She diligently worked on it for 90 minutes the for the first fill, and my lashes lasted a little over 14 days! I just came back from my 2nd lash fill with her and it only took an hour and it was at a reduced price. She is patient, delightful, and very professional. She definitely knows a lot about the shapes of the eyes and what kind of lashes will look better. I am anxiously awaiting my third refill with Stephanie next week!

They were completely non-understanding and insisted on charging me the full price of the appointment. They showed absolutely no willingness to compromise for what was going on in my schedule, and just made it all about getting their $$$. Will never be booking with this place again! Also - a word of caution about all the 5* reviews - after my first appointment I was offered a discount on my next booking if I left a 5* review and specifically mentioned the brow tech by name.
