I've been getting my lashes done for the past two years at the same place (they're AMAZING) but moved out of the area so I wanted to find something closer to my new home. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately, I will not be coming back for a few reasons: 1) I'm not sure if I got a newer girl but while she was nice, her work wasn't great. She had issues with lash separation and I ended up with several areas where individual lashes that weren't next to each other were glued together, creating a pulling effect which really hurt. She also made the lashes across my eye, all the same size even though I told her I liked shorter lashes on the inside that gradually lengthened as they got to the outside corner of my eye. I had short, stubby lashes all across which was not flattering at all to my eye shape 2) I didn't care of the quality of the lash. It felt very coarse. It could've been the top coat the girl used--maybe she used too much? But yeah, it did not feel good on my eye. 3) The girl up front was really rude. I don't remember her name but she wore a scarf in her hair and it was pulled back in a high bun. When I went up to pay, she mumbled something as she was looking down while she working on something. It was really hard to understand/hear her. I was also recovering from a pretty bad ear infection that had impaired my hearing so I had to ask her to repeat herself---nicely of course! She must've been frustrated because she yelled "ISAIDILLBERIGHTWITHYOU!!!" It was so loud that the other customer sitting down in the room looked up and even her coworkers looked a little stunned. I was pretty taken aback at how rude she sounded. I get that she had to talk louder but her tone was completely unnecessary. Two stars for cleanliness of the place and for the technician who was friendly enough. I will continue to drive an hour to get my lashes done at my old place since I appreciate them even more after this experience I had. If anyone is looking for a good lash place: My Skincare Addiction in Chino Hills and Rancho Cucamonga is phenom. The girls are super sweet and I always get compliments on my lashes. read more

I've been using Amazing Lash for about a year. My membership renews in October and I'm still so happy with my lashes. I've tried a couple of different lash artists there and my lashes always look great. I also love their products: the eyeliner, eye cleansing pads, and lash enhancer serum are a must! I have more natural lashes now than I've ever had before. Even my bottom lashes are super long and thick thanks to the lash enhancer. Wether you like a more natural look or Kim Kardashian style lashes, this is your place! Today I got a full set of lashes. Maggie is my usual stylist and she is beyond fabulous! Her application is gentle and she always makes my lashes look great. She is also super sweet and we always have a great little chat. Unfortunately, she wasn't available, so my stylist today was Chelsea. Chelsea was super sweet! Very gentle in her application and my lashes look...well, amazing! Now I have two stylists I can use! You can't go wrong with Maggie or Chelsea! read more

***I'm Yelping for my sister!*** I was treating my sister for her birthday and came to this location after hearing about them from a friend. She loves her lashes and is HOOKED! I feel so bad starting her on this because I'm not paying for her refills hahaha. Sumer and Mercedes were super nice at explaining everything to us, kept me company while I waited, and even called us after to make sure she was taking care of them. Ayumi is really sweet and worked on her lashes. My sister be coming back to her for sure! read more

This is a great place to go for lashes! I had Anna and she provided a great consult on the different types of lashes they offer bc I wasn't sure which style I wanted. I ended up going for the "cute" style bc I have lots of lashes I just wanted to accentuate them a bit. It's a very clean and comfortable place. They play relaxing music and you lay on a comfy massage table under a crazy soft blanket. The time passes quickly, although I'll admit the procedure felt a bit weird seeing as though it was my first time! I would definitely go back here again! read more

Really disappointed with not only customer service from my lash artist but also the owner of this location. I will say the receptionist is very friendly. However my stylist Brianna had a rude demeanor and left my lashes even worse off. When we started I mentioned that some primer was burning my eye and she barely reacted. When I was finished, my lashes were barely filled in less than 45 minutes. I understand my appoint may have been the last of the day but that doesn't mean my lashes should be rushed. I looked in the mirror they were lightly filled and uneven. I noted that it was uneven to her and her only response was I did what your lash artist usually does....I proceed to check out and let the owner know I was not happy with my fill and her response was just to inform me of my next appointment and wave the master fee. I would have rather my lashes been corrected while I was there then to have a fee waved. I've seen the owner respond to other customers with no remorse to correct the quality of their service. Love my regular artist but am always left with unsatisfactory work from others. Not sure if it's worth continuing my membership if this is the service they provide to a customer of 5+ years. read more

I really loved how my lashes came out! I got the sexy lash with 12's for length. I also had Liz do my lashes. I paid $80 for my first time as my full set. I really love how Liz did my lashes, she has great skills! But I have to say I don't think her customer service and the other staff wasn't that great. I didn't think they were that friendly. And for it being my first time I kinda expected more from them. I wasnt handed a card or told about the referral rewards, or asked to check in on yelp to get $2. Idk, i really loved my lashes but didn't really feel welcomed. read more

Update: while the service was great while it lasted, cancelling this membership has been an absolute nightmare. I've spoken to representatives, left multiple voicemails, and sent several emails (since April and it is now mid August) and I'm still fighting to get it cancelled. I had to dispute charges with my bank because my account (which a representative directly told me she would cancel) was still getting charged. Honestly, go find a private lash technician because your time and money is worth more than this nightmare. read more

Rating 5 stars mainly because Alexis at the front desk has been so helpful and kind. She's made my experience here really great and I'm glad the receptionist can handle all my questions, scheduling needs and preferences when it comes to booking a certain lash artist. Thank you Alexis! read more

Kelly is truly amazing!!! I always have my go to lash salon across my house but for a full set I get $150 (after sometime I think she gave me a discount $120-$130; refills are $50-90) so when I saw that for their full lash its only $89 i jumped into it plus their membership for $70/month is not bad for one refill! anyhow,i made a mistake of taking advantage of a complimentary eyelash extension (after a burn from my wax!!) from YUVA and i should have known they are using Ardell! (STAY AWAY FROM YUVA AT ALL COST--- another review!!!) the next day,my eyes are burning and the lashes are way heavy and the gluw was just bad. I ended up ripping some of it due to severe annoyance ending up in losing a couple of my lashes! Went there for a patch test which is a good service to determine if ur allergic. After my patch day last Monday,I made an appt today and Kelly was indeed amazing! I asked for the Gorgeous style and at first she said it might be hard since I lost a bunch of my real lashes but she did it! and only an hour and a half well starts exactly at 4PM and was done by 5:17pm...I will DEFINITELY GO BACK and Love Kelly!!! also they don't really push u to buy the add-ons! read more

THEIR MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM IS A HUGE SCAM! I use to love Amazing Lash Studio. Until about 6 months ago their lashes just wouldn't stay. They told me they had switched their glue and unfortunately for me it didn't work out. No problem, I will just find another location so I called to cancel my membership. I called at the end of August to cancel my membership and they said that they would cancel it and send me over some paperwork but it would take 30 days to process so I would still be charged for September. As this is their company policy I understood. After a few weeks of NOT receiving their paperwork, I called and asked what was happening. They said I wasn't showing up on their database and it looked like my membership had already been cancelled. I thought it was over, waited for September to be billed and it was. Great. Until today I find out that I got charged again for October! I called and they tell me that my membership was never cancelled and they will send me the paperwork but I will be charged again in November. Wth??!?!? Are you serious?!?!? 4 charges because your team screwed up not once but three times! Btw I called them over an hour ago and I still haven't received the cancellation paperwork! read more

I'm a huge fan of Amazing Lash Studio. Especially the RSM location, but crossroads I avoid at all costs. The customer service is absolutely terrible, they will not answer their phones to top it all off. I get nothing but passive aggressive emails back to my questions about my membership. It's actually really wild how petty they can be. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. I had an appointment at this location in the afternoon on 8/24. 15 minutes before my appointment, I called to clarify where in the center they are located. I notified them that I got lost and would be 5 minutes late, and the front desk said it would be fine. After arriving 6 minutes late, I filled out my paperwork and checked the box for a spot allergy test before the procedure began. When I went into the room, tech Maria was already annoyed that I had leftover makeup around my eye. She gave extreme attitude while she waited for me to remove it, even though noone told me to come without any makeup on my face. As it was my first time getting extensions, I asked her questions about what to expect, lash styles, etc. I was told at the front desk that styles could be combined for a custom look, but she cut me off after every question I asked, and seemed annoyed that I was there. She repeated over 5 times that I was late, and that she would have to rush through it, even though I saw on her schedule that I was her last appointment. I apologized but once again, I arrived 6 minutes after my appointment and notified them. She made me feel really uncomfortable and she snapped at me multiple times, even after I complimented her lash length and asked what length she got. I don't understand how it could be okay for techs to be this rude during a procedure done on people's EYES. As for the actual procedure, she DID NOT do the allergy test that I signed for, and my eye was burning for the entire time. I told her and she said to stop moving my eye. Despite her rude behavior and attitude, I was polite and tipped generously. However, after going home, I followed all care instructions, but THE NEXT DAY, lashes were coming out. (In clumps, which is not supposed to happen with the 1-1 method). Even worse, I developed a major burning rash under my eye immediately following the procedure, and my eyes were burning and red. Both of these lasted over two weeks, and the rash is now a bump scar on my face. I even had to go to the emergency room because of my allergic reaction. Luckily, I went to another lash studio for a fill and my lashes lasted 3 weeks with no irritation. I regret bringing my friend here with me as well (she had a different tech, but still hated her results because she did not follow the look my friend requested, and her lashes did not even last a week.) She apparently didn't even ask what thickness or length she wanted. The studio that my friend went to after said that Amazing Lash Studio is notorious for using undertrained techs and subpar lashes that are not up to standard. I have heard this from multiple studios now. I'm very disappointed in my experience and hope to warn anyone else before coming here, as I now have a scar on my face. read more

I liked this place but unfortunately was not as satisfied with them as I am with my lady back at school. I would come back here and possibly request getting a partial fill or every other lash since they came off a little heavy (I got the natural set) -- I like my lashes on the very light side - close to natural with a little bit of *~oomph~* and these were just too heavy! I had a last minute cancellation due to another girl calling in, and Jessie is training there. Jessie was very good! She talked me through all the steps without rushing, and made me feel comfortable. She also did a great job on my lashes! They look natural, yet you can definitely tell there is volume and lengthening. She also asks if you're doing okay throughout, which ensures that she really cares about her clients. I definitely recommend her! I will come back just to see her! read more

I went in to get my lashes done the day before I had to leave on vacation. My lash stylist, I think her name was lizzie, she was so gentle and did a marvelous job. She made sure I was happy with the end result, which I was after she gladly made an adjustment. It was my first time getting my lashes done and the whole thing was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep a couple of times. Only one time did one eye sting and lizzie was quick to give me a fan so the stinging would go away. After she had finished she gave me care instructions about not getting them wet for 2 days, and cleaning then and brushing them each day after that. The next day I had to catch my flight for my vacation and my lashes held up well. I avoided getting them wet the first couple of days. I did notice that one of my eyelids swelled up a little bit overnight after the second day, but nothing too noticeable. For the next two weeks, I did my best to care for them while on vacation. (not always cleaning them that well). I did notice a few lashes fall out here and there but nothing too drastic. After 2 weeks of putting my lashes through a lot, I can honestly say I was still satisfied with how well they were holding up. Now, 2 and half weeks later, I'm starting to see more fall out. I'm debating whether or not to go back in for a refill, but sadly, I didn't sign up for the membership. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience, and in the future I will definitely return to get my lashes done here! read more

The longer I'm a member of this location the lower the stars service I'm receiving. This is probably the 5th time my appointment has been not correctly scheduled due to a mix up of 'customer profiles'. Everytime I voice out my concerns of having bad service from mixing up my appointments, answering the phone and then hanging up on me (which happened this morning and on several past occasions or answering the phone and immediadlty putting me on hold), to low customer service at reception to only be provided with clarification on what could have happened wrong than providing better service to me. At this point I'm looking for other options of where to get my lashes done. read more

I have been getting my lashes done by Lynn for over 5 years and counting! She is so nice and funny. We talk for a little bit and then she lets me sleep. I love the lashes (and the naps). My own lashes are thin and sparse so without these, I look like I don't have any lashes. It was bad during the shutdown. The staff at the front are also so friendly, they make coming in fun. That they have to shut down again is ridiculous since they were doing everything right; contact tracing, temperatures, masks, gloves, etc. I could say more about this but won't at this time read more

I highly recommend Amazing Lash Studio at the Barranca location in Irvine. I have been coming here for 1.5 years and have always had a great experience. Breanna is very talented and listens to what you want and always does a great job. In the beginning, I wasn't sure what style would be best for me, since I had never had eyelash extensions or glued on false lashes in my life. Over time, we added customizations and a hybrid technique at times, to get me the look that I love. I love not having to wear eye makeup with them and the lashes really last. I also want to recognize Summer, who has always done an amazing job at managing the studio and making all of the clients feel comfortable. She is also very knowledgeable about the techniques and products. I was nervous returning back after they reopened with the pandemic. However, they ask a few questions to make sure you are not sick or have been exposed to someone who is sick. They also require masks for everyone and have new cleaning protocols. I felt totally safe at today's appointment. I highly recommend coming here for beautiful lashes and a relaxing, no hassle experience! read more

Had a membership here for half a year and thankfully was able to cancel it and find a much better alternative. The main issue here is the front desk staff. The front desk staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. *Gracie in particular needs to be fired every encounter I had with her was awful. She is extremely obnoxious and aggressive in the way she approaches customers and employees. I don't understand why anyone would put her at the front desk of their establishment. I've also noticed other customers have had the same bad experience with her in particular. At any establishment the front desk workers are essentially the face of the company. Customers expect to be greeted with friendly service that is attentive and sympathetic to their questions or concerns. However, the front desk people here are extremely rude, arrogant, and if you have any issues they make it seem like it's your fault. There's also something not right about this place. On multiple occasions I asked the girls that did my lashes if they received my tips, but they hadn't. I'm pretty sure the lash workers are treated poorly and are cheated out of their own tips. Bottom line: Do NOT go here. ************* Reply to Toby's comment denying that I was a customer here: I received a phone call from your management regarding the poor services I received at THIS amazing lash studio. The manager that called me actually reviewed the customer data bases and acknowledged my long time membership at THIS location. Also I've had 5 check ins here's so yes this is the right location. Yesterday I was offered a compensation to make up for my negative experiences at this branch and while I was debating on coming back after seeing your comment trying to LIE and deny that I was ever a customer here. I will NOT be coming back. There is clearly something shady going on in your business that you would go so far as to try to publicly denounce my review by claiming I was never a customer here when I have proof that I was. Next time you want to try to lie about a customer you should probably check if other management has already reached out acknowledging my membership here. Customers: The customer service here is terrible and this business is extremely unprofessional and dishonest read more

I can't comprehend how frustrated I am with this location and the people who work here. I have been going here for quite some time and never have I ever received a service that was consistent. I have a membership and so I pay almost $200 a month for a full that I typically get every 2 weeks. On top of this they charge a 20$ fee if you want to get someone who is at least a little competent at doing lashes. Then depending on which style or lash you want it's another 20-30$ then a tip. I get volume in the sexy style so if I have a credit I already paid for to have the membership I'm expecting to pay 45$ every two weeks not including the 200$ plus and tip I pay twice a month. Today I went in and got a full severity which used up two credits. On top of that I paid 45$ and a tip. I left the office being pretty upset because one lash looks darker than the other, not only that the lashes were shorter and a lot lighter (meaning not full at all) that I'm used to. One eye had lashes that stopped mid eye so you could tell I needed a lot more on that eye. I called the manager named Hannah who was extremely rude and condescending. She said that there's no way I could get my credits back or at least one credit or even the additions 45$ I paid for that service in whole. Apparently she speaks for the owner who is currently on a. 2 week vacation who says the same thing. So basically they gave me the run around and won't give me my credits or money back. I no longer will ever come back to this location. Tell me how a Managment or an owner doesn't care that a customer had a bad service and or wasn't happy with the service they received. I am not the only one who has issues here. It seems as though every time I come in I here a client/ customer complaining about how expensive it is and how shorty of a service they received and how inconsistent their lashes look every single time. I also want to point out that if your a client/customer your needs cone after the incompetent girls that work at the front desk because apparently if they need to come in and get their lashes done right before a busy holiday they will take priority over you as they will cancel your appointment and take up the only available appointments. The girls at the front desk will also talk Shit on clients in front of other clients. Additionally, this location uses a glue that doesn't last the full two weeks or even more than one week. Other locations use a different and better glue that lasts much longer so you don't have to come in every week in a half. Other locations will tell you this about the Irvine location. Worst customer service!!!!!! Not consistent lashes Glue that doesn't last Unprofessional and rude read more

Any beauty service business thrives on good customer service and client rapport. This is where the Crossroads Amazing Lash Studio fails. Up until 3 months ago, I was able to ignore the front desk's rude and standoff attitude, their incompetence, and their inability to keep a schedule (switching your stylist without telling you, or changing the time last minute - multiple times), because the lash stylists did such a good job. But then their lash styling started sucking too! Why am I paying $59.99/month + tip for terrible service and low quality work? I moved to the Tustin Marketplace location, and wanted to cancel my membership at Crossroads so I could make the Marketplace my home location. Vanessa, who answered my call, presented me with a full serving of bad attitude and gave me such a headache. Apparently, if you want to cancel your membership here, you have to wait 48 hours for the owners to call you and confirm your cancellation (???). Makes no sense AND the owners never called me. In the end, I was unable to change my home office due to their policy. But I'm still able to go to the Marketplace, even though I'm technically a member at Crossroads. Stay away from this location at all costs - go to the Tustin Marketplace. It's right down the street. No refund or apology could take away the bad taste in my mouth that this location has given me. Now I'm going to go write my 5-star review for the Tustin Marketplace location. read more
