Very Terrifying Experience! Ladies beware! I went to amazing lash on 8-15-18. Complete Newbie of having individual lashes put in. I had a girl named Porsha as my lash stylist. She seemed nice, took me back and began the process. This is where it starts getting odd, but I thought it was all normal procedure. She tapped my eyes completely shut! I couldn't open my eyes even if I tried. Again. I thought that was normal. I then heard cutting sounds (scissor noises), so I though she was cutting tape, or the false lashes. Never in my mind would I have thought she would CUT MY ACTUAL EYELASHES OFF!! But she did. I didn't find this out, until later. Because my false lashes kept falling out in clumps and I couldn't figure out why? I went in to get a mini fill in. Different girl. She told me that the first girl, didn't set them correctly, so she wasn't going to put in that many and for me to come back in two weeks to get a full fill. (Again I just paid for nothing, and my eyelashes are still falling out in clumps) Well I'm beginning to notice that I can't see my real lashes?? Where the heck are they?? I move in closer to the mirror and they are gone! Brings me back to the beginning where I heard scissor noises and see the cuts on my eyelashes and OMG THE GIRL LITERALLY CHOPPED OFF MY EYELASHES! I have called numerous places, asked other people if this has happened to them or anyone they know, no one! I've called licensed estheticians and they've all told me they shouldn't even have scissors in their rooms, that they are not even suppose to touch your natural lashes. I have several friends that go and get this done and they have told me that it is not procedure that they completely tape your eyes shut. The second time I went in for the mini fill with the different girl, my eyes in fact were not completely tapped shut. I could still open them if I wanted. I don't understand why this girl did this to me. I won't be able to have anyone touch my eyes now. That's a trust that was broken. I feel like it was maliciously done. It has traumatized me no doubt. You go in to get eyelashes and come out with your own eyelashes chopped off. I have tried to contact that manager. I emailed her and the girl at the front desk made her aware. I have received no answer. I have called corporate and was told the owners would be made aware and they would contact me, and still no answer This is a very serious matter. Manipulating someone's face shouldn't be taking lightly. Update: This happened a while ago, it was handled, I got my money back, of course my eyelashes had to be nourished back to a healthy state and given time (lots of time) to grow back. They are still growing. But as you can see the owner has responded to my review claiming that the do not cut people's eyelashes off. I however didn't say all of them did. I can't say that. But the girl who did mine, DID. I also have emails from the store manager apologizing for what her employee did to me. The photos I have supplied, going into the store, and my emails to and from the manager are all proof. It took a while to get into contact with the stores manager. Soo happy with my lashes, every single time. I work out/sweat hard atleast 5x week and they last at least 2-3 weeks at a time. I have had different styles throughout the 2 years I've been a member, and the featherweight / 6D combo is my favorite. Reading these previous reviews is so shocking. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is cool, the nap time is priceless, and just about every stylist is a master of their craft. I had such high hopes for this place since they're geographically everywhere. I moved from Orlando to the Tampa area and needed a new lash artist. I went to them, had to have my eyelashes removed that I had on (which was fine) and put a new set on. I am so so so so so disappointed and honestly kind of disgusted at how ugly they look. They're not isolated at all to one eyelash and the glue is all clumped together. I have one huge set clumped together that is constantly touching my eyeball!!!! I am about to pay to have them removed from somewhere else And on top of that, they make my eyes look uneven because of a huge chunk hanging into my eyeball. This place is a joke! My lashes fell out in less than one week. When I called to tell them, all I got was a voice mail... all day long! They finally called me back the next day. At this point I just wanted to cancel my membership and not get charged for it. I signed the paperwork and emailed it back immediately and they still charged me... a week later! I called again to get a credit and got the voice mail run around again! I really don't think anyone works there on a regular basis. I went by there on Saturday and the place was locked up. I joined the salon when it opened. Some people are just not meant for extensions and I am one of them. I spent 3 hours for my initial set. They all fell off before I was eligible to go in for a refill. I went back and paid for another full set. This one took four hours. They have all fallen off and I'm not yet eligible for a refill. I called today to cancel my membership advising their product wasn't lasting as indicated in their advertising. I was advised that my complaint isn't a valid reason for cancelling my membership. Customer dissatisfaction isn't a reason for cancelling. Seriously? Product not performing as advertised isn't a valid reason for cancelling. Really? Stay far away. read more

This place Is a joke. For one, I signed up to be a member and receive the member rate discount. That's $60 a month. At NO point in time did the 2 girls up front tell me it's actually a contract that you can't break! (PS I later find out one of the girls was the manager, more on her later!) moving on... if you want out of this contract you have to go see a dr and get a note as to why you can't have their service anymore. If you move it has to be super far out of the area and provide proof of your home purchase or lease or whatever. NONE of this was mentioned when I signed up. Ridiculous. About this "manager". I read some of the other reviews and they are spot on. This chick with her fake eye brows has got to be one of the rudest individuals I've ever come across. Every time I'm in there, if I see her, she's rude. On my visit last month she was screaming at one of the workers for literally 30 minutes and then placed a phone call to the owner! Yes I know that bc I could hear it all as I tried to relax and have my lashes filled. Again, ridiculous. The worker was wanting out of her "employment contract" bc she couldn't stand working under this manager any longer. Yes, this place makes the techs sign a contract that they will stay for a certain amt of time and if they don't they have to pay big time. Customers shouldn't know this information but I had to listen to it for a half hour *eye roll* My guess is there'd be zero need for this contract if they'd fire this horrible manager and hire someone decent to take her place. I certainly wouldn't want to work with someone who was going to scream at me in front of clients for 30 minutes. I already have an appointment scheduled with my primary care doctor to get the needed note to break my "contract" and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I am also sure to tell everyone I know how awful this place is. Besides all of the above, they do call you several times per month for annoying reasons, and they are very pushy on their crap products. Very overpriced btw. Also, I'd like to specifically speak about the store manger Brooke. I had a issue with payment on my account, she immediately resolved the matter. this is the most awful amazing lash studio i've ever been to. they had to call me 4 times to figure out everything was right for my appointment, but still when i got there, they denied my service. i had spent $30 on an uber to get there, when they could've just called me for the 5th time to tell me they couldn't work on me so i didn't waste my money. they told me they couldn't work on me because i had another lash artist do my lashes beforehand, and it's their "corporate policy", but i've gone to other amazing lash studios wanting a foreign fill and there has never been an issue. i've gone to amazing lash studios in texas and in illinois for foreign fills and there has never been an issue. also, the girls at the desk were all just hanging out and didn't offer anything to remedy the situation. just a "sorry you wasted your money" and i had to pay $30 for an uber back. thanks for wasting my time and money :) i will never come back. read more

This time they scheduled me with Leira a Master Stylist and she did a great job!She listened to my likes/don't likes and was able to give me the look I wanted. When I called and asked for a response from management they never returned my call. In addition to poor management, most of the front desk staff does not know how to schedule (schedule me twice for a stylist that did not do my kind of lashes). For both issues I attempted to give them the benefit of the doubt but the billing mistake (4x) is simply inexcusable. I drive from lakeland to come here and my lashes look wonderful. I go every 3 weeks but I still have plenty of lashes at the refill appointment. They do push products on you though and its extremely annoying. read more
