I have never been one to stick to a religious beauty regimen but I have been coming to Lash Out for a year and a half now, that alone speaks volumes. I drive from surprise because they are just so much better than any other lash place. I even have good friends that do lashes and I just can't leave this place. I went in and was set up with Taylor, which guys she took the time to get to know what I was looking for, I started with a classic set. the process was so comfortable they have you lay in a lazy boy versus those massage tables, even offer you a blanket, needless to say I snored a bit with their great tunes. Lol. The care for the lashes is something to get use to but after awhile you get use to it and I am glad I finally did it! This place saved my Wedding Day! I would Highly recommend them! The staff here is absolutely amazing. I had eye lash extension put on for my wedding at another place and they came out horrible. They were so long and bulky I looked like a Las Vegas show girl not a Bride to be. I called Lash Out Studios crying hoping they could help me out. The receptionist here sincerely cared what had happened to me and called a manager and got me in the very next morning. Which is amazing because my wedding is 3 days away and we were leaving to California for it that night. My lashes I got were so bad they had to be removed and Teresa had to start all over. I have been going here for three years! That alone says something. I have been to multiple lash artists and every single one does a phenomenal job. Trisa, Amy, and Tayler are amazing. They are always clean, friendly, and they have gone above and beyond for me personally when booking when there was a tight schedule and limited time for me to come in while scheduling a babysitter. The response time is immediate! I've taken breaks with my lashes, and they are never, ever damaged. They have the most comfortable recliners and atmosphere (not to mention great music) and I've fallen asleep many times! I loved coming in when I was pregnant so I had beautiful photo worthy lashes during labor and delivery. I made the mistake of going to Amazing Lash Studios before I found Lash Out, and they GLUED one of my eyes shut! Needless to say I never went back. And my 200th Yelp review goes to...................... Lash Out! After having extensions put on for a special occasion I waited for them to naturally fall off due to lash shedding. I waited. And waited. And waited. Finally, after having them on for a Month (!) I contacted Lash Out to schedule a removal. The front desk was very concerned about why I wanted them to be removed and was amazed when I told her how long they had been hanging on. I previously had gone to the Scottsdale location but the Ahwatukee one is closer to my home and is now my new favorite. Everyone there was so much fun, I want to come hang out with them on my day off! The receptionist was very friendly and couldn't believe how long they lasted. My lash tech, Sharon, brought me back to the application area and briefed me on what exactly she would do to remove the lashes. She applied a gel to dissolve the adhesive and we waited. She checked to make sure I was comfortable through it all and was very personable. Because I am a current client of Lash Out, the removal was free of charge and took around 30 min from arrival to departure. Everyone there was super friendly and fun. First of all, talk about a cuuuute place between the grey/white/Tiffany blue color scheme & adorable decor. The recliners are so comfortable & you even get a blanket in case you're cold or literally want to take a nap to the calm music! Amanda (one of the owners) worked on my first set & you could tell she knew everything there is to know about this service after being certified in lashes for almost 10 years. I had my appointment yesterday at lash studios in Ahwatukee for the very first time ever getting professional lash extensions, for the most part everything went great, the girl who did my lashes was nice and easy going, the only thing I could say that I didn't like was it def wasn't what I expected at the end and I noticed my left eye has way more lashes than the right eye, and I did let her know that before I left but she insisted that they (to her) looked even. The more I look at them in the mirror the more I notice the unevenness, besides that I like them, would I get them again? Not sure it's worth the money. I think the temporary lashes you could put on and take off the same day look better. read more

Everyone is trained the same so if you can't go into your lash lady you don't have to be scared to go to someone else. My name is Katie Welborn and I attended Lash Out Academy early this year. Amanda (the owner and teacher) is by far the best lash artist I have come across in all my studies. She not only has the academy but also an amazing product line. My favorite lashes as well as instantly drying glue that doesn't bother my eyes AT ALL. When I was late to my appointment a few weeks ago because my own lash client ran over I was forced to go see someone else.. Which ended up being 3 people . I promised Taylor I would give my review and notify the other artist of some of our standards... Needless to say, I will NEVER go anywhere but Lash Out Studios to get my lashes done EVER again. Just left lash out after an hour and a half appointment and I couldn't be more disappointed. The second I left and got in the car I noticed one side much fuller than the other, and my blonde natural lashes were the only lashes on the outter edges on both sides of my left eye, for more than 2mm. Noticing the huge gap, I immediately went back in to have them fixed minutes later. She put on a few more lashes, but in the wrong spots and they were STILL completely uneven. I had told the girl I had a flight to catch & work with several large artists and needed my lashes to look professional, and she said she had no more time to fix her sloppy work. After paying $100, I still will have to wear strip lashes to make my lashes look normal and even. Update 7/1/17 After my regular lash lady having to go out of town last minute, I decided to give this place a try again. I booked an hour long volume fill, and was quoted $90 by both the Scottsdale and Phoenix locations. I was contacted shortly after booking asking if I would like to be scheduled for a longer appointment due to the lack of fullness last time I was there. I arrived a little late due to finding out my aunt was diagnosed with cancer and was caught on the phone so I reached out to the staff and notified them that I would be late. After my appointment I noticed they still weren't as full as I was used to but would suffice until I got another fill in a week. When I got to the front desk, the receptionist told me it would now be $125, trying to explain that since I booked a 1.5 hr it was now $35 more, when it was them who had reached out to me to book a longer appointment and made it seem like it was an attempt to make things right after my last experience. The receptionist immediately became extremely rude and condescending and began to talk down to me. I called the number who had reached out to me before the appointment and while I was on the phone the receptionist was raising her voice telling me to get off the phone and that I was "causing a scene" by being on the phone while I was discussing my quote being wrong with the owner. The receptionist was one of the most unprofessional or friendly employees I have ever been addressed by and I would be embarrassed if any of my employees EVER acted in that manner. It's exceptionally inappropriate to treat any person in that manner, especially when you don't know what the customer is going through. It's safe to say I will not be returning to this place and neither will any of my friends or family. read more

I love my lashes! My lashes had been hurting from a bad aesthetician and I found Lash Out and I decided to try them out and I am so happy that I did. I saw Alli 2 weeks ago and she removed as many of the bad/hurting lashes as she could and then redid the extensions. They looked good and felt great! My daughter has been getting her lashes done in Los Angeles for a few years now. She has been trying to get me interested in trying it, but I live in Atlanta and haven't found a studio near enough to me that I feel comfortable making a commitment to the process. We have a second home in the area and because she had a few days off, we booked two appointments at Lash Out so that she could start over after having some issues with her last L.A. extensions, and I could try it for the first time. The studio is in a medical office complex, and it is attractively decorated, and even the music on the sound system was really nice and soothing. The receptionist made us feel very comfortable right away. She was professional and interested in making our experience pleasant. We had gone out to lunch earlier, so I needed to remove my eye makeup, and the powder room had everything I needed. My daughter got started before me, because she was having her old lashes removed. I started fairly quickly afterwards and Teresa (sp?) made me feel at ease, so she noticed that I was nervous. She asked if i wanted volume or length, and i said definitely volume, and she went right to work. The chairs are huge and overstuffed and lay back so far that I was almost laying flat. I relaxed gradually as she explained the whole process as we went along. We shared some small talk and then I went into an almost sleep zone. The time flew by and when I woke up, I had eyelashes again! I would return often if I lived here, but since we only visit every other month or so, I will have to find a place this nice near where I live. That will be hard to do. Not going to lie....I've had my lashes done before at other places and while they always turned out nice, I just HATED the experience. Cramps from laying in one position for 2+ hours and getting the tape too close to my eye was killer! Word has been getting out about this company and I knew I had to try. Wow! Texted the number on Thursday morning ( I knew they would be booked) and asked my an appointment. Got a prompt response back(awesome!) to let me know they had openings the following week. Cool , no worries. Thought I'd take a gamble and let them know I'd take a cancellation if they got one. 1:30pm on the same Thursday, I got a text that they had a 2:30 cancel...did I want it? HECK YES! Showed up and everyone was incredibly nice. That was refreshing. Then I met my lash gal....not only was she extremely knowledgable but she asked me questions about what I did, how I like my lashes and the look I wanted! What? I just had more conversation in 5 minutes then I did with my previous place in 6 months of going there! 2 hours flew by....I was in a VERY comfortable lounge chair and my lashes are seriously PERFECT. I have been going to Lash Out now for 4 months and have had the pleasure of working with many of their technicians. The owners take great care in training their staff and it shows in the quality of their work. What makes Lash Out different than other lash places is that they take the time to explain in detail how to care for your lashes and keep them long term. I had been to 3 other places before this and not one suggested I (1) use a lash serum to keep my lashes thick enough to hold the fake lashes or (2) use a lash sealant to extend the life of the glue.
