technician was quiet but nice. Once my lashes were done, I assumed that Haley's behavior would have gotten better. I was wrong, she continued to be the epitome of rudeness. When she attempted to rebook me I replied to her no thank you I'm used to my girls in Ahwatukee. Her response was yeah I'm used to certain people too. I forgot her name so I called the studio back today, spoke with her and got her name. I also asked for her manager's name. (Sarah) Haley asked me if there's anything wrong. I let her know that I was writing a review about how she was rude. From there she reluctantly apologized and said I was sick and had to work. What Haley doesn't realize is before I open the door I saw her smiling and talking with her coworkers. That lets me know that she was fully capable of smiling and being friendly. My entire time spent with her, not once did I get a smile or any kind gestures. Regardless of whether or not she was sick she was fully capable of creating a much friendlier environment but chose not to. What Haley needs to be aware of is that she hindered the amount of the tip left to the technician because of my experience from the moment I step foot in that place. I only left a $10 tip but if my experience were different with it being a holiday season, was willing to leave much more . This young woman does not do a good job of being on the front line and being the face of Amazing Lash Studio in my opinion. Maybe she needs a little bit more training or to do side-by-side with Amanda and Asia at the Ahwatukee location. I recommend Amazing Lash Studio Ahwatukee location to anyone and everyone.
