I've been coming here for a few years now and I have to say I'm not sure I've ever been more satisfied and content with my experience and service. The Clean campaign they are running is absolutely wonderful and has changed the way I care for my lashes completely. Although I've always been told to wash my lashes diligently for the last couple of years I can't say I always would follow through with the highest level of care. Since this location has started the clean campaign, I truly have been dedicated to religiously washing my lashes appropristely and caring for them as they should be cared for... And gosh darn it - I have seen the reward!!! My retention and the health of my natural lash is undeniably better than its ever been! I went for eyelash extensions after not having them for over a year due to COVID-19. The pricing is confusing, they get you to buy a membership but you still have to pay additional money when you get your lashes done. After 5 visits and several problems, my lashes are damaged to the point that I have to stop wearing extensions for a while. I had problems with lashes being glued together, itching and clumping. When mentioned to them, I was given all kinds of reasons why but it was never fixed. When I canceled my membership, that I was originally told could be done at any time, I was not given my unused money back. Extremely disappointed. read more

I have gotten my lashes done off and on for five years. I have never had any sort of mishap until I went to this Tempe location. Even though they are offering to correct the service for free, I can't help but warn others. She YANKED my eyelashes multiple times. Her nail pushing into my skin, applying too much pressure on my eye, then she straight up poked my eyeball directly with her metal tool. She not one time acknowledged it or said sorry! I even commented about her "stabbing me in the eye" and she still didn't say sorry. Apparently she is just out of training. I now do not trust this establishment and the "training" they provide. I have eyelashes stuck together, going in different directions, lash extension glued to the bottom eyelashes, adhesive on both my eyelids! What a mess. read more

I've been coming to this location for a few months now and I've had Gabby as my stylist each visit. Unfortunately Gabby is leaving and my last appointment with her was this week, so sadly I'll be moving onto a different stylist. However, I want to give a huge shout out to her because she always keeps my lashes looking beautiful! She's super personable and extremely nice, and always ensures that I am comfortable and that my eyes are taken care of (no burning, sticking, etc.,). Good luck to you Gabby, wherever your next journey takes you! I think this location could definitely use some TLC. Front door handles are almost always coming off and loose, and often times the doors are really hard to open because of this. The front desk can be a bit dirty/cluttered sometimes but it happens. I always make sure to clean my own lashes prior to coming in to my appointment because I don't like the fact that when I go to the bathroom to wash them in-store, I'm using the same foaming cleanser bottle as prior customers. Overall, I think cleaning procedures at the store could be revamped and revisited, especially as COVID becomes more lax. I don't think that's an excuse to cut back on sanitization and cleanliness. I wish I could give a 3 1/2 star rating because while I definitely feel beautiful with my lashes, they are a bit overpriced and doing the monthly membership doesn't feel ~quite~ worth it for what it is, but the location is convenient for me. read more

Update: I have tried to cancel many times and they couldn't just cancel it so I had them pause it for months. The first person I spoke too said he canceled it but then I was charged again and called and they told me I had to have a printer or come in and sign which wasn't going to happen in the pandemic. I have been an Amazing Lash member for 7+ years. Due to Covid I did not feel comfortable getting my lashes done. I have accrued over 24 credits. Today, I made an appointment to go back. I was told I could use an extra credit to add on hybrid lashes ( a $45 value for a $75 credit) not financially in my best interest but I need to use my credits. After being in a room for 3 HOURS I was then told this could not happen and I would have to pay $45. After the service had already been completed. Why would I pay when I have 24 CREDITS! This is the worst customer experience! I want to be done with Amazing Lash but I don't want to lose $2000 in credits! It is ridiculous that you can not combine services for a customer who has been loyal for over 7 years and has 24 credits. Go elsewhere! You will get nickel and dimed for everything! I'm also pretty sure there are only a couple of hybrids and the rest are classics. The lashes are not full or even at all! Not quite sure what I paid extra for?!? Honestly hate myself for coming here. I never make reviews but after a couple days i'm still upset with myself coming here. I have a licensed and certified 3x home based lash tech that I have been going to for a couple of months now and her prices are amazing with the work she does. Ex: Classics: $75, Hybrid: $85, Volume: 95. Well I had an appointment with her but my car broke down couple minutes before my appointment on the road and I couldn't make it to my appointment and had to cancel, she's all booked up until January 4th but that's when I go on my vacation, I really wanted to have my lashes done for my trip so I was looking up all night trying to find another lash tech but it didn't work out so I looked up salons and this facility said "get your first full set of lashes for 79.99 (regular price 169.99)" So of course I decide to make an appointment. I received an email to come in 15 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork. Anyways my appointment is at 4:10 I came in at 3:50, fill out bs paperwork I don't understand why they need to know what my occupation is for my eyelashes ? or my address ? but whatever. Paperwork took literally less than 2 minutes... then I waited for my appointment it was 4:30 and I still haven't been seen by the lash tech then I overhear the receptionists saying someone didn't show up or they are late etc. then asking who is the girl sitting in the chair (me) and then heard them saying they forgot to check me in really? then they ask me what my name is then I got checked in. Whatever I finally get sent back and the girl asks what I'm looking for, I give her inspo and then she starts working her magic.. she seemed like she didn't want to be there she didn't ask how I was doing or anything she didn't talk to me at all during the 2hrs I was there, it was awkward I can just hear her music on her headphones. Ok whatever, There was a couple of times like it felt she was removing the lash extensions and redoing it idk because it just hurt. Anyways she finishes and they don't look anything like the inspo picture but whatever once again. I go out and pay the total comes out to be $150...these lashes aren't worth $150 lol. I brought it to the receptionist attention that I signed up for the $79.99 first full set and she said it only applies to classics and i got volumes. but it says regular price is $169.99, so idk how classics apparently cost more than volumes anyways it would've been nice from the beginning that the receptionist would've told me the deal only applies to classics so I can get classics, they knew it was my first time there and the deal didn't say anything about only a classic set. my lashes don't look like volumes they look like hybrids at most but my lash tech i usually go to would consider these classics honestly. She then tries getting me to buy a membership? After I told her my story that I have a lash tech but because of my situation, I had to do this last minute. ?? Anyways my boyfriend always likes my extensions and thinks they look nice but when I got home he was like "Can I be honest?" and i said yes and he said he didn't like them they look weird and short and that's when I knew I wasn't trippin because he always likes my extensions. Let me add that I think she put too much glue on my right inner eye that when I wake up my inner eye is closed shut and have to open my eyes with my fingers!!! I learned my lesson and wasted a shit ton of money but hopefully I can help another girl out and not waste their time here!!!! read more

I had a year's contract with them and it was the same issue no matter which establishment that I would go to get my lashes done. They used too much glue to the point that when going to sleep at night upon awakening, I couldn't open my eyes...They were stuck shut and I literally had to manually pull them apart! The lash shedding was another issue. They were nice and accommodating when I would go back, but they were never able to resolve the problem. They used a different glue, filled in the gaps in my lashes but to no avail it continued to happen. I was actually getting used to prying my eyes open every morning and going in for frequent eyelash fixes by the time my years contract had ended. It was so nice to get their lashes off and be able to open my eyes every morning! I've gotten lash extensions since for special occasions from a different business and didn't experience the sealed eye problems. It must be their glue or inexperienced staff. All of their lash artists are amazing but I'm partial to Dallas. i've been coming to this studio for over two years now and I'm a member here. The only reason why I still come here is because I love the way that Shelby does my lashes. If she didn't I would've been long gone greedy is an understatement about this place. I called to reschedule my appointment because I was sick and the girl at the front desk who was rude as hell and a liar obviously told me that she was charging me for not coming in even though I told her I had a fever so I said OK then I will be there then you wanna play that way and charge me I'll come in. This place is expensive as hell. She then tells me to come in at my own discretion doesn't care to get her staff sick obviously. So here I am with the fever getting ready to go in because I'm not gonna be charged for a service I did not receive and she calls me back and tells me that she would just reschedule my appointment no problem and to not come in. I go on today and guess what? my account was charged, they charged me for a service I did not receive. She also lied and basically told me she was a manager which I don't think was the case I asked to speak to one and her response was I work the front desk, lol OK so does that mean your manager or what? Idiot. She swore up and down I would not be charged and that they would be just moving my appointment because I didn't wanna get anybody sick but they went and charged me anyways. Stay as far away from this place as possible my membership I am ending the next time I get my lashes done because of this situation. they also told me that they would just be taking away one of my credits because I had already paid for these credits at first and then they wound up just taking the money out of my bank account I don't know who the sneak liar is at the front desk but something is seriously wrong with this place it's no surprise they can't keep a manager or employees. Also this happened on Tuesday August 8th around 3:30PM so whoever the "manager front desk girl" was is ummm I'll be nice here and say incompetent. I originally froze my account when covid started because I was testing people with covid symptoms and didn't want to potential expose anyone. Well, I kept getting charged. I kept having to call and make sure my account was frozen so that I can keep the credit that I already paid for. Now we are still in the pandemic and I was charged AGAIN. The manager, Sarah called me and left a message to contact them again to give a date to unfreeze my account. I call in and find out that she cancelled my account for me! So this place sucks. Before I started coming to amazing lash I went to a different stylist (which was amazing) however, when the prices were raised I was forced to find cheaper options. NOT ONCE was I ever fully happy with my lashes. I had instances where I would get my lashes done and 3 days later they would all fall out. When I brought this up to the front desk the associate "Tatum" told me the only way she would refund me is if I had an allergic reaction. Really? I have to be sent to the doctor because of your establishment to get any kind of good customer service. But yet I did have an allergic reaction 2 times later. So take my pictures into consideration before going here. I now have chunks of natural lashes missing because of them. Please do not go here unless it's your very last option. read more

She did an amazing job, listened to what I wanted, and made sure I was okay. Very clean rooms and the staff was so kind!! I am so mad I am shaking as I write this review. Yesterday I went in to get my lashes done. I was like 15 mins late for my appointment that I will definitely admit to being my bad--and last week I called to book appt with the most experienced lash technician and they said it would be Ashley. So I went in yesterday and by this morning a bunch had just fallen out and get this---check out the photos I HAVE A CLUMP OF LASHES GLUED ON MY F****ING EYELID and now I have to go buy fu**ing glue on lashes to wear when I go out tonight. They look terrible. She was very fast I will say but now I know why. Horrible! And I was in a hurry but I tipped her $25 apparently to mess up my lashes. It doesn't even look like I've gotten them done. I want to call but I know I will curse someone out if I call right now. So I'm off to spend EVEN MORE MONEY on glue on lashes and to top it off, I have a stupid MEMBERSHIP with this place for like 2 years I am beyond pissed off. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I got eyelashes extensions here for the first time & at first I felt like they did a great job but after a couple of days I realized how different each set of eyelashes looked from the other. My left eye looks amazing but my right eye has eyelashes going off in every direction. Some have fallen out as expected but most of them have remained in tact. Luckily some of the "strays" have fallen out and hopefully when I get them filled I won't have the same issue again. The price is extremely affordable, front desk was very friendly and answered all my questions and the salon itself was very clean. Maybe I just had a not so great stylist? I got the membership here, bought the wand (which i love), and the lash coating, membership is a monthly fee on top of still paying for that service (at a discounted rate, of course) still kinda testing out how much it saves. But besides the money part, I really did love the girl who did my lashes before, unfortunately she only works on three days and the day I needed to go in wasn't one of her days and on top of that for the holiday (thanksgiving) and for me being a giant procrastinator and going the day before- this location was completely full and had no openings, so in result I had to go to the Amazing Lash Studio on Indian School and 44th Street, let me just tell you I wish I was better at planning, because the Tempe location made this one seem like the major underdog. Let's just say I will plan better next time that's for sure! read more

I just had the worst experience while getting my lashes filled at this location. Not only did i wait 27 minutes for my appointment. My stylist legitimately glued my eyes shut and proceeded to pull and pick glue out of my eyelashes for 2 hours straight. I was crying non stop and my eyes watered and burned from the glue. I have been getting eyelash extensions for over a year and I have been to 4 different lash studios. This was the worst experience I have ever experienced. My eyelashes look like garbage. I have been to this location 3 times before but went to a new lady and that was a huge mistake. Save your money and you lashes. read more

I do not recommend becoming a member of Amazing Lash- I became a member in January of this year and had fantastic service the first 2x I had my lashes done. After the 3rd time, I had to go back for a lash correction due to the lack of glue. 4th time was a success, but each time thereafter has been disappointing. Today, I found that the last tech glued most of my lashes on lopsided which resulted in another tech needing to pull them off and reattach new lashes. The process was painful and the tech apologized each time she ripped a lash from my eye. Unfortunately, I'm a member and will need to finish the contract this year. I do NOT recommend becoming a member with Amazing Lash. Once my contract is up, I'll look elsewhere for lash services. I gave 2 stars because the employees are pleasant. It's the lack of quality work (and pain I experienced today) that I do not appreciate. read more

This place is the worst. I paid $69 for a Lash Lift and my lashes look no different than when I walked in. You cannot even tell a difference in my lashes. The front desk staff was rude and tried to force me to wash my face when I had just done so before I got there. I would not recommend this place at all for this service as you cannot even tell you had anything done. Then they tried to sell me mascara to help my lashes look fuller, of course you want to try and sell me this, my lashes do not even look like they got any kind of service on them. This is a late due review but when I asked the girl how long she's been doing eyelashes, she goes "six weeks"... ok. I've been a client since the beginning of the opening of this studio and I can say how thoroughly amazed I am by the professionalism and expertise of the staff and the progress they have made as a team specifically Ashley. She truly has made all my experiences the best I could ask for. I trust very few people with my lashes but she is definitely one I do. I can't stress enough.... Do not go here for your lashes. My experience with them was horrible from start to finish. They do not stock quality lashes. I don't know why anyone would want to pay the amount that they ask for hours worth of application, and Walmart quality lashes. I should have taken it as a warning sign that both times I went in for appointments the technicians' lash extensions looked HORRENDOUS. Their lashes are so thin and frail that they bent and broke off of my face "Natural" lash extensions is the stupidest business plan I have ever heard of, personally. People achieve the "natural" look via mascara and cheaper glue on lashes all the time. I communicated to Amazing Lash Studio over the phone, via text, and via email that I was unhappy with the services and wished to cancel my membership. They then proceeded to make it extremely difficult to cancel and were very coercive/ dishonest in the process. This company is sleazy as f***. They tried to charge me for appointments that I made previously after I had communicated I wanted to cancel multiple times. Then, after I did resign my subscription, they continued to message me asking if I wanted to book another appointment. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Save your money people. read more
