Hands Down the Worst Lashes I've ever had. I should say lashes down since one of my eyes went completely bald within 9 days!!! From day one, they were falling out at such an alarming rate I had to go back to have them fixed by a master stylist by day 3. Even the fix only bought me less than a week before that same eye went bald. Spent most of my vacation hiding behind sunglasses because there wasn't enough mascara magic in the world to make one bald eye match one semi full eye. I've had lashes installed professionally for over 8 years now and am very well versed in lash retention and care. Master stylist mentioned not all the stylist there use the same quality bonding glues and techniques - so this is a matter of POOR QUALITY MATERIALS and/or AMATEUR APPLICATION. I have been on a lash journey these past months. I found a lash artist that I adore at another location but I was finding myself needing a NEW SET every other week. Like clockwork, my lashes would start falling out about mid week into having them or as soon as I brushed them. I was very close to giving up on my lash dreams seeing that it was starting to cost more money than I felt they were worth. I'm so glad I came back to this location and had Tabatha work her magic. I can definitely understand why she is a master stylist. She listened to the struggles I was facing with my lashes from other lash artists and suggested I go either shorter in length or volume. I am so upset by the treatment I was given by the "district manager" today. After my previous review I was told I could go in for a fill and it was put into my notes because I do not live in Phoenix. So by the time I came back the 3 month rule would have expired. Totally fine I appreciated it. I called yesterday since I would be in town today I asked 3 times on the call if it would be complimentary like they claimed. The front desk girl said yes all 3 times. 10 min before my appointment they call to reschedule it. Changes my whole day plans but it's okay I'm trying to be flexible. She then tells me it isn't free... like. What? She says she is the district manager and the manager who told me that isn't there and there is nothing she can do. I have never had such poor service ever. The manager on site was so incredibly rude to me when I tried to be kind and work along her multiple times. I had a coupon that stated when it was active directly on it. While talking to me in a severely egoistic and rude way, she stated the coupon expired. I explained further and showed it to her. Once she finally realized I was right, she rolled her eyes and said "I guess this one time I can make an exception." It was not an exception the coupon was correct. The second time was when I tried to cancel my membership. I was asking about my cancellation. She made me feel completely dumb and stupid for asking a question that was never stated or clarified before. Not only have I had these experiences, but I also witnessed other customers getting similar experience. All I ever do is to try and be a kind costumer, and even when I do that I received such a negative response from her. I will never say anything positive about this location because of her. AH! PREMADE FANS! I've had eyelash extensions for 3 years now. This is not the place to go with your money. They use PREMADE fans. When your lashes fall off, you can see the PLASTIC base that the fans are glued on. It constantly looks like I have eye gunk on my lids/lashes. It's so ugly and embarrassing. I'm new to Arizona, but in California, Amazing Lash Studios are AVOIDED and now I know why. My lash artists in SoCal and the Bay Area all make their fans AS THEY GO. That requires much more talent. Go somewhere else! Can't charge for a master stylist if you're using premade fans. Placement is really far and twisted too (this came from a master stylist). However, if you must go here, Chelsea (who isn't a master stylist), is the person to go to. read more

This studio is in a very busy but nice location. Lots of shopping and restaurants are surrounding it. I came here because I travel quite a bit (Thursday thru Sunday or Monday each week). They were extremely accommodating especially since I am not a member of this specific salon. They gave me a time and I asked them to allow me to fill any cancellation. They did just that. The owner/facilitator was friendly, gracious and extremely welcoming as was the receptionist. I give them both five stars along with the facilities which were clean, easy to navigate and professionally decorated. However, the technician Gabrielle.... smh.... she is the reason I am giving the 3 star rating. She wanted me to get a removal and a new fill, which honestly I should have but was under a time constraint. She was really rude about the whole situation. She tapes up my eyes and LECTURES me about WHY I should not be getting a fill and how horrible my lashes were. She takes off the tape and says "Let me show you something "'she shows me a clump of lashes and tells me that my personal lashes are in the clump and that they will keep coming out until I have no lashes. Mind you the technician I had two weeks ago said my lashes were healthy. I tried to be nice, but at one point I just stopped responding because she was out of line. I had asked for length and volume, she actually REFUSED to give me length and said she could only do so much because my lashes needed to be removed. This is crazy because I had just been to a different lash studio two weeks before when my lashes were in WORSE shape and they were able to fill and give me the length I requested. She didn't do a good job at all and she knew it. She didn't even offer me a mirror to see her work after she finished NOR did she walk me to the front. It was really a horrible experience. She was probably the worst technician I have ever encountered in the many years I have been wearing lashes. Had a fill less than a week ago and my eye is almost bare, in addition to it being the worst lash fill I've ever had. Two days after the fill I woke up to lashes all over my face. I went to brush them out and over half of my lashes fell out. This picture does not even illustrate how many actually fell out. I attempted to contact the studio but they have yet to reply. The technician was friendly, but my turnout was horrible! My lashes were turned into check marks. They did not have a natural curl like I expected from the pictures on the ad. They looked and literally were stuck to my eyelids. I had them done July 27, followed the advice to not wet them for 24 hours and they simply did not turnout the way I expected. Today, almost 2 months later, they still haven't gone back to my straight or normal shape; they are literally all over the place. This business made ILLEGAL VIOLATIONS and REFUSES TO REFUND. I have been going here and paying membership fees for nearly two years. I took a break from receiving their services, because of Covid and other personal reasons. I was advised I could keep paying my membership fees and build up credit. In October, I finally scheduled an appointment for an eyelash application.  When I arrived, I was denied service because I could not wear a mask for the entire two-hour service. They canceled my appointment on the spot and refunded me for the month of October. However, they still owe me money for the 6 months of 2020 that I continued to pay for (around $360). They are refusing to refund me while refusing to provide me service without a mask. This is an unlawful violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The government mandate for masks also did not state "no mask, no service." read more

Ashley B. is an excellent stylist! She helped me pick the perfect lash style for me and did a great job on the application. She also really helped me with my care routine. I had NO idea how to really care for my lashes. I had actually been told something completely different by another stylist at a different location. Ashley told me how I should really be caring for my lashes and I saw an immediate improvement in retention and volume. Previously, I was losing tons of lashes every day but now I'm just loosing a couple a day like normal! This is great because I can stretch out the time between fills, and also because my lashes stay looking amazing even in between! I use the foaming lash cleanser from ALS twice a day and it is AWESOME and lasts forever. I get so many complements on my lashes! read more

Very disappointed at their dishonest and deceiving business practices. I sign for the membership under the understanding that will cover my refill but when I went the first time for a refill the charge me 10 dls for the "master" girl that did my refill plus 35 for my eyelashes refill. They proceed to explain my type of eyelashes are charged 35 extra. I explained that when I sign the membership I was not Informed of it, otherwise I would make a better informed decision. The lady at front desk replied exactly the same answer in a rude tone. I paid, then I called to speak with the manager, who I left a message but when I explained the lady who answer the phone, she proceeded to repeat the same of the above. I don't mind the charges IF I WAS BEING AWARE OF IT But I WAS NEVER EXPLAINED THE ABOVE, therefore I consider an abuse and very poor business practices. Be aware when you sign for the membership and don't be caught unaware of the undisclosed hidden extra charges. I've been coming here for a few years now and I have to say I'm not sure I've ever been more satisfied and content with my experience and service. The Clean campaign they are running is absolutely wonderful and has changed the way I care for my lashes completely. Although I've always been told to wash my lashes diligently for the last couple of years I can't say I always would follow through with the highest level of care. Since this location has started the clean campaign, I truly have been dedicated to religiously washing my lashes appropristely and caring for them as they should be cared for... And gosh darn it - I have seen the reward!!! My retention and the health of my natural lash is undeniably better than its ever been!
