Overpriced and poor quality. If you accidently book for the wrong day or miss your appointment, you will be charged the FULL amount. I scheduled two appointments for my girlfriend and I to go in. Then I realized I had mistakenly made one of the appointments for the wrong day. I asked if I could just reschedule and they refunded me only the deposit ($45). I was still charged $48 for the missed appt. Charging full price for a missed appointment when it was an honest mistake is pretty wild. Then the day of our appointments we paid $174 for two appointments plus tip. All told I spent $267. For 2x lash and tint appointments. The listed price is $90. So this is just to preface my review. I'm disappointed. I booked with an experienced aesthetician and they rebooked me with someone who was completely new. Same price though. And she didn't cover my lower lashes. So the laminating chemical got all over and permed my lower lashes into a funky mess. Pics attached. Read the reviews and save yourself the waste of time, money, lack of professional communication, and frustration. I had my lashes removed a few days at another salon before I booked with Taylor for a mega volume full set. I did this because some lash artists have a hard time blending other peoples work with theirs. I move often due to my job so decided to start fresh here. First off, NO where and I mean absolutely no where has the ability to do a mega volume full set in an hour and 25 minutes. Their website even says 120-150 minutes, so 85 minutes from start to finish should have been the first ref flag. Second off, I've had lashes in almost every major city in the US and haven't had this poor of retention issues or lashes that looked so less then "fans" but more like chunks/strips. The Communication was poor at best, they refused to answer phone calls but had no issues trying to blame me for the crappy job done by Taylor. She shouldn't be lashing. She either needs additional training on making fans, using proper glue that fits her needs/skills with lashes or to simply stay away from peoples lashes. The owners half ass response to multiple issues and quite honestly, major concerns is also concerning. The fact you had no issue charging me for a service I didn't fully receive is absolutely poor business. Here's some pictures of what my lashes were just before having them taken off to have a new set placed here, pictures of how many lashes I lost in 4 days, the awful "mega volume full set" and the poor communication. In response to Courtney- you are so full of crap it's disgusting! It took days to have this issue properly addressed! I never requested an additional discount for a promotion you had running. That's a lie. I did however expect the service I paid for to be done correctly. Which wasn't done from the start! Not only was the initial "mega volume" set rushed, many lashes were left unlashed (this is not what a full set is) the fans were not mega volume fans as evidenced by the pictures, but the retention in the first couple of days was awful! DO NOT SIT HERE AND LIE TO COVER YOUR ARTIST POOR WORK AND YOUR SALONS SUB PAR MANAGEMENT OF POOR SERVICE! Your artist should be turned into the board of cosmetology and you the BBB. Another lie "I was delivering a baby" yet the very next day you were in your salon moving furniture in while your artist was fixing the mess that Taylor did. Get your lies straight. read more

If this review was purely off of friendliness and timeliness, it would be a 5 star! Upon entering, the staff was extremely welcoming. My technician talked me through the lash lift and tinting process. She was very informative and personable. Time flew as we chatted, making the environment great!! However, my lift was extremely overdone. Once getting home and looking closer, I realized my lashes were full barrel curls! They almost looped around and fell under my eyelid which feels a little annoying. They appear shorter than they did prior to going in! They are also have an uneven curl/bends through the natural curve with lashes overlapping or looking clumpy. Extremely disappointed and not worth the money and outcome at all! I wish the technician noticed this and addressed it as well prior to me walking out. I was hoping with it being my first time they fall after the 24 hours or after a wash. I am a flight attendant and often need to get my beauty services done all over the country. I was so incredibly happy and impressed with Raw Beauty Lounge. They got me in super last minute. They reached out proactively when my technician was running about 5 minutes behind (I was about 7 minutes late also, hard time getting a ride share). The tech did an excellent job and worked beautifully doing a foreign fill, which can be difficult. Often places charge more of give you a really hard time about it. My experience at raw beauty lounge was HORRIBLE!! This so called 'voted most professional salon in arizona' is bull crap and could not be more untrue. Brie was my Artist, and lets just say I was not impressed by her work, nor her unprofessional attitude and demeanor. We start off the appointment addressing what styles, lengths, dimensions, mms, speaking lash lingo, the whole thing, since i've been lashing for 7 years. During the entire appointment, Brie was going on and on about her political views, hating straight white men and how they are making everyone poor? Thats just an example so i'm sure you can form an idea of what else was said. She was pretty condescending when I would rebuttal my thoughts on her views. Most likely saw this bs on tik tok since she clearly has no idea what she's talking about. I was flabbergasted. It's unprofessional to talk about those topics in a place of business while working on a client. Point blank period. Anyways, we finish and she hands me the mirror and my lashes looked like nothing that we had discussed. There was barley any lashes on my eyes and I was so confused since I was informed that Brie was a Master Lash Artist, I would be paying more for her services, and she has been doing lashes for 6 years.??? I began to think she might be a beginner with the work she puts out. Fast forward to my fill 2 1/2 weeks later. I address my issues about my lashes with her and bring headphones this time.... She literally had me laying down on the table for no more then 45 mins I stg. For a fill that needed A LOT of work? Yeah I don't think so. They looked so sparse and I even brought a picture this time. I sat up and told her what I was unhappy that I could see a good bit of my natural eyelashes that had no extensions on them. I asked her if its normal salon procedure to only fill 50% of my lashes and make it seem otherwise. Her entire demeanor changed and she was huffing and puffing that she had to re tape my eyes up and finish her job. 10 ish minutes later she was 'done' and they still looked the same. After reaching out to the salon and trying to get ahold of the Owner, I was informed that the owner doesn't speak with clients and was turned down multiple times when trying to contact her. My retention is absolutely horrific, the friendliness of the staff is at a 0/10 and the smell in the building is awful. Taylor the front desk guy might as well be a Karen. I called to let him know I would be late to the service, he said I would have to pay full price for the service and not just the fee. I got my eyelashes done here two weeks ago, and I now have about 10 clusters of lashes left on each eye. When I first left the salon, I had tiny clumps of glue stuck to my lower lashes that still have not come off. I also had to unstick my upper lashes from my lower lashes to open my eyes. As my eyelashes have been falling out over the past two weeks, I've noticed that almost every singular natural lash has two or three clusters attached to it. This has made it super painful for my eyes, because the glue attached to multiple clusters makes the end of the lash very rigid and uncomfortable against the lash line. I have been getting my lashes done for almost three years and I have never experienced this with any lash techs. It's super unfortunate because I really wanted to like this salon. The location is good and my lash tech was super sweet! They give you an option of getting a discount on your next fill if you leave a review, however, I will be going to another salon next time. read more

Original review: I was getting my eylashes done at the nail salon for a while and I wanted to try something different. I went to Raw Beauty because they had decent ratings. Shalyn did my fill twice and both times it was exactly 45 minutes each. She told me that my eylashes were in a very bad condition and she couldn't make them as long as I wanted them. I understand that part, but she didn't make them look full at all. She missed a lot of lashes and after I had a fill, it looked like I'm at the end of week 2 or week 3 when you need another fill. I came here as a newbie and I had not had lashes since the stay home order. After she was done, I knew they didn't look great, but I just wanted to have lashes. The lashes looked cheap, it was weird. I mean the quality of the hair was cheap for the full volume. I knew something was wrong when other women were commenting and suggesting I go some where else. YES!! 3 complete strangers were like, "They don't look bad, but they don't look good". Ehh. I Facetimed my best friend and she immediately was like, "I don't like your eyelashes, you went to a new place, huh?". Yikes.. I went to a new place and they said my lashes were damaged because they used too much glue. It took so long to take them off and were painful because one lash was glued to my skin. Ehh. Also, I did get a weird vibe (in terms of friendliness). I noticed it immediately, but I brushed it off because I really wanted my lashes done. No one did anything particularly weird, but the girls energy was off. Also, your lashes is done in a very small room with 2 other women and 2 other lashers (so, 6 people in a bathroom size room). I have had my lashes done by 5 different ladies with all types of techniques and lashes. Courtney is definitely by far my favorite lash artist. She is accommodating, professional, super sweet, honest and a lash goddess. With previous lash artists, I experienced burning, unevenness and too much glue residue on my lashes and I experienced NONE of that with Courtney. She took her time making sure each lash was perfectly placed and the end result was nothing short of perfection! I barely even feel these volume lashes on my eyes compared to traditional lashes that I've had before. And they have an amazing curl which makes them even prettier! The best lash retention around! I recently moved from Dallas and have never had better lash extensions! Must try for yourself!

Had a Hybrid full set done on Sunday, they were beautiful and I absolutely loved them. But then a fourth of the lashes fell out less than 24 hours later. I texted them the issue with photos, they were very quick in responding and rescheduled me for Monday afternoon to have it fixed at no charge, which was very kind. Monday afternoon, lash tech just added more to the lashes that were falling out, said she had to give me more volume to make up for the others because she didn't know which would fall out next rather than just giving me a whole new set. I needed a more natural look for work (which was why I chose the Hybrid), but these were very volumized lashes. Was not happy with the results but Wednesday was my birthday and Friday I start a new job so I accepted them. Turns out it didn't matter because it's Thursday night and almost all of the lashes (new and original) have fallen out. The good: comfortable studio, accommodating for last minute appointment, friendly girls Not happy with the experience or with how my lashes came out. Kristin was my artist. I asked for a more natural full set because I've never gotten volumes but I like length. I had a few lashes still on from another studio and I asked her to match the length. She ended up lashing me very sparsely with lashes very close to my natural length but wayyy curlier. They didn't lay very nicely and just looked like very tangled lashes with mascara. When she applied my lashes she was stabbing my under eye pretty hard while isolating my lashes because I could feel it through the gel pad. It left that eye puffy and irritated for 2 days and painful to blink. Ouch. The 3rd day after my service I tried untwisting them with my spoolie and I lost about 10 lashes from each eye. It wasn't natural shedding because it was just extension and not my natural lash and it wasn't my after care. I've been getting extensions for almost 2 years and never had that many fall at once. There was also an error with their computer when I paid so I was contacted by the owner the next day. It was supposed to be on special, but when she told me the total it was slightly higher than what I originally paid. Not a huge deal but highly inconvenient. Overall I'm disappointed. I initially liked coming here, Courtney was pleasant and quick. Well after the first two times I started getting rescheduled multiple times. It was never their fault it was always mine in some fashion. So they offered me 15% off my next Visit. I was rescheduled with a new girl and she did a terrible job. She initially said I waited too long in between fills, so she has to charge me for a full set. (If I wasn't rescheduled so much I wouldn't have needed a full set) Then she said she didn't have time for a full set and I'm going to have to come back for a "mini fill". So she charged for a full set and then a week later charged me for a "mini fill" with a different girl. I was going in EVERY WEEK for these mini fills that were charged the same as a fill! My husband contacted Courtney because after my last visit with her, they're we're clumps of fans stuck together and three fans fell off before I even got home! She was patronizing my husband and blaming me for everything. Stated she would issue a refund for my FILL! Here's my response two weeks after I never received a refund, which she stated was the payment apps fault not hers. Good morning Courtney, my apologies for not getting back to you earlier regarding the issues. I appreciate you reaching out. I feel like you were not understanding the entire situation. I had no idea that you don't log what length you do on your clients for future requests. The mega volume picture that I showed you was your work and I was charged for the same fill I always pay for. If that was something different, how was I to know. I had been rescheduled from your office three or four times, the one time it was an hour or two before my appointment, saying you were out of town. You offered a discount when I came in with a different lash artist, which I didn't receive. I had made mention to the other two girls that I had Prefered to be scheduled with you because of the excessive fall off I experienced with the first girl, my apologies I don't remember their names. My fall off were not my actual lashes from shedding, it was just the lashes falling off, I had multiple fans fall off as I got into my car leaving the studio. Your girls brushed it off and said it's shedding season. Now I can't always be in shedding season. I was pushed so far back because I kept getting rescheduled, that I had to pay for a full set again, and then she didn't have enough time to do a full set so I had to pay an ADDITIONAL 65 the following week for a mini fill. The clump of glue my husband was referring to was that I had three fans on the corner all stuck together. Patronizing him was not necessary since he has no idea what lash talk is. He just knew it looked wrong. I always try to be understanding of situations and I understand my schedule is difficult. With that being said I had NO idea you were staying late for me. I simply asked what your latest appointment was and that was the time given to me. While I appreciate the fact that you stayed late, I have never once asked for special treatment. I would appreciate a refund as you earlier stated, and I do wish you well in your business growth. After this conversation she only refunded me the $65.00. I ended up finding my old lash girl started her own studio and I went to her 6 days later. She ended up having to take ALL of my lashes off because raw beauty had damaged my lashes. Now a month out I'm finally back to having almost a full set of beautiful lashes. DO NOT GO HERE! They only care about money. read more

I got my lashes done with Courtney in October for my wedding. She did an amazing job. They looked beautiful and they stayed on for much longer than I even expected. She provided lash cleaner/shampoo and even a couple of lash combs for home maintenance. Since I loved the lashes so much, I've been maintaining the look by getting lash fills with Courtney since October.
