Just wanted to say how thankful I am today for Summer and Thalia!! I had a major lash emergency and had to get my lashes taken off ASAP. I made the mistake of going to some random place thinking they knew what they were doing and the salon failed to inform me of lash aftercare!!! I went back to get a fill and the salon put more lashes on top of build up, covering it up with extra glue that turned into a major allergic reaction and infection. Lucky to have found these talented ladies. I've been going to another location for about a year before I decided to switch and I've never been happier before. I love the work that this place does, no complaints in that area so far, but had major back and forth issues with an Unauthorized charge on my card. Huge inconvenience. Was going back forth with them, until finally I was able to get it resolved after following up multiple times with this Studio. Was told I would get a Reciept to confirm what was charged on my card as for my credit I had, it would be used towards the service I received, I never got the receipt. Then looked at my bank statement and saw I was charged. One thing I do advise is keep track of your credits and charges. read more

If it's not a master stylist, from my experience, it may take almost 2 hours for a full set. $69.99 only covers a re fill. I noticed they used a lot of fans in the lashes not individual lashes so they're bushy. Fans meaning 3 in 1. They look good and full initially but fans leave gaps if one or two fall out. Could also be the reason for wanting a fill sooner and the fill is heavy on top of fans. I asked specifically for individual lashes and still got fans. Lynn is my lash queen & the one you need to see for your virgin lashes. I like to consider myself low maintenance but I like to keep myself still looking good. Im not a fan of lots of makeup daily or @ all simply BC I don't know how to apply it. But lash extensions is what you need to give you that pop. Getting lashy's is easy, go in for 45 min or 30 min for fill. Touch up's every 2 weeks recommended. Lynn listens to your needs, wants, and is very detailed. She keeps them full & does lash extensions perfectly. She's gentle and delicate as well. The studio here is the best and clean as well. All the ladies at front desk at the best their so nice and accommodating. They will make it possible to get in. Gracie u rock. Getting a membership is a must if you do plan on coming often. I come at least 3x a month, it can get costly but a membership will save u. There are 4 different looks: natural, glamorous, sexy, cute. I get glamorous. But Lynn goes according to my eye shape. I've been coming here for over 2 years already & couldn't see myself without lashy's. I actually left a salon for this place and I couldn't be more happier by doing that. My fiance had an appt scheduled at 9 am on Th (10/20/22) with this studio for eye lash treatments to prepare for our wedding on Sat (10/22/22). On the morning of 10/20, as the babysitter was arriving to watch our 1 yr old for the appt, the salon texted my fiance canceling her appt. I'll admit, the first time I had my lashes done, I was not happy! I was so disappointed that they had to assign me another lady to redo/enhance my lashes. Because there was no extra fees in becoming a member, and I could cancel at any time without a penalty, I decided to give it another chance and join their monthly membership ($69.99). The first time is $89.99. I am happy to say that whenever I had returned to have my lashes done, my experience has gotten better and better. My lashes are fuller, and longer. I walk out satisfied and happy each time! Needless to say, one of the times I finished a session with my eyes stinging, but it went away rather quickly. Another time some of my lashes started to fall off within the week and because it's pass a week, the cost for a mini refill is $39.99 and I might as well wait for the full service! I have mixed emotions about that. My suggestion would be that (some) of the technicians be more careful in applying the glue to prevent the stinging, and there should be a smaller cost to for a fill in esp if services were done within the date of service. Overall, I keep coming back because most the girls there seem to do a good job, and my lashes do turn out beautiful:). read more

My first experience at ALS was back in Oct 2016. I called to book an appointment and was able to be accommodated for a full set that same day which was a definite plus. My immediate impression after walking into the studio was definitely pleasant. The studio looked clean, pretty, and totally chic (a crystal chandelier and flowers in the lobby). My lash stylist this day was Chelsea. She played some music and talked me through the style and length that would be best for me. I agreed because I'm no expert by any means when it comes to lash extensions. The process was painless and I was satisfied with my lashes when I left. My issue however, came a few days later. Several lashes began to fall out no matter how hard I tried to maintain them. I ended up having to call and make another appointment for a mini refill which I wasn't so thrilled about being that it was only a few days later. After this, it deterred me a little from coming back. Fast forward to January (by now of course all the lash extensions were gone), and I decided to give the studio another try because I did love the look of the lashes when they weren't falling out every day. This time I had lash stylist Amy and I was so happy with her work. My lashes were long, full, and looked good even after 3 weeks. Amy is sweet and always tries to make sure you're comfortable and happy with your lashes. After my session with Amy I decided to sign up for the membership which costs me $59.99 every month for a refill, plus other discounted prices on other lash add-ons. I went in to the studio today and had my refill done with Amy, and of course they look amazing as usual. Would highly recommend her. By far the worst lash job I have ever received. Not only were my own natural lashes ripped out during my appointment, the lashes I requested were not used, nor was the right length. FYI they use premade lash fans here, if you know anything about lashes you know those are the worst kind. I was told it would be $89.99 on arrival and then was told it was $160 upon leaving. Even after expressing my unhappiness they only lowered it to $130. I already have an appointment to get these lashes removed and will be calling my bank to refund the entire amount. First things first, if you sign up for the membership make sure you keep tabs on all of your visits & make sure you understand their policy. They charge monthly, and each visit they will apply the credit to your service. I'm not a newbie when it comes to lash extensions. So when my other girl got flaky I had to find something else since I needed to get them done for Vegas. Kept seeing this place get awesome reviews; so why not give it a shot. It's close to home and prices seemed fair. I liked the fact that the shop seemed very chic, clean, and that everyone gets a private room. At my first visit I was very pleased with the whole experience. My lashes came out bomb! The room was clean, with relaxing music in the background. They offer you water and a blanket if you get cold. My go-to is Lynn. She's got skills for days. She manages to get lash placement on every.single.lash!!!! She's amazing. My lashes never looked fuller and fluffier ;-) Gotta give a shout out to Sabrina at the front desk. She's got it down & I was very happy with how she explained the services and the membership to me. They have a variety of lengths and also have mink. Minks are lighter and are for a more natural look. The mink works well for people who have thin lashes such as muah... But you can select from three different types: Sexy, Cute, or Gorgeous. I usually ask for a combo of the Sexy & Gorgeous ;) Your tech will consult and help you decide if you're a first timer. I made an appointment online and when I arrived not a pleasant experience with the two very young inexperienced receptionists. First they said you are not a member then they found me in the system and verified my credit card is on the file. They said my online appointment is not completed since I didn't enter my credit card information again online. What is the reason to be a member?!? They said there is no appointment available for today and both rude specially the girl. They need to be trained how to deal with customers and how to deal with situations different than normal! I had a great experience from the staff that checked me in to the woman that applied the lashes. She was great! It took a long time but we chatted the whole time. Super friendly and outgoing. I've had a membership here for close to 4 years. Finally cancelled it. Just wanted to share some of my experiences with this location and I hope it helps other people make a decision on where to spend their time and money...spoiler alert you're definitely overpaying. 1)I've had a stylist yank out my real lashes during a removal session 2) once waited over an hour in the lobby for a scheduled appointment because the front desk messed up scheduling 3) 1 eye infection 4) had stylists mess up my lashes then front desk tried charging me for the repair work(multiple occasions) 5) they cram in as many clients as possible and books them back to back.. meaning if you come of out session and something is wrong...expect to have to just deal with screwed up lashes for however long it takes book you at a later date. Imagine getting your hair cut and your stylist totally sh*ts the bed during your cut and gives you crooked bangs( which happens! People have off days) butttttt then you just have to go about your week/holidays/birthdays/meetings with jacked bangs...because she can't squeeze you in again till next week. If you're carving out time in your day to drive to the salon, pay for the lengthy service, only to have to come back and take time to repair that same set... it's get a little frustrating 3)during covid I continued to get charged even though they shut down( first covid red flag) .. THEN when I inquired about my credits later in the year and they tried to play it like I wasn't accumulating credits during shut down.. it wasnt till i had literally pull up and comb through my bank statements for Q1 through Q2 that things got straightened out. Expect to actively have to book keep their book keeping or you're probably getting jipped out of credits.. 4) with the sporadic shut downs they didn't update anything about hours or shutdowns. Twice..the website would let me schedule an appointment.. I'd even get the day of text of "please confirm your appointment" only to drive up to a closed salon. 5) the front desk and management can be a touch on the condescending side at times .. which for service industry is a bit cringeworthy If you've made it this far on this review you're probably wondering. WHY DID YOU STAY FOR SO FREAKIN LONG?!?! Two reason, 1) a small handful of their stylist were good ppl/solid technicians 2) it was cheap. Your membership costs stays the same from when you signed up. I was only paying 49.99 as of Oct 2020. But after everything.. even at that low price.. its just not worth the trouble. SOO, with membership fees going up (some of you are paying upwards of 80 bucks a month) to get a membership to a place that pulls stunts like this.. y'all are seriously getting DUPED. I would highly suggest checking out the smaller less commercial spots. Maybe consider supporting the girl (or guy!) who's trying to have a side hustle or is starting their own business. Maybe it'll cost a little more or maybe not.. but it sure as hell is better then spending your money here. read more

No one asked me what type of lashes I wanted when booking the appointment (synthetic or mink...) I said I wanted natural. Decided to try the introductory special which was 79.99 for a full set. The front desk was nice and friendly enough and the individual rooms were clean and equipped with soft blankets and pillows which made the process very comfortable. However the techs don't seem very experienced with Asian eyes at all. My lash lady was called Lorena and during the process she accidentally poked me once on the cheek. Accidents happen but that would have been really bad if it was my eye! I asked for a natural look that fit my eye shape but the end result was meh. There was barely any difference at all. I counted less than 20-25 lashes applied per eye on each side (regular full sets are usually around 75-100 lashes, for reference). Additionally she didn't even bother treating my natural lashes which are shorter and point straight down so it just looked messy - you could clearly see the applied lashes which were thicker and curled, just mishmashed among my natural lashes which pointed straight down, it looked like a bird's nest. Previously at my last lash extension they actually curled or permed my natural lashes to match the curve of the applied lashes. In the end when she was finished she just kinda went done you can get up, off you go. Didn't bother to give me a mirror to look at the results or anything. I cannot fathom that people are willing to pay $250 for a full set here. I've had mine done for half the price to much better results. Not worth the money at all in my experience. I do not plan on returning again. Going to have to seek out a different lash service in Irvine :( read more

This review is long overdue :) At first, I was really skeptical about getting eyelash extensions - like everyone else I've heard that it hurts, they don't last long, they damage your natural eyelashes, and that it's pricey. So of course I was immediately turned off to the idea. Then one day when I was making a quick purchase at the plaza on the corner of Jeffery and Culver I came across this gem. With their promotional first eyelash set being so affordable and their free consultation, I thought, what the heck... lets just try it and if I absolutely hate it I can say it wasn't for me, say I've tried it and move on. Needless to say, that was almost 7 months ago :) and since that day I have been a loyal customer and member! Amazing Lash Studios put all my fears to rest. They are so welcoming, they listen to exactly what it is that YOU want, and let you know the necessary routes to achieve that. Warning to anyone who uses the CrossRoads amazing lash studio and ends up not being happy with the service, they will not try to make you happy. I have been a member with them often on for a few years. Sadly, my daughter went for service was unhappy and instead of making it right, they offered a small discount on doing another service. their reasoning was the stylist used her product and her time, and there was not much they could offer to her. My daughter went down in person to speak with them and this is what they told her. I called them to ask to speak to a manager and was told the manager was not available but that one would call me back -- no one ever called me. When I had to call back two days later, I got the same response. I stated what about my daughters time and money she spent? And all I got was I'm sorry I've been asked to cancel my membership which I was told I would need to fill out a form via email and that would come to me within one day. It has now been four days and I still have not received an email. The lack of professionalism is so disappointing. Needless to say, I will be looking for another lash place as they are not the only one in orange county. Customers beware. read more

I usually never leave bad reviews, but at first the girls here seemed great. After my second appointment, which I paid more for their "master stylist" I remember it felt super uncomfortable and I noticed there was glue in some areas. I told her about it and she said I can wash it off later. Throughout the week my eyelashes were falling out in chunks and the glue I mentioned was still there. I went back to let them know and they added more eyelashes, but when I took a look there was glue everywhere- once again! I ended up going somewhere and they were utterly shocked by how bad my eyelashes were done. At this salon, they took off my eyelashes (for free) and I had to pay for a whole new full set of eyelashes, but they look great, aren't falling out in chunks and no sign of glue! I know amazing lash studio is affordable, but it's better to pay a little more where it's done well! So I would suggest going somewhere else! read more

I had a membership with Amazing Lash during the beginning of last year. I had put my account on hold and then had a some issues with my account so I ended up cancelling. I still had some credits left over so I decided to finally use them 2 weeks ago. I was a bit worried because I usually would go to Gigi, but she is no longer there. This time Amy did my eyelashes and I was very pleased :) I am a fan of thick lashes with a lot of volume and I have to say this was one of the best my lashes came out. I'm not one who usually wears makeup or lashes, but I've done it twice before for vacation. I decided to try this place because it was close to my house, and there was a Groupon special. I was really happy with my full set of lashes installed by Anna, and they looked good. I also went ahead and signed up for a membership just in case I wanted to keep this up past my vacation. A couple of days after my initial install, I noticed that one eye looked fuller than the other, so I called and they were able to fit me in to have a few more lashes added at no charge. Well, I never went back for a fill (because I travel almost every week for work and don't always have time to set appointments), but I made two payments on my membership - one was two weeks after my initial appointment and the other was a month after that. So...six weeks after my initial install - and after I only had about six total lash extensions left, I called to cancel my membership. I was told that I had pretty much already paid for a full set so I could come in and get that done and have the old lashes removed, so I did. Best decision I could have made!! Ariel did an AMAZING job on my full set of lashes, and apparently, I have layers of eyelashes that grow in different directions, but she took the time (about two hours) to get them perfect, and I LOVE them!! As long as she's available for future appointments, I'll continue my membership and will be a loyal customer. She's the best!! read more
