I have been going here for years! Always satisfied with my nails and toes ! Teco is my go to nail artist! But there are many people there who do great jobs! Always a relaxing experience.
Top-Line is right! Lee is my artist and he never fails! They are quick with responses and very reasonable on prices. From mani/pedis to full sets, this is the go to place if you're in the area or I'm close distance. I drive about 45 mins out but the quality of his work and the shops is unmatched in other salons. Their tools are brand new out the packaging and they do use tub liners for the pedis (HUGE +). Wait time is minimal, however if you want Lee you should message him on IG (best form of contact). Pedis range from $20-45 any package is well worth the money. They do offer waxing services as well.
These are the worst nails I've ever gotten done. I can't believe I paid someone to make me look like I did them myself after far too many glasses of wine. No cuticle oil or treatment. I mean I don't even think he paid attention when he was filing my nails. The pictures don't do the actual outcome justice. I had to go to another salon to have them fixed. Unacceptable. Never again.
Danny is my guy!!!!!!! He is a true artist!!! I have been going to him for almost a year and he does the best shape I have ever had done!! Not only is he so good with diamond designs and shapes he's customer service is amazing!!! He remembers exactly what I like I come in and his like "long coffin tips nude colors and lots of diamonds!!" And if I want something different his imagination is amazing!!! Danny is the guy ladies I am telling you his gonna give you those Instagram nails and make you feel like a Queen!!
I am so sad to leave Tampa! Top Line Nails has been my go to nail salon for 5 years! They are always so nice, Professional, and accommodating! Every one of their nail techs does a fabulous job. I've never seen the point in asking for a specific person because their all wonderful! Thanks for the many stylish years of nails! I will sing your praises in Colorado!!! Thank you!
Came here because of great reviews I've heard. I definitely recommend only going to Tina or lee. Poor excuse of a nail tech wasn't even looking at my nails half the time she was working on them. Pulling and shoving my hand around. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and what I got was a half a** job. I understand they're a busy nail salon but this is unacceptable. She was so sloppy and in such a rush. I think it took her about 20 mins to do a whole fill and gel polish. She barely shaped my nails with the drill and while drilling off my old gel Polish she had the drill up so high it burned me through acrylic! Her station was absolutely disgusting and I highly doubt she sanitized or cleaned any of her tools. The complimentary "massage" was such a waste. She slapped some lotion on my hands and arms all while rubbing in the dust from filing my nails. So disgusting. It took everything in me to not have her stop the service so I could pay for what she had done and walk out. I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years and this was the by far the worst experience of my life. I won't say I won't return because they're good nail techs there but I would definitely "request" someone and not just take their first available tech. Currently at hot tip to fix this mess.
This salon only cares about how quickly they can get your nails done. I went in with my nails done was a full set and wanted them to be removed. I know removing nails can take a while but I want me nails to be as healthy as possible. But these people were so much in a rush they TRIED to rip my nails off like they did to the lady next to me. I quickly told them to stop after ripping and damaging one of my nails. Fast forward through the rushed end product, I got dipped nails and two nails cracked the same day. I definitely will NOT return especially since there three other nail salons in walking distance. These pictures is of a one day old manicure from Tip Top Nail and I got color #124
If you go off of the Instagram posts they do amazing designs. I just went and my pedicure was awesome but my nails not so much. I have crooked nails and am currently sitting in my car crying as I've NEVER in my life had my nails look like this. I showed my nail tech a picture of someone's work who actually works there and he dismissed it and said that they don't do that, so I was like ok I'll just get gel thinking that would be easy enough... LOL boy was I wrong. I decided to get my nails done because I'm only in Florida for the day and figured I would treat myself.. as I was checking out the gentleman asked how everything was and I told him bad and he has no respons and continued to tell me my total. A waste of $80..
Not happy at all with my nails.. length was not what I wanted and when I asked for square I got ballerina and the job is sloppy and now I'll be going somewhere else to get a new full set. The nail tech was rude and rough on my hands and kept telling me I needed to make my hand stiff so she didn't have to keep holding my hand up and even stopped took a breath in of frustration and made me super uncomfortable. I always came here religiously years ago and let another tech do my nails and since I was home to visit I thought i would come in and give you my business but not anymore. The lady who gave me my pedicure was very sweet and friendly, it was a shame I didn't get the same service from my nail tech.
I've gone twice and I have no complaints. Precision AND fast? You can't beat that!! I like that Lee will ask for feedback as he's working ... I can literally show him anything and he will recreate it ... I posted what I wanted and what I got for reference.. he did my hands in 30 minutes and to me ... that speaks volumes !!
UPDATE: Today was the last straw. I've given this salon SOOOO many chances. I went in today for a pedicure, I let the pedicurist know that my right ankle and foot was sore & to please be easy. She she bends it left right left while scrubbing extremely hard. I told her again about my ankle & she rolls her eyes and then has an attitude the rest of the time. She was extremely rude and rough with my feet for the rest of the pedicure. I will never be coming back to this salon, ever. The products used are cheap & staff is rude & you can tell they don't care about their customers. All they care about is how fast they get things done. More people means more money. Save you money and go across the street to Art Nails in the Walmart shopping center where they treat you like an actual person. Every time I come here a nail breaks. Every. Single. Time. Idk if it's because they don't use quality products or what. I never have a problem going to my usual salon & I normally get them longer than this. The only good thing about this place is that they are right next to my house. I will definitely be driving the 30 mins to my normal salon. My nails shouldn't be breaking at all, let alone one day after a fill
This place honestly sucks. The one best tech they had left about a year ago and the business hasn't been the same since. Not even sure why I continued to come here when my nails always end up botched and they demand tips for bad work! read more

Please note this place won't let you get work done unless you share with them your personal phone number and name. I didn't feel comfortable and stated I did not want to share my phone number and the man in the front stated it was mandatory to enter . I've been coming here for years and all I have to say is wtf . I will not be forced to share my information in order to get my nails/eyebrows done, I will just go elsewhere. And just in general that's unacceptable to tell them they have to if not they can't enter ........... read more

This was the worst experience I have ever had at this place I've always gone here and it's always been good but I went to get my acrylic set taken off which I got from them it had been two weeks and I had a lot of growth and I just wanted to have them off and have a regular manicure but the person who was taking off my acrylics did not take them off with care they were harsh with it and ripped my nail to shreds and basically I am in a lot of pain and I will 100% never go back here read more

Just started going to see Lee in February after going elsewhere for the past few years. He Is friendly, on time ( he is by appt. Only). My full set lasted 3 weeks before I went for a fill and I had no issues at all. His designs are amazing and good quality. You do pay for it though..but he is worth it. read more

I had my first set with Ryan. He did a great job with the end product but there were some things he did that I didn't like. Firstly, he made it a point to remind me several times to be early and on time for my 8:30am appointment. I arrived at 8. And he was late to my appointment. He finally comes, sits me down and proceeds to prep my hand. Despite my informing him that he was hurting me when he tried to pry the acrylic from my poor nail bed, he told me to watch a video as I was sensitive because I was looking at the process. Anyway he finally gets the acrylic off via this prying method. My poor fingers looked so battered. He then proceeds to apply the new tips for the full set because my previous nail tech did an obvious terrible job. His end product though was amazing! I got so many compliments from those nails. Well I go to have it filled by his counterpart only to realize that not only did Ryan overcharge me for the nails but he also did a terrible applying the nail glue as the nails broke off as I was getting them filled!!!! Will not go back here! read more

I been coming here for about a year and my nails always look great. I usually have a picture of some kind when I come in to show the design I want and they always deliver exactly what I want. Place is super clean. Pedicures are amazing especially the different pedicure packages, were you can pick paraffin booties soak treatments. They also offer eyebrow threading and mink eyelash extensions which I have gotten and they do an amazing job !!! I really love this place read more

I love this place. They always have someone available even on the busiest days. The price is SUPER affordable. People tend to go for "Lee" who does a lot of beautiful nail art is usually who people go to, but the people around home do just as well of a job. The photo I have attached was from another worker and not lee, who did such a good job! The refill with this design was only $45. read more

They did such a great job. I will continue to go here in the future. I did not make an appointment and it only took a few minutes to be seen, although they were really busy. The techs are extremely nice. This full set did not take too long either. read more
