    Cynthia was aware it was my first time so she explained things very well to me and did an aging job. I got a lash lift and tint. I'm all about simple subtle looks and this service hit it on the money for me.

    The left is what I asked for but instead I ended up with clown lashes.

    First time getting my lashes and it will be the last time. My lash tech didn't even remotely give me what I asked for. I asked for minimal/wispy/natural lashes but I came out looking like a clown. I've been rubbing my eyes just trying to get rid of them. Never again!

    had one of the worst experiences here. i got a lash lift and within 24 hours my eyes were red, itchy, swollen, and burning. i ended up in urgent care, diagnosed with an eye infection, and was prescribed antibiotics and steroids to calm it down. when i reached out to the salon a guy named Jonathon answered the phone and I went ahead and sent photos and told them what happened, i was completely dismissed. no apology, no concern, not even a fake "hope you feel better." the lack of professionalism and basic human decency was honestly shocking. things happen but how a business handles them speaks volumes. Jonathon claimed his manager or whoever would reach out to me but it's been 2 days and no one did. this place made it clear they don't care about their clients once they've taken your money. wouldn't recommend to anyone who values their health, safety, or being treated with respect.

    I came here on 6/24 for an appointment for classic natural. They were very friendly and the technician was gentle and worked quick. I left loving my lashes. The next morning I noticed that quite a few lashes were loose when I woke up (I was following the "do not wet for 24hours" rule given by the tech) I thought maybe I accidentally slept facing down and didn't think anything of it. A little later on that day I was gently brushing out the lashes after cleaning with lash soap and noticed with every stroke I was losing lashes. On Monday when I went to brush out the lashes in the morning even more fell out. We are at day 6 since my appointment and I have about 20% of my lash extensions left. This has only been my second time doing my lashes, previously when I had them done my retention was great following the same steps. By week 3 of the lashes I still had over 70%. If it weren't for the friendly staff I would have just left one star. *Update* after posting this, the business replied about a week after my review was posted and asked me to email or call to provide the best way to contact me. I have done both, and have not heard anything back.

    I absolute love Jade! I've been going to her for about a year and she always get my lashes looking wispy, fluffy, full and it lasts LONG. Jade is sooo friendly, and we always have the best conversations when I'm getting my lashes done. I would highly recommend getting your lashes done by her. The thing is she is really popular and gets booked up fast, but so well deserved!

    Love my Amazing "rockstar" Lashes, especially when I get to play rockstar some weekends  and they look great all the other days, too!

    I've been a member pre- and post-pandemic at two separate Amazing Lash locations and I LOVE my lashes. So easy to get ready for work or go out with friends. No maintenance issues or hassles, and I've never had a bad experience even when needing someone other than my regular stylist. LOVE AMAZING LASH!!!

    I love getting my lashes with Mia or Jade. They look so full and last so long. Always get compliments on them!!

    Mia did an amazing job on my lashes! I was worried that it would look different than how I imagined but they came out exactly how I wanted and I had great retention. I've had many different experiences with lashes and this has been my favorite!

    After 1-2 weeks of my infection, the skin started peeling. It was very itchy, sensitive, and painful with burning sensations.

    Note: I don't typically leave reviews, but the service and quality that I received from the ALS were SO horrible that I had to leave a long, one-star review, so that future customers will be informed at the type of service that they're signing up for at the ALS. I really don't recommend anyone to go here unless they had no choice or they're willing to spend a lot of money on poor quality service and product, and don't mind the pain! But I'd hate for anyone to go through what I went through. ********** I've been to several other eyelash studios before going to the ALS, but I signed up for a membership here as they have branches everywhere, so it's convenient for me to get my refills done regardless of my location. However, let me just say that signing up for a membership at the ALS for convenience was probably one of the biggest mistakes that I truly regret! Here's why: Regular stylists at the ALS Crossroads are very INEXPERIENCED and they're usually clumsy and ROUGH. I've had several instances where the stylists would accidentally poke my eyes with their tools or pull my eyelashes so hard tears actually came out due to the PAIN. One time, I actually screamed because it was so painful lol. There were also instances where they told me to open my eyes even though the glue was still wet which, as a result, BURNED my eyes. BTW, I've been having eyelash extensions for more than two years and I've never had these problems in any other places before. I never complained because these stylists were nice and would always apologize, and I sympathize with them as I know that those were just accidents. However, these things happen on so many occasions on different stylists that I began to question the training/experience/skills necessary to become a stylist at the ALS. Finally, I asked the receptionist at the front if she has a stylist that she recommends and she told me that I can book experienced stylists at an ADDITIONAL COST. Sorry, what? So, basically... Even though the membership at ALS is pricier than most studios, you won't get a good and experienced stylist unless you're willing to pay more? Regardless, I decided to continue my membership at the ALS, again, for convenience, and finally booked the master stylist at an additional cost. This went well. Lili was experienced and super nice, and I booked all my refills with her ever since. No pain, but I had to spend more money for her service, which I didn't mind. On Summer last year, however, Lili was fully booked and I was about to go on a vacation soon, so I booked the most recent available stylist. I mean, what could go wrong, right? Well... everything! First, it was the painful poking and pulling. Second, it was the burn. But what's worst: I got an INFECTION a few days after my refill that lasted for the whole month! Way to ruin my vacation! Both of my eyes became SWOLLEN and RED (pictured). After 1-2 weeks, the skin above my eyes started PEELING (pictured) and the next few weeks were so painful, red, dry, and sensitive. I'm guessing that the glue they were using was poor quality OR the tools that they used were not sanitary! Btw, I've seen another review from a customer who got an infection after getting a refill here too! Anyway, I cancelled my membership immediately after this. I could tolerate the accidents and the additional costs, but an infection? No. That was it. I'm not going to pay $79.99 + $25 (6D upgrade which I always get) + $15 (pro stylist booking cost) for a service that could potentially infect my eye and cause me pain! And when I thought the horror was over, it wasn't! On January this year, I saw a charge from ALS Crossroads for $40 on my card. Confused, I went through my bank statement and found that ALS charged me $40 on Jan 2020, $12 on Oct 2019 and $25 on May 2019, even though I've already canceled (pictured). I called the studio on Jan 9 and found out that the receptionist had incorrectly added my card information onto another customer's account (which was very negligent of them, and could've put my card information at risk) on May 2019, and that customer has been using my card ever since. The manager promised to return my money (total = $77) back to my account AS THEY SHOULD but it's March 1st now and I haven't received anything back. And yes, I've followed up with them too. To ALS: Please resolve this issue and refund the money back to my account as soon as possible! All in all, please save your money and time and get your eyelash extensions somewhere else! Yes, the studio looks cute and professional, and they are convenient. But the service, quality, fees, and troubles incurred are definitely not worth all that. ********** PROS: - Convenient location CONS: - Inexperienced stylists - Pain, eye poking, and burns - Additional costs for pro stylists - They always try to upsell everything - Possibility of an INFECTION - Possibility of a credit card FRAUD

    I have had many different experiences with different lash technicians. Some good and some not so good but I must give Melissa a shout out for her wonderful session. She had a great attitude and very easy going. I was able to chat and relax. Conversation even had us giggling too. I was even more excited to see how beautiful my lashes came out. I had so many compliments everywhere i went!!!

    I got my lashes done by Marisol, she did an amazing job & she was very kind. I upgraded to volume & I love how they came out! Tysm ALS!

    How much is a fill for hybrid lashes? And how much would it be if I wanted to add more volume?

    There is going to be a discount for customers that are members. Fills for non-members are $109.99 and volumes are an additional upgrade of $35.00. We do offer light volume, volume, and mega volumes!

    If you already had lash extensions done somewhere else, can you get them removed and done for the discounted price?

    Yes! You can always book a removal with a Full Set and still get the Introductory rate.

    What ingredients are in the lash adhesive?

The technician was so gentle I almost fell asleep, which is saying a lot because I don't even trust people near my eyeballs like that. It's hard to find that balance, but lately, the experience as a customer has been really disappointing. Pros: Technically speaking, the lashes are great. I'm a loyal client because I trust the quality of the work and the price point is exactly where it should be. The studio is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Everything is branded and color coordinated. They have a great board with styles and lengths displayed to make consultations easier. Cons: While the work is high-quality, the service feels incredibly one-sided. They are extremely strict about appointment confirmations, which I'd understand for a brand-new client, but I've been coming here for years and have a near-perfect track record outside of being a few minutes late a handful of times (always within their 15 minute grace period). I recently had an appointment canceled because I didn't confirm via text--meanwhile, I just brought a newborn home and my phone is the last thing on my mind. When I explained the situation, there was zero flexibility or effort to help me out, which was a huge letdown since I needed that touchup for our birth announcement video. A while back a tech got lash glue on my brand-new clothes (including a pair of expensive jeans and freshly altered white top) which completely ruined them. I have no idea how this happened but when I pointed it out at my next visit, there wasn't even an offer for a small credit or any gesture to make it right. Clients are expected to be on time, yet I have had to wait on multiple occasions because they weren't ready for me. Plus, one of the techs frequently stops mid-application to check out other customers or help other techs, which just drags out the appointment. Usually I go every four weeks but recently I've had some big events and trying to get a touch-up has been difficult. I replied to confirm an available slot immediately only to be told it was actually already booked. It actually caused me to miss getting a touch-up before my son was born. I really want to keep supporting this business because the results are consistent, but I hope they start showing a bit more consideration for their loyal, long-term clients. Skills are important, but so is how you treat people.
