I wasn't sure who to choose for my eyebrow threading so I let the front desk lady guide me to the next available person. Big mistake! I advised the person to please don't make my eyebrows too thin and just give me an arch. Needless to say it wasn't a good experience. What usually takes 5 min for both eyebrows took 15. At that point I already knew I was not going to like the results. Unfortunately I was correct. She completely botched my eyebrows. What took months to grow out ended with 2 super then mismatched eyebrows. I'm highly disappointed. I guess I'll stick with the Wesley Chapel location.

I then grew them out, went for my second time and the owners right hand lady was in there and she did a great job and then I went today and there were two ladies I've never seen before, and the lady completely butchered my eyebrows one is thinner than the other one is shorter than the other, and she tried to say at the end of when I got out of the chair that one of my eyebrows was thinner than the other, which that's not the case one of my eyebrows is longer than the other, but you can barely tell and the owner would always just leaves a little bit of extra hair on the end. I'm so upset my birthday is next week. My eyebrows looks terrible.
